This is my most favorite minute clinic as NP Lisa Wilson is awesome! She was so friendly and patient the first time I visited the clinic for my flu, so I went back today again for my flu shot and Tdap shot. Due to COVID I was waiting outside the store for my appointment, and she called me in right before my appointment time. The nurse (sorry I forgot her name!) was also super friendly and helped me to check in in the computer. I have phobia for needles and germs but Lisa did a beautiful job giving me two shots on each arm. I was also happy that she was very professional - washing hands and wearing gloves vs it is not mandatory to wear gloves when giving vaccine shots as I read online. I would greatly recommend this place to my family and friends...and you of course!

They said it would be $80-130 and I ended up paying 130 for something extremely minor.. I think they give that to you just do it doesnt seem as expensive at first... Then they want to up charges you.. its more like a money making business weather than a clinic... I would definitely go elsewhere.. there are plenty of walk in clinics in the area.. that you get a lot more Bang for your buck

The nurse practitioner was very thorough and explained everything. I went on a Sunday and had no wait. Prescriptions were sent to the pharmacy electronically and ready within a reasonable period of time. Very convenient. I recommended this clinic highly.

The process of getting an appointment was easy and I had an acute urinary tract infection so that was good. But when I got there I find an LPN whose name I cannot pronounce who curtly and rudely goes through a robotic checklist that she reads off of her computer directly, checks my vitals belittles my symptoms and intimates that I do not know the difference between a urethra and a vagina. She used no less than six pairs of exam gloves during the exam as if I had ebola. She put on exam gloves to take my blood pressure. When I commented that those gloves are going to go into landfills she said “what should I endanger myself and my family because of you? “ This is the future of healthcare in America. Get ready. My antibiotics were ready by the time I left the office so that was good too. So everything is good except for the human part and I guess that’s what it’s going to be. So the co venue ce has a price. Is it worth it? It was for me today and a whole lot better than waiting In the e-room if doc office is closed.

0 stars not 1. Minute Clinic is not the CVS pharmacy, but it has the CVS telephone number listed for it everywhere and online. This is VERY MISLEADING and fraud. I went to this location to get my FREE CVS flu shot covered by my Ins. The CVS pharmacy staff told me all shots are administered in the minute clinic and instructed us to go five steps away from the pharmacy counter inside CVS to the minute clinic door to get our free flu shot. I asked many times are you sure I get it over there, I always get it here at a cvs counter? What’s minute clinic? I was directed to minute clinic. While in the minute clinic the PA also confirmed our insurance and free CVS flu shot and told me to send my family and friends back. At the end of the visit she even confirmed our FREE CVS flu shot by giving us blue 20% off CVS flu shot coupons for having received the CVS flu shot. Two months later we are billed for the flu shots by the minute clinic. CVS tells us it’s a separate entity. Our Ins company only covers CVS flu shots. We are expected to pay the bill to minute clinic. This is the most insane thing I’ve experienced at a corporate level. Cvs and minute clinic are competing five steps from each other and both are advertising as CVS. It’s convoluted, misrepresentation, fraud, misleading, and confusing. The pharmacy staff is even confused about it, as well as CVS corporate and the complaint hotline. Sometimes when I’m in CVS locations I see the regular store employees working in the pharmacy. This is also a problem. I’m sure they are not trained and misinformed on the policies of the pharmacy and minute clinic.
