Nice waiting room, complimentary sparkling seltzer and water bottles. Staff was very friendly and informative, doctor was pleasant and understanding.My only complaint was the scheduling of my appointment, originally I made my appointment online for the following day and then called in with a question. When I told the women when my appointment was she informed me that that could not be due to the doctor not being in for the remainder of the week? I found that strange but she rescheduled my appointment for the following week. A day later I got a call saying they had a cancellation and to see if I wanted to come in the next day lol..Also this is not an actual complaint about Tierra because I know this is state law but to have to come in every 6 months and pay $179 for an evaluation every time is pretty ridiculous. You’re paying $30 for the consultation, $179 for the approval of your evaluation, then another $75 to the state for processing your application.Other than that it was a good/easy experience. A little costly. You shouldn’t have a problem if you have qualifying symptoms.

What a truly wonderful experience. From the relaxing waiting room to the personalized care and service both by the clinical and administrative staff. The whole process was explained to me in words I can understand and we developed a care plan that was tailored to my needs. From start to finish, Mark, Khoulay and the team at THC Physicians were on the ball. After visiting 3 other physicians where I didn’t feel comfortable speaking about my medical conditions (plus the crazy fee of over $300), I was thrilled to walk into THC Physicians! From the warm and welcoming greeting, all the way to applying for my card, taking the photo AND mailing in the application too! The doctor was extremely patient and walked me through types of products and usage. It’s a shame every doctor’s office doesn’t run or care like THC Physicians does. If you are curious and have questions about the process, they were awesome and very helpful, I would definitely encourage you to give them a call!

After calling a number of doctors offices, Im so happy that I booked an appointment with THC Physicians. The doctor and staff were very professional and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and helped me send out my application. Everything was done before I left the office. It was great!

This was the most pleasant experience I have ever had at a doctors office! Walking in one instantly feels a sense of welcome and healing energy. From the moment I walked in I was treated like a VIP. My appt was at 4:30... I left around 5:30...got an email that evening showing I was officially registered! I have suffered w chronic pain and anxiety for decades... I have been taking medications for a long time. I am looking forward to making a positive life change that is healthier and clean!

Staff is very polite and informative. Cant say same for Dr, he treats everyone the same as a textbook. Doesnt ask level of pain nor revise your medical records. Guess thats why they charge you for follow up because as was told is trial and error. Never again, has to be a Dr elsewhere that takes time and has empathy with patients.

THC physicians are the professionals to go to for medical marijuana prescription. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and they answered all my questions before I even came into the office. This is the best office to visit to obtain a medical marijuana card. I would highly reccomend you call and schedule an appointment today!

Front office staff ok. Ok at best. Dr refused toUp recomendation or add flower. They are expensive, there are alot less expensive places. Dr. was horrible, did not listen, and despite having several qualifying issues dr would not up rec or add flower. Very expensive compared to liberate in west palm. I am glad i had such a horrible experience at thc physicians in delray on atlantic that i felt it necessary to get another dr. Thank you thc physicians for being so horrible i found a much better and less expensive option at liberate.

The physician and staff at Tierra Healthcare Concepts are very professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful. I have suffered from Chronic pain for 10 years as a result of a cervical injury. Doctor Saddler was very attentive during my consultation and answered all my questions. The office was very clean and organized. Amazing, comfortable and easy. No issues at all getting my card. Looked around and are very cheap compared to most other mmj doctors in florida. If the cost turns you off in the beginning just know that the high first visit cost is 100% normal and there is not an mmj doctor in the state that does not have this so dont let it turn you away.

My initial visit was welcoming and well informed. Professional staff so I decided to get qualified and the staff was very helpful even stamped an envelope in the end . No long waiting period for a consultation and a safe and pleasant location also. This is a service to florida that is long overdue and even though its in the early stages in this state they learned from others states so the procedure is more efficient .
