Please GO somewhere else. Never met the physician. The staff is extremely inexperienced, and very disrespectful including the office manager.

The manager here is something else. My brother with special needs had an appointment here today and my mom had to take him because he cannot drive himself. She does have vertigo and this morning she had a huge spell where she couldn’t stop throwing up, her ears kept ringing and her vision became cloudy. How was she supposed to drive with all that going on? So obviously she had to cancel and they still said that she needed to pay a $50 cancellation fee, which I think is outrageous because they treat vertigo patients, so they should know what she was going through. I tried speaking with the manager to see if she could wave the fee and she said there’s nothing she can do and hung up the phone on me without trying to resolve the issue. The lack of customer service and understanding that this office has is unbelievable.UPDATE: I just called and asked for the managers name and she told me her name is “Pinchula” when her name is actually Rosa. So unprofessional.

Dr. Farronay is friendly and genuinely concerned for your condition. He takes time to assess and listen to you. I believe he is one of few doctors that do not push medicine that you dont need. Also, the technicians that do the tests are very professional, friendly and gentle. The front office on the other hand is disorganized so you have to keep up with them. Im very saddened that most 1 star reviews are because of the front office behavior.

I went to see Dr. Farronay after fainting because I wanted to rule out any underlying causes. At the first meeting before any testing at all he wanted me to start on seizure medication. I left in shock and in tears. Before my next appointment I decided I didn’t want to continue care with this dr. I called to cancel my appointment more than 24 hours in advance and spoke with Rosa in the office. Rosa said they they would have to charge me for the appointment because they were still going to have to pay their tech. I told her I was giving her over 24 hours notice and that I shouldn’t be charged. Rosa then said that she knew I didn’t have an emergency so I shouldn’t be canceling anyways, and they were in fact going to charge me. However, I actually have the right to cancel any appointment I don’t want to attend, regardless of the reason. I asked to speak to anyone else in the office and Rosa informed me there was no one else in the office. I find that hard to believe but since there is no one else I can possibly speak to regarding this matter I decided to share my experience here. I will never be back to this office. There are plenty of other neurologists in the area to choose from, I wouldn’t waste your time.

Wonderful doctor but horrible staff... Ive been hung up on by Rosa, Im assuming shes the office manager? Ive been waiting for a prescription for the last three months and while I understand that there are more patients and other factors that may come into play, being rude and outright saying that you dont have time to get something done is completely unprofessional. This is the one complaint that I have for this office! I have been a faithful patient for years here but as of late, its becoming more of a challenge to be happy with my patient experience. Dr. Faronnay tries his absolute best to treat his patients with respect and dignity but his office administrator takes this for granted. Shame on you Rosa... youre making this office look very bad. Things shouldnt be like this.

Never made it to dr. Office staff doesn’t know insurance guidelines. Tried to state I needed to meet deductible before I could just pay my copay. I called my insurance company. They said not true in dr visit only testing or scans. They obviously never checked with the insurance company and lied to me. I’m glad I never got in after reading all these negative reviews!!!!!!!

Hi USA, it is incredible to see such disagreement in Dr. Farronays staff review; My personal experience of years being Dr. Farronays patient happens to differ from these opinions, the staff is very cordial, and willing to help, I live out of the area and I drive about an hour and a half just to see him, if you happen to have had not such a good customer service at the office I suggest next time try to contact him and let him know, if he knew, that will not happen again, he is an incredible neurologist, he does not push pills on you, he is a psychiatrist too, and he has a big heart.

I used to work for this Dr. Is the most nasty person. And office manager its the worst. They treat the patients like garbage and they do not pay the people fairly and some cases like mine... last payment check has been delayed over a month, as patient goes I also was a patient with my husband. And even so that I was working there they are denying to release my husbands medical records to my lawyer, even that we has request them way before I quit. AVOID THIS OFFICE AT ALL COST

BIG FAT ZERO STARS but have to rate it one otherwise this wont post!!! After 6 months of trying to get a nerve conduction study and the referral needed, the Dr only did a partial study. He then stated he wanted my mom to come back in 6 weeks to test her legs, too. When I asked why doesnt he just finish the study today, he simply stated not to worry because the insurance would cover it. I pressed the issue to have it finished in this visit and he said he had other patients to see. I reminded him that my mom was a patient too and that we did not want to wait 6 more weeks and he simply got up from his chair and left the room. To add insult to injury, the last time we were scheduled an appt for the nerve study, the office help reassured me they had the referral in hand and had us come in only to discover they did not, in fact, have the referral. This Dr is not to be trusted nor is he caring and seemed only interested in billing the insurance.

WORSE DOCTOR EVER ! He just sees patients and charge the insurance and dont follow thru.I seen him a few times and now im going to another doctor which is a lot better. Awful also this office have an assistant name ROSA and she is horrible can hardly speak Engilsh and very rude. She tells you she will call you back and never comes thru as well just like the doctor. NO STAR FOR THIS DOCTOR & OFFICE. Dont waste your time to go here. See the reviews yourself

This office is horrible ! i don’t understand how the Dr can work with staff who don’t care about his patients. Good luck trying to get your medical records from them. After reading all of these reviews now i see how bad they are. Worst staff ever!!!!

The office manager is rude disrespect ful and has no since of professionalism let alone customer service called to reschedule my mom she gives me a appointment 6 weeks away and tells me if i dont wont the appointment dont come in..i asked if somebody else could call me she said i will not have anybody else to call u...and hung up in my ear...minus 6 stars..🌟

Horrible patient service. Only interested in collecting insurance fees and capital. Called in for many unnecessary appointments and never received any productive treatment or therapies. Horrible. Avoid at all costs

Horrible staff. Does not acknowledge who they are speaking with even if you are calling from another Physicians office. They just assume who is calling. Medical Reports dictated incorrectly and incomplete.

Supper nice doctor, office can be a little rude but over all they help you and get you what you need

Excellent service, my daughter has been with him for 2 years and her improvement has been seen, she is a multiple sclerosis patient. The dr did studies that his former neurologist never did and found that his condition had spread from the brain to the back. I recommend him 100% very friendly and he explains the treatment very well.
