Katelyn trimmed & highlighted my (short) hair 2 weeks ago. She did a great job and I was very pleased. Just yesterday, a stranger approached me in Kroger and complimented my hair style, and today as I was being hired for a new job, the manager interviewing me said she loved my hair! That deserves 5 stars in my opinion!Thanks Katelyn!

Im always extremely wary of new stylists, especially at a walk-in salon. On a whim I decided to stop in and get a trim for my extremely long hair. It had been over a year since Ive had a professional cut and it was definitely long over due.Emma was the only one working, and even though I had to wait a bit for her to finish up appointments, she was a delight. Emma was very aware of clients coming in, following COVID protocols. She was friendly and engaging to everyone, with excellent time management, from what I witnessed.As for my trim, shampoo & deep conditioning, Emma did an outstanding job! Most importantly, she listened to what I wanted and she was very careful not to take too much off my length and did a great job on my bangs!Thanks, Emma!

Ive been going here for many many years now. The super talent comes and goes by everyone how there is more than capable of delivering great haircuts. Shanda (the longtime general manager there) is an absolute gem, she knocks it out of the park every single time. Check in online if youre into that kind of thing, super convenient no wait. Never had a bad experience there!

Went in to get my hair colored today. It started off awkward as you’re asked to wash your hands upon entering? Okay I did, but that was weird.Then I was told they don’t have enough product on hand because I have long hair and “they are not a full service salon”. Blonde is literally the most popular color?! I already pay extra because I have I have long hair and it’s hard to believe they don’t have enough bleach on hand. She said I could cut my hair or she could do half my head. What am I supposed to pay someone else to do the other half?!My belief is it’s because you’re lazy and don’t want to mess with long hair.Waste of time!!!

Went in today at 1pm to get hair cut. The cut was good. But what gives one star is charging my debit card three times. Dont go to this place unless you pay with cash. Told me they would call me if we find anything. I can see them paying much more than they took in the near future.

This place would Not cut my 15 month old baby’s hair unless he wore a mask..I tried a small mask for him and he would not keep it on (obviously) and they also would not allow me to hold him or stand beside him while he got his haircut even though he was crying for me. Did not get his haircut as it was not worth it, so we will be going somewhere else more understanding.

Their appointment time was an hour off, went back and still waited 20 minutes. Cost shows to be 12 dollars for seniors and was charged 19.25Will not go back but she did do a good job.

Molly is the best!! I love my hair these days!! I ask for her & shes been doing my hair for a year & a half!! People line up & wait for her to cut their hair!!

I used to love this place but the last couple of cuts just werent thorough.

The young lady I had was soft spoken and did a fantastic job. I wish I remembered her name. But she was amazing!! There were only two ladies there.. one very outspoken and one soft spoken. I had the soft spoken one. The outspoken one cut my sons hair and did an outstanding job :)

They cut hair very choppy, but the service is great.

Fast service. Was able to get in and out quickly. Lots of places around this location to eat or shop. Staff seems friendly. Easy parking and access. In line w other Supercuts I have visited.

I am so happy to have somewhere I can get a quick and simple trim of my long hair that does not cost as much as a date night. The stylists are friendly and fast. Plus, Supercuts carries Paul Mitchell products, terrific stying products that are not tested on animals (a huge priority fore and a growing number of Americans).

Dont book here. Giant sign states to check-in from mobile app and remain in your vehicle. The option to check-in only allows you to book an appointment for that day. I booked an appointment, arrived early, but never got a call to come in the salon. Complete waste of time.

They did an excellent job, and showed us the highest amount of courtesy a person could ask for. They were gentle with the hair, and very clean about their jobs. They were communicative and seemed to have fun, while still holding a proffessional manner.10/5 stars. I highly suggest others go to them, I will be there again for sure. The manager and assistant manager were very helpful to us, specifically.

Perfect haircut everytime. Employees have character each one. Very nice service; excellent proffessional service. I just wish that when I go back each time, that the stylist had a regular schedule. Seems like its difficult to use the same lady each time. But they are all good so it doesnt really matter.

Not customer service friendly, called to put name on the waiting list, arrived 5 minutes early but waited 15 minutes then Im told that Jordan has 2 ahead of me would I mind waiting. This location needs management that understands customer service. Will not go back, will find a place that wants customers.

Yesterday, 3/18/18, after waiting 40 minutes (which was fine,) I was charged $47.....YES, $47.....for my 87 yr old mothers wash, cut, blow dry and stylist added a curling iron. Past visits to this Supercuts (wash, cut, blow dry) for her have always been under $20. Ive NEVER paid $47 for these services ANYWHERE for anyone in my family!!!! Very disappointing! Ive contacted the company.....

GO SEE SARAH! Don’t judge an entire salon based on ONE stylist. Sarah does exactly what you want. She has good instincts and goes above and beyond for her customers. I love my hair and will continue seeing her in the future!

Ive been trying to get a hairct for my 2 year old and nobody has managed to cut his hair .His hair was covering his eyes and Jordan managed to cut his hair.Loved the fact that she was willing to move around and follow his lead .I have gone to 3 other salons and nobody manged to cut his hair because they wanted him to sit so still as to not bother them but Jordan manged to go out of her way and get it done.

I was skeptical, but I got one of the best haircuts Ive ever gotten at this Supercuts!!! Megan B. is the BEST! I have short, very fine hair, with cowlicks!! She looked, felt, talked, looked some more, felt some more, and cut and recut, even using a razor on it to get just what I wanted! Megan is amazing!!! Definitely a 5 star cut!!! Thanks, Megan!!!!

Ive been getting my haircut from here for about five years now, and somehow, they always seem to translate my introverted and inarticulate descriptions into phenomenal haircuts. The folks here are super friendly and fun to interact with as they work.

My haircut was not even close to what I asked for. I even gave a pic of the cut I wanted. Now its going to cost me over $100 to get it fixed as I will have to miss work and pay another salon. Wouldnt recommend to anyone e EVER!

I visited Supercuts on 05/24/2017. I was going to a special function I needed to look nice. My hair WAS full and fairly long. The haircutter, not to be called a stylist. I described that what I wanted, a nice med length cut. She proceeded to trim my hair over my ears. That being done I knew my style was lost. I have a haircut that is like the previous customer, a 6 year old child. I received a redneck cut. My haircutter does not like to style hair. My hair will grow back but I will not go back to the Butchers of Supercuts. Nor will anyone else that I know. The 15 minute cut was $15.95. I would have paid a lot more if I had a stylist. Please heed my advice. My haircutter will ruin your day. Price is not everything.

Stylist was overall very condescending, talking down to me. I ended up walking out before even getting a haircut due to the rude service. I will not be back and I recommend Smart Style over by Kroger.

God Damn best place to get a haircut in Denton! I swear! Everyones always nice, the staff isnt always changing, and when I say I want my hair cut like Alfonso Ribeiro cause I got a HOT DATE tonight and I CANT F@$K this up!! they know EXACTLY what I want and leave me feeling like I got an experience worth far more than the price. Been coming for three years and wont think of changing.

Place is filthy. Attempted to use a dirty scissors on my hair. Don’t clean the counters. Got mad when I asked to give a clean comb and scissors.Never again will I step a foot in this place.
