Went to MD Now to get my infection/rash looked at. The staff was really welcoming and caring. Diane took extra care by making sure that the infection was due to a sap burn and recommended treatments. Now I just wait and hope this thing goes away. Thank you so much!

Ive always taken my grandma here, but have never been a patient until today. The staff are all friendly and caring. Darce took care of me and did a great job.

Staff and doctors were very professional, friendly and compassionate. They got my daughter in quickly and did a Covid test as well. I drove an extra 12 minutes to go to this location instead of the one on Jog and BBB 1/2 mile by my house because the other location tells everyone it’s 3 hour wait! This location on S Military is where I will go from now on! I’m so grateful they were awesome!

This was my third visit in the last 3 months. This location is fantastic. All the employees that I’ve had the opportunity to meet and address my needs, have all had the most professional and caring mentalities. Very personable too, which I feel is the most important ingredient when it come to health care. I will continue to use and recommend their quality services.

If I could rate them a -10 I definitely would!! I visited this shame of a medical care facility on Tuesday 7/6/21 at approximately 4:30 in the afternoon. It was not busy. The nurse tried to take my blood pressure with the machine FIVE times instead of actually working and taking my blood pressure the way she was taught in nursing school.I also was told by the doctor that she never reviewed my history or medications with me, and when she brought me a wrist splint which was supposed to be for my LEFT wrist (the one injured), because she never looked at my chart, she brought me the wrist splint for my RIGHT one! Didn’t realize this until I was so uncomfortable and in so much pain 2-3 hours later that I took it off and looked at it — that’s when I realized she brought me the wrong one! And this “mistake” has cause extreme pain to my entire hand and arm in places where there wasn’t before.They wanted me to have an X-ray but because they didn’t have an X-ray tech at their facility that day, because they were “short staffed”. In order to get the X-ray, I’d have to drive to their Linton location, wait once again to have it done. I was told if I didn’t go that day I’d have pay another copay.The doctor never asked me how my injury was affecting my day to day life and/or sleep but really wanted to give me a muscle relaxer “to help me sleep” — I told him that fortunately, I’m able to sleep through the night.But if anyone out there is looking to score some easy muscle relaxers, I’d definitely recommend this place. Maybe you’ll be lucky and he’ll prescribe you some opiates too!!

Honestly such a good experience. Was not feeling well and they listened to everything I said without hesitation. Came into the room and was very personable. It’s nice to go somewhere where they actually care about you. Would go back in a second if I didn’t feel good again! So thankful for them

Much better experience than the express urgent care center from across the street. The receptionist was welcoming and greeted us here. The people here took our time and listened unlike the other place.

Dr seemed in a hurry and impatient to get to “the next” patient. Did not tell me what prescriptions he was calling in for me. The nurse told me what two of them were and left out the rest of the recommended medications. I found out later at the pharmacy. When I told her I had a bad response to one of them and it needed to be changed, she was irritated and acted as if it was an inconvenience to her. She did not have the doctor come back in to discuss the Rx issue (and he also chose not to return to discuss this) they changed it to another Rx without discussing it with me and I also have a bad reaction to that. At this point, I wanted to talk to the doctor about this. I asked the nurse to speak with the dr and she said he was busy with other patients and asked if I could hear him talking to patients in the next room. Quite condescending. Then proceeded to tell me she needed my room for another patient to draw their blood! I was still waiting in that room for my own results to come back as she had previously instructed me to do! I made it clear that I was not comfortable with the current medications and I wanted to talk to my doctor. She finally agreed reluctantly. When he came in the room, he was irritated and very abrupt. Poor bedside manner. I explained that I have bad reactions to those medications and he started explaining what they’re made of and that one of them doesn’t even work efficiently anyway!! I was very frustrated at that because I don’t understand why he would recommend that medication, without discussing it with me, and, even worse, feel it wasn’t effective anyway! I told him of another medication that had worked in the past without bad side effects and he said OK and left the room. When the nurse returned, she still had not given me my results. I had to ask her for them. Not a professional way to treat patients.This whole experience was frustrating and it’s very sad because clearly their capable of better. I was at this location the day prior and that experience was not the same. We had been there the day prior for my son and it was better than this encounter.

