I am very happy with the patient care by the staff, and especially Dr Steven Goodman. He takes his time with each patient and makes sure whatever ailment you might be having is solved. The entire staff is very helpful and caring. Each time I go there I leave with a satisfaction I was treated like a person.

The office staff is so nice and extremely caring. They all talk to you and show sincerity and concern. I saw Dr. Goodman and he was very thorough and asked lots of questions to try and figure out the exact problem. He is a very nice Doctor that takes his time to get the story. I would highly recommend this practice. The wait time may be longer but I would prefer a doctor that cares enough to find out what’s going on.

I contacted the company to let them know that I am not a patient,, but their phone system called me about appointment reminder?I was trying to be thoughtful and let them know they need to reach out to the correct patient,, as they did not get the message. The young woman who answered clearly hates her job and does not care about the patients, as she was extremely rude and hung up on me. When I called her back…. I again explained why I was calling and she proceeded to say…. Are you finished?So incredibly rude and disrespectful to someone who was trying to help them. I would never recommend this practice based on this person they would employee to be the face of their practice.

Love this place. Got everything I needed in one place. The doctor Marypat was excellent. She went over every single thing in my history. The staff were so sweet. I highly recommend.

Horrible experience- Went to see her (MARY CLEMENTS)11-19 - she took blood test and asked me to call her in a week to go over results- She said she thought I should see an Endocrinologist for my thyroid- I did so-and called her office to go over y test results- she would not come to the phone and I only was allowed to speak to her nurse- the nurse said my blood work was fine and she said to see thyroid doctor - so I went too the endocrinologist and had a complete exam and blood work-- he asked me several times why she did not have an answer to my blood work taken 9-23-20 showing a positive ANA IFA result suggesting an autoimmune disease- Upon my calling again and asking to speak with the Doctor to go over my blood work that she took - I was told again I could only speak to to her nurse or make and pay for another appointment- In all my years I have never had a doctor not follow up on the phone my results! STAY AWAY-- HORRIBLENEW UPDATE!-TODAY I received a bill from quest for $723.42- they never SUBMITTED my bill to BLUE Cross!! SO VERY INCOMPETENT!

So far i have had one ampt. and i have been going for 3months and struggle with ordering meds they do not get back to me.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.While the doctors here are good, the office staff is simply abysmal and does not care about you in the slightest. I have never received a medication on time, had gaps between prescriptions, and had to harass the office daily to get any sort of information.They never answer a phone call, and will argue with you on the phone. On top of this, the office staff are some of the most incapable employees to have existed. I needed a referral for a new doctor, as I had given up on this practice for the reasons listed. They sent over all of my records, but conveniently forgot to tell the doctor why I needed to be seen. 3 weeks to get 1 referral sent.Avoid at all costs, your health is not the priority of this practice.

While the Dr I saw was great (Dr. Sax), his staff (Sylvia) who was supposed to take care of me and follow up simply didnt.. leaving me three weeks behind on medication and utterly forgetting about me completely and was not calling back or answering the phone, finally she did, and called the pharmacy for my meds without leaving my insurance information or anything and Ive been trying to contact her for days since then to no avail.

An excellent group of doctors. Been going there for arthritis for several years and have had great care.If you have arthritis I suggest you go there for help.

Received wonderful and thorough care from Dr.Clements for my arthritic condition.Both the doctor and her staff are very professional.and.the office has a wide range. Of.testing.facilities. Highly.recommend.

I’ve been going to Dr. Goodman for around 18 years the quality of care and concern and compassion is more than I have from any doctor that I deal with he’s very attentive caring and I would never go to another doctor other than Dr. Goodman for my arthritis problems I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a good doctor

I waited forever for an appointment. The receptionist was rude and the physicians are not professional. They also have long wait times in the office itself. Not going back here. Not recommended. Find yourself another place.

Dr. Coleman is the worst. The app to was for 11am and we were seen at 13:30 pm.If you want to waste your time , please make an app that.with Coleman.
