I have been going to Basis Medical in Delray Beach for a few months now for physical therapy, adjustments, the gym, massages, and aesthetics. My experience has been nothing short of exceptional. I actually look forward to going into that building on the days I have to because of the warm and inviting environment. Dr. Phil and his wife always have time to answer questions and they help me out with everything tremendously. They are very kind, friendly, and down to earth people. The physical therapy team works great with how you are feeling day to day. They open each treatment up with a simple conversation so they can get an idea on what specifics they would like to treat on that day. The aesthetics ladies are amazing with what they do and always put a smile on your face when you walk in. The massages are amazing, along with the chiropractors. This place is really an amazing full service spot to look and feel good inside and out. I Visit Florida quite frequently as I am a busy surgeon.I found out about basis from a friend, so decided to make an appointment.LIFE CHANGING!!! This year I will be turning 50 and vowed to be in the best shape of my life. I have been dieting and exercising regularly but have reached the plateau. The doctors here are very understanding and sympathetic the aging process. The regimen they put me on, and suggestions they gave me have put me over the plateau and I feel great!!! Im no longer tired and Im able to have tons of energy to spend with my small children, and enjoy life deapite being busy with work.

My experience at Basis Medical has been solid5-star in every aspect. I’m being treated for chronic pain and posture issues. The trainer Jackie is expertly providing appropriate stretching and strengthening exercises coupled with EMS. I love working out at Basis! They have a top of the line gym, with everything you need for a great workout, cardio machines, weight machines, pulley systems, TRX straps, tons of weights, barbells and dumbbells, everything!! The gym is always clean and all of the employees are very friendly! Everyone wears masks and they take your temperature and sanitize everything to be safe during COVID! Highly recommend!

This facility is fantastic. Basis Medical is hands down one of the best medical facilities I’ve visited. As for treatment, they found my problem quickly and got me on a plan to address my issues. 2 weeks in and I feel like a new person.Dr. Scuderi and team have been such a pleasure to work with. Loved this place! We really miss the variety of quality services and the friendly staff! After our move we quickly realized what we missed most from that area… the best chiropractic and physical therapy place we’ve ever had! This is the be the best physical therapist I’ve been to in my entire life. These guys are the real deal. Dr. Scuduri and Dr. Patel are absolutely fantastic and our five star in their field. I was in so much pain after getting in a car accident a little over a year ago. They’ve helped me every step of the way from exercises to re-strengthen my core shoulders and neck. I love everything about this office! I live 20 min away in Boca but I drive here to be treated an pampered. I Receive chiropractic services because I have a recurring stiff neck, sciatica And I also have a bulging disk. The pain is sometimes so bad I can’t properly walk. I can always trust the front desk to get me in for an appointment. As a busy mom, I don’t always have time to set up an appointment a few days ahead of time. The bases aesthetic side offers a variety of services with some of the highest tech in the beauty industry. The physician (Dr. Shcalit) who performs the injectables, does some of the best work I’ve ever seen. I always know I’m in the best hands when I’m here.

So, I have been going to basis medical in delray for the last few months at least. From the minute you walk in you’re welcomed by the amazing Josie! She’s the one that takes my temperature and my money lol I go to twice a week to see Dr. Patel, jackie and the amazing staff at this facility. I’m an CrossFit competitor and a fitness enthusiast who tends to get injured quite often or needs maintenance on a regular basis. I’ve spent over the last two years trying to find the best place and I will no longer look beyond this point! My body is my temple, so I will go to the best to take care of it. And I have found it here at basis medical! Also I am by far their worst patient because I’m hardheaded and stubborn but at the same time they still treat me like VIP. I recommend this place and the staff to all my friends and training partners all the time because you go in with an injury you come out with a smile. Thank you all so much for dealing with my BS and keeping me healthy and sane! ;)

Amazing place to go to got into a car accident on 9/11 lol how ironic but I started going there shortly after cuz my back neck and leg were hurting back and neck especially the staff and doctors are amazing 10/10 recommend them super caring and super nice people and a really nice and clean place to be at and on top of that after going there for about 2months 90% of my pain has gone away thanks to BASIS MEDICAL OF DELRAY so again 10/10 recommend it you won’t regret it:)))

I have been a client of Basis Medical of Delray Beach since April of 2020, after I was injured in a car accident in February. Prior to becoming a client at Basis I was treated by two different chiropractors but nothing they did helped relieve any pain or fix any injury’s. Within a week after starting my treatment and therapy, I started feeling some relief. From the first day of becoming a client with them I received a warm, respectful greeting from every staff member I encountered. Dr. Scuderi is a very knowledgeable, professional Doctor and he throughly explained my injuries and a treatment plan that has been very effective to my recovery process. His staff is just the same and my spirits are always lifted up when they are working with me during my physical therapy. They have a massage therapist and personal trainers, who are also very professional and knowledgeable. First time at Basis Medical Center Delray , Florida. I called in with severe back pain and was immediately accommodated. Liliana the Medical Pain Management massage therapist was great. Then Dr. Caitlin Stouffer worked on my back at around 1:00 pm and by 9:30 pm I was pain free. They both did a great job and hopefully thanks to them I will be able to go to work tomorrow. The place is state of the art and super clean. I will definitely keep coming back and recommend it to all of my patients.

BASIS Medical is literally part of My Florida Family. They take the time to get to know me, while helping me on my new journey in South Florida. I started therapy back in December 2018. The moment i walked in it felt like i was the only patient there. I was greeted with such warm smiles from the ladies at the front desk, not to mention how nice and clean the office was. After being checked in i went to the back for Physical Therapy. Sam and Brandon are the absolute best! They both walked me through everything that was going to happen and what was expected of me as well. Doctor is excellent introduced himself and we sat and talked about how i was feeling. I will highly recommend this office for your therapy needs. As someone with long term, incredibly painful sciatica I had accepted I would always be in pain. I had accepted that the excruciating pain was my new reality. Basis medical works miracles. Between chiropractic, pain management massage, electro stimulation, and physical therapy I am 99% pain free. They always work around my schedule and work me into theirs when needed. The doctors and therapists go above and beyond constantly! 10/10 would highly recommend!

I have been getting adjustments from Dr. Scuderi for years and he had helped me with pain management from multiple herniated discs. I would highly recommend this medical center and gym to anyone local to the Delray area.

Amazing, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable staff. Dr Stouffer, Dr Scuderi, Emily (PTA), Liliana (masseuse), and Alyssa (receptionist) make this place what it is. With state of the art equipment and machines this place has to be one of the best physical therapy practices in South Florida.

Dr. Philip Scuderi Is by far one of the most down to earth, generous people I have meet down here in south Florida. When it comes to Physical therapy, I’m no stranger to different types of offices and how different types of offices run (I’ve been to some pretty awful ones).I’ve been in and out of physical therapy clinics throughout the country since I was 16.Hands down Dr. Scuderi’s office and the clientele and the culture is one of the top clinics if not the best I’ve ever been to.Physical therapy can be quite scary for people who have never been in that type of environment before.However, I believe that Dr. Scuderi and his staff make the transition into physical therapy an enjoying experience. His team is built up of certified physical therapist who really put the personal in personal therapy. They show interest in their clients progress, and make sure their clients are moving at a pace that is comfortable for them.All-in-all if I have the ability to rate Basic Medical six stars I would - that’s not an understatement he’s helped me as well as my girlfriend and we both couldn’t be more grateful for his his guidance and his team.