I went on a Tuesday sick and looking for Covid test. Everyone seemed so nice and friendly. I was told to check the portal for the results after 48 hours. I went on the portal where there was a message saying that the test specimen didn’t have my name on it so the test was not performed. I called the clinic. Was on hold for an hour to be told they would fix it and check the next day, Thursday morning. I checked. Same message. Another hour on hold to be told that they are very busy and will get to it whenever they can. So I drove my sick self there to talk to them face to face and get my results. I was told the nurse had fixed the problem and the results would be in in the morning. That leads me to today, Friday.. the same error message in the portal! I called again two hours on hold! The first person I spoke to was a call center. He said that he would stay on the line to see what they say. He didn’t. Probably because he didn’t want to sit on the phone another hour. The person at the clinic said that she would go talk to the nurse when she was finished checking in people in front of her. In the meantime I sat on the phone. I was told again that I should check the portal in the morning. This is the most unprofessional experience I have ever had at a clinic. I will never go again. I don’t recommend this clinic if you need something followed up on later. They are only nice when swiping the insurance information, taking the copay and initial face to face. Their follow up and customer service are the worst I have ever experienced.

We just moved to the Delray Beach area, and had not pick a new PCP. I had been fighting what I thought was a cold or maybe bronchitis for about a week, and it wasn’t getting better. MD Now Urgent Care was there for me. Everyone in the office was so nice. I was taken to an examining room within five minutes of signing in. The nurse and doctor listened to my problem and thoroughly examined me, and prescribed treatment accordingly. They both made me feel very comfortable and took the time to explained the details of my treatment. I would definitely use MD Now Urgent Care again!

The wait may be long but the staff is wonderful and the place is extremely clean. You would be happy to choose this facility

WORKERS COMP CLAIMANTS BEAAREDO NOT GO TO THIS COMPANY!I have a federal Worker’s Compensation claim and they did not fill the paperwork out correctly I have a broken wrist and pulled ligaments in my foot in my ankle and they filled out the paperwork so vague with missing information that I lost a whole weeks continuation of pay because the doctor kept contradicting herself on the forms for federal workers comp insurance!When I contacted the office and spoke to the office manager she stated that this is their policy it doesn’t matter what kind of injury you have they always release you back to work. Horrible careI Was advised to email corporate with info and they never responded. When the so called owner responds it is a canned auto reply!Do not go here seek medical attention at a REAL office that cares about your care!

Arrived at 1230 at 4pm told that the regional Manager had said they were told to close. Sent to Delray location. They only helped all the asymptomatic patients even if they came in after the others. Went to ExpressDocs instead and was helped within 15 minutes.

I called to have a drug test at 3PM. I arrived at 3:30. I was the only one there so I was seen immediately. Both of the ladies working there were absolutely perfect. Very nice and extremely efficient. I was in and out in 10 minutes. The place was spotless.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. The manager Kathy was completely disrespectful and not understanding at all. The workers do test without your approval or knowledge and then you end up with a huge bill afterwards. Make sure you ask questions and know exactly what they are doing because they add tests that you did not even know you were getting done to make sure you have to pay them more.I’m absolutely floored by the way Kathy spoke with me over the phone and I will never visit that MD now again.

We registered online and were told to show up at 2 PM for Covid tests which were required for us traveling from Florida to New York. We had to go inside and re-register and were told to wait. Very unsafe during Covid times. The waiting room was crowded, there was no adequate ventilation and we were in an urgent care situation where We assume people are sick. We walked outside to wait and after 40 minutes, we left. The last thing we wanted to do was go there healthy and walk out with Covid! This is unacceptable.

My Cova19 test was mixed up with another patient who had cancelled her test. After waiting 5 days & calling many times for the results after the 3rd day had past, I was informed my test was not done because “ I cancelled it”. I know for a fact there was no way I had cancelled it. If I had why would I be calling for results. When I asked the receptionist for her last name she would not give it to me. Not a responsible center.

