Terrible nails. I got my nails done two days ago and they began to pop off the same day. The quality is very poor and not strong. I do not recommend this place at all. Very bad nails.

I get my nails done here every time! My partner comes with me to get his nails done too if I dont want to go alone. We always have a good time and they take real good care of us. Everyones really friendly and does an amazing job on their craft!

Mike did an amazing job with my nails!! He took his time and was very precise. His customer service was great making sure I liked what he was doing as he went and also took the time to clean my hands/cuticles after he was finished!I will definitely be going back to see Mike!

I requested for a design on my nails and they said they would be able to recreate it without a doubt. They came out exactly as the picture! I was very impressed and have already told friends and family about them and will be coming back for sure!!! Their customer service was also phenomenal!

So I got basic nails just the blue glow in the dark I was there for 2 in a half hours they finally got to my nails after they finished my feet my nails are all different sizes and way shorter than I asked and they guy was in such a hurry he did not care what I had to say and didn’t ask if I liked them and I’ve been coming here for so long but now I’ll never go again that was horrible

We had to wait an exceptionally long amount of time to be tended to even though my husband called ahead of time to confirm openings. My tub water was only tepid and my husbands was extremely hot, but no one checked on us to see if it needed adjusting. The polish application on my toes is poor. It was our first time at this nail salon. First impressions werent the best!

I have now seen Julie twice, and she has exceeded my expectations. I have found my new nail home ❤️ Everyone is extremely friendly, very clean, and prices are very reasonable. Go see julie for you sets ❤️❤️

I showed them a picture of the nails I got last time and they told me that they could do it. BUT like halfway when she was done, they looked NOTHING like the picture I showed her. And when I asked her why, she said because what I had last time was ugly and that these were better...Yeah and I still had to pay full price.

This place was clean and professional. I am very happy with my nails. The prices are great and everyone was friendly.

Julie is by far my favorite nail tech. She pays attention to detail and is so kind and talkative during the service. It’s nice not to just sit in silence!Long is the BEST at pedicures. Julie is the greatest nail tech I know. I love her personal care and the colors she chooses for me. When I leave there I feel like a queen. She is truly a Pro at this !!And Long is my Best pedicurest ! His massages are to die for, smiles. He knows his job and is great at it !!They both take “ excellent “ care of me.This is the friendliest shop I’ve even frequented !!! 10 stars 😃🌸🌺🥰 And that’s a fact !!!

Great experience! My sister and I walked in 30 min before closing and they took us in. We both got pedicures and the guy who did mine was probably the best pedicure I’ve ever had. The foot massage was so good! I’ll definitely go back!

Kim did my nails first time she did a good job but then they didn’t even last two weeks and had to go back a week later to get it “fixed” she didn’t fix it properly amd dipped it back in powder as it cracked and didn’t take it off then it broke my actual nail bed really bad they didn’t redo or give refund and I will not be going back $60 down the drain DO NOT RECOMMEND

Ive been here a couple of times. I like to try a place a couple of times before coming to a decision about it. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. They also offer a student discount which I love!! I forget the name of the guy who has been doing my nails but hes very meticulous and detailed about his work. I can be picky about my nails so I really appreciate this. Ive been getting dip which I dont normally like because they chip off so easily for me. However, these have been holding up and they feel so natural. Love it! These are my most recent nails I got done.

Although my nails were insanely cute , I had an generous amount of nails break within a week of having them from little things such as putting on my shoes and opening a soda can . I paid almost 100 bucks for nails and toes just so they could fall off in about a week . The nail technician was very friendly and I loved the way my nails turned out . Disappointed that they did not last and sad to say that I will not be returning here to get them done .

Personally I wouldn’t return after the one service I had. I came in for a full set of nex gen. 1. The acrylic from my previous set was not completely removed so right under the orange the old set is still underneath.2. I told them to not cut my natural nails as I am trying to grow them out. My natural nails were longer than these nails and he still “drilled” them down. So now I have short crooked nail3. When I said the length was too short because I like longer nails I got such a strong eye roll and he huffed and puffed and began talking to his coworker with frustration.I don’t think I have ever gone anywhere and gotten so many eye-rolls and huffing and puffing when I’m paying for what I want.

She is very thorough and takes her time to ensure you leave a satisfied customer. I am totally obsessed with my new set and shape. Hands down the best place in Denton!

The lady that did my nails was extremely nice and did a fantastic job on my nails. It’s such a shame though because I ended of getting a really bad infection on my finger that my doctor is even worried about. It’s called paronychial infections. Although the nails were super cute, it’s not worth potentially losing my fingernails.

Cut my nail bed left me to soak in acetone for over an hour then said it was be I wasn’t patient enough. All of my real nails are melted to a paper thin point and one has a gash so deep I’m going to have to glue it shut

The first time I came here everyone was super nice and I really enjoyed my pedicure. However, when I came today the staff wasn’t friendly. We had made an appointment (3 people) and it appeared that they were overwhelmed when we showed. The lady that did my next GEN nails was supposed to do a triangle shape on my ring finger to match my ring. Below is a picture of that nail. The lines are uneven/crooked and undefined. I was in a hurry to get to another appointment to get her to fix it. Also, the majority of the time I was getting my manicure the lady doing my nails was talking to her coworker who was standing over my shoulder watching. It was awkward.On the hunt for a better salon!