If you need help from a doctor this is the last place you should visit. We went there after my child fell from the swing and we were worried if she broke her arm. After 3 hours waiting they did x-rays. They let us go with some sling ($15 cash) and promise to call tomorrow with the result. But they could not (or did not want to) find anybody in 3 working days to look at the image and tell if the bone is broken or not. We are still waiting for them to call us with the information about what did x-ray show. They do make you to sign the agreement that you pay regardless of they do anything or nothing at all. Easy money! I wish I could put 0 or negative stars. Please dont go there!

The only positive remark I can make is the cleanliness. I went to this location not knowing they NEVER have a MD on site. How do you call yourself MD Now if you dont have one. I went in for an issue at the end of November. I was put in a room for about 20 minutes and the intake nurse was fine. When the PA came in, she did not even tell me her name and pointed at me to give me a diagnosis. She did not listen to me at all and still gave me a diagnosis. Please note that I was misdiagnosed! After she made me feel terrible and on the verge of tears, I asked to speak to her supervisor. A short time later the woman from the front desk and some other person came in and I shared my story. The woman from the front desk was a little more empathetic but I cannot say the same. I asked that they look at my file to make sure they agreed with the diagnosis, but they REFUSED as they dont double check or go over their co-worked. I explained an attitude like this should not be in a place where you are in healthcare and should help people. They told me that I could visit the location on Linton that normally has a real MD and dont worry, I would not have to pay the co-pay again. The right thing to help the situation would have been to call ahead to that location and get me in. I just wanted to get out of there, actually run out of there. They told me my concern would be written up and dealt with internally. I imagine they did nothing and probably praised this individual that has no business seeing patients. My favorite part was getting the patient satisfaction survey which I gave a 0 and was never called by the location. I can understand now why there was no wait time as they are TERRIBLE. My words of advice, clean house and have all staff reapply for their jobs and watch your staff!

They said they would call me within two hours with the results from my X-rayThey never called. I have a cell phone so if I missed their phone call I would be aware.The next day I called for results to my X-ray and they said that they wouldn’t tell me I would have to make an appointment to get the results. I asked if they could tell anything after I asked for the doctor that I saw yesterday. That person told me my X-ray was abnormal. I told I couldn’t drive with my bad foot.I’ll pick up my X-rays when I can drive again.

The only pleasurable part of my visit was how I was welcomed and handled by the receptionist, after the check-in process, it all went downhill from there.I visited on a Sunday, this location was huge, capable of seeing many patients at a time, yet they only staffed the facility with 2 people: a triage nurse and a doctor. I waited over an hour in the waiting room in severe pain. The seats in the waiting room are small and uncomfortable, so if your body frame is anything larger then average, be prepared to stand. The entire facility was terribly warm for a medical office. There was not hand sanitizer available to use in the waiting room. I literally was sweating inside the whole time.After the hour long wait, I felt rushed by both the nurse and the doctor. Oddly enough, they didnt even take my temperature. Isnt that like a standard procedure, especially during the pre-screening process, yet alone a very important practice in the midst of the Covid-19 epidemic? I asked why the staff shortage and the nurse told me that it is always like this on Sunday and that they are used to it. Well their staff may be used to it, but certainly I was not and was amazed for such a large facility not to be properly staffed to handle the large clientele that was waiting. When I left there were over 8 more people in the waiting room and the receptionist was telling a newly arrived patient that it was over an hour wait here and offered to call another MD Now to see if they could be seen sooner at that location. For a relatively new office with many other urgent care facilities literally around the corner, I will not even consider returning to this location ever again due to the poor service that I received and how terribly understaffed they are at this location.Follow-up Note:I followed the MD Now doctors orders for 4 full days with no results or improvements to my condition. The doctors assessment and diagnosis was completely wrong. I struggled with unbearable pain and missed work due to his negligence. I ended up going to the emergency room as a last resort. I received a proper diagnosis quickly and efficiently. I was amazed that I was in and out of ER in less then an hour, compared to spending almost 2 hours at MD Now as noted above. The worst part is that my co-pay for urgent care is $ 25 and $ 200 for the ER. Had the doctor at MD Now made the proper diagnosis the 1st time and given me the time and care to fully examine me, I would not have had to pay the ER co-pay. I wonder if MD Now will reimburse me for the unnecessary ER co-pay as a result of the poor service that I received?