I went the first time and they did AMAZING.. well on my nails at least . Anna took so much time on my nails making sure they were okay. During the first visit the girl who did my toes cut my big toe and didn’t say anything or apologize until after I came back because my toe started to bleed. Then she tells me I had an ingrown toenail, yea okay but I didn’t understand why she didn’t tell me that when she cut my toe. But anyways Anna told me come back and she will give me an unbeatable discount. I was skeptical but I went back again. They do my toes, can’t remember the girls name but she did amazing. I asked for a margarita they NEVER offered me a drink and then when I asked for the margarita it wasn’t ready so they asked me did I want wine instead while I waited I said yes, THEY NEVER BOUGHT OUT ANY DRINKS. Maybe Anna was having a bad day. Okay so then I get to pay, because I only came back due to the promise of a discount and they take 15% off which I already get so I’m a student. Was pointless to go back. Then I guess the guy heard me say this and had pity so he bumped it to 20% off. Not a big difference but definitely not worth me coming back after their nail tech cut MY toe. She did so amazing on my nails last time and this time they are breaking off and it’s barely been a week. Keep your money go somewhere else. It’s too expensive for my nails not to be the highest quality. When I was there I felt rushed I was sitting with my hands in acetone for an hour at least. While they ran around helping other guest. Worst experience

This nail salon is AMAZING! I got a manicure yesterday and Tony took excellent care of me as a customer. I’m very picky about my nails being that I am the one wearing them and paying for them. I look for customer service when visiting different places as well. When I walked in, I was greeted immediately. It was a welcoming feeling. They offered me something to drink twice which I appreciate. When Tony was doing my nails, he made sure they were even and looked right for me. He took his time and even had conversations with me instead of just complete silence so that I appreciate too. I didn’t feel rushed at all and that made me appreciate him even more. He’s a manager as well and he’s good at it. He’s on top of things there and makes sure customers are taken care of properly. I’m a loyal customer to them now and will be back to get my refill on my nails. THANK YOU. 5 STAR RATING.

I went in and had a picture of what I wanted and showed it to them and they said they could do it. MY NAILS LOOK NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURE. Multiple employees would come and look at my nails and not one corrected the lady that was doing them. One lady even walked away to another worker and started whispering and looking at me. Horrible. Don’t go here.

Danny was great! The last nail salon I went to ruined my coffin shape but he was able to fix it with no problems! The store as a whole is Beautiful and everyone there was nice. Plus you can’t beat a 20% discount.

My wife enjoys getting her nails done here. They are quick and do an amazing job.

Not overly impressed for my first visit. Had a simple pedicure done. Nails filed different sizes. My right big toe was extremely lopsided, I’m not sure how she didn’t notice that. The nail polish application was extremely sloppy, too many coats and not even at all. Needless to say I will not be coming back.

Excellent Service!

I went an got a Supreme pedi with 2 nail overlays. My left foot looked OK but still not worth the $48 I paid. The right foot however is hideous. I told the nail tech I did not like how that foot looked. Her reply was I should of told her sooner. Poor service & didnt even fix the problem.. *I messed the paint up on the little nail leaving to soon*.. This is a horrible job. Very dissatisfied.

I have never done one review in my life about anything until today. I got my nails done, the lady did fabulous. Her name was Tammy, but when I get my eye brows done, and told her she messed up, she argued with me and told me that because I had makeup on, it didn’t take much hair off. But one eyebrow is way smaller, thinner and shorter then the other one. I’m all for people making mistakes and learning, but not to admit that they look bad and you messed up is another and then continue to argue with you infront of other customers is not okay. I love getting constructive Cristism and taking it, but do not like when people don’t even admit they’re wrong. Tammy seems nice, did a great job on my nails, but her customer service was terrible and was not too great at doing eyebrows! If you do go, I recommend Anna! She does an amazing job, did my eyebrows perfectly and my nails were amazing! She is super sweet and honest, with her opinion on nails! Everyone should definitely go to her.

Tried this place out yesterday and it was fantastic! Jack was my nail tech and he was awesome! He gave me a beautiful nexgen French tip on my natural nail. Very pleasent and elegant experience. Very clean place too. Ill definitely be back next time! 😊

I personally was not satisfied with anything there. They’re way over priced. First they told me it would be $35 for a next gen set. Then she said $45 Bc I wanted coffin and when I went to pay they were charging me $60. My nails are crooked. They’re bumpy and uneven. The lady cut me and I pulled back and said “ouch” and she just said “you’ll be fine” and continued to file my nail. I told her they were crooked and she argued with me and said they weren’t. Didn’t cut my cuticles. Left my hands dirty after finishing. Had some glue like substance all over my fingers. You’re paying a high price bc the place itself is nice but the customer service was horrible and so was the work done. I definitely wouldn’t recommend it and definitely won’t be going back.
