I took my son to this clinic and we did not have any of the issues that were brought up in the other reviews. We were seen at the time of the appointment i had scheduled. The doctor and the aid in the room were both engaging and informative. Dr. Chrisley answered questions my son had about his health that were appropriate for his age. We are going to continue visiting the clinic to follow up on my sons health.

Absolutely the worst place I’ve took my daughter to, I was given no choice but to come here since her Medicaid only covered here. Dr tywanna chisley should not be a doctor here. She is rude and not welcoming or helpful. Belittles parents. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND coming here if it for pediatrics. She’s absolutely no help. Now I got my daughter back to her right doctor she’s doing way better and gaining faster with the help they gave me to give her. All this doctor knew how to say feed and force her to eat. Worst experience as a first time mother. Horrible service y’all need to do better !

This place is the worst I ever been, they dont care if you sick, they make you wait for hours, I brought my mom at 12 is already 1:30 and she still sitting down, we been here so many times and is always the same thing.

They’re one of the few places that accept Tricare, so I’ve been taking my baby to Dr. Brown since her birth. She’s sweet and so good with the baby, remembering details and getting excited when the baby reaches her milestones. As for the staff, I haven’t had any issues with anyone, and we get test results back quickly.Clean facility, nice staff, very helpful when I call and ask questions, just generally good people.But again, Dr. Brown is an amazing pediatrician, highly recommend.

Everyone from the eligibility rep, admin, CNA and Dr were all so good to me. Friendly, professional, calm, great attitudes. The Dr was the cherry on top who knew EXACTLY what was wrong with me and reassured me that they would get my issues taken care of ASAP. Dr. Garcia took the time to explain future precautions and so much more with me. The wait times were way faster than anywhere else Ive ever been even taking me in early sometimes. Thank you all for what you do! I look forward to Using you again in the future for my medical needs!Update: went back 1 month ago for a stomach infection and my new Dr also did a check up just to be safe. Well glad she did because we found out I was diabetic and my A1C was through the roof! Thank you for all the advice and guidance from EVERYONE here! I am slowly getting this all under control and losing weight as well. The staff is A1 and come highly recommended!

I’ve been an active patient at the Montrose location since 2013, and recently this location after moving in 2019. Unfortunately differences are non existent. At the time it was one of only two health care organizations offering services for a standard set price or on a “sliding scale” - a discount based on your income/circumstances if you aren’t receiving federal health benefits or subscribed to a private insurance carrier) It’s often felt like you had to put up with multiple inconveniences or instances of poor service (I.e my health work up/lab results being labeled Ryan White for three years despite never qualifying nor applying for this service and appointments being rescheduled without asking or informing me) because where else would you be able to receive standardized priced care. My number one piece of advice would to be as active in the health care you are receiving here as you can be. After making a follow up appointment at the front desk ASK FOR A PRINT OUT , I’ve seen as well as have had multiple instances of checking in , waiting an hour over the appointment time , asking the front desk to be told “you had the appointment time wrong” and only when showing the front desk your print out will you be told “someone must have changed it , you will still be seen” keep and arrive with your print out or screenshot your patient portal AND call the day prior to confirm your appointment time (this happened to me just today and when I called to ask why my appointment was changed without my knowledge I was told it was confirmed now and hung up on) , also if you ever have issues with the lab you will be told by Legacy that “they aren’t employed by us , it’s labcorp” so please be observant and vocal, at multiple times particularly at the deerpark clinic the lab staff WILL NOT ask you to confirm your name, DOB and insurance carrier, or self pay/sliding scale) multiple times I’ve had to repeat that I am solely covered by private insurance as the account being selected for my labs was an HIV/AIDS health care foundation was being picked and labeled on top of my lab results and invoices despite me NEVER being HIV positive nor applying or receiving a grant) I’ve complained multiple times and have been told multiple people would call to resolve, that it wouldn’t happen again, and that it was always “a different departments fault” this has been going on for THREE years. My final and I feel most useful tip is about complaints, DO NOT fill out a paper complaint at the location and DO NOT ask to submit a complaint with a call center representative (they will tell you to expect a call and that details are being “flagged” on your chart , but when you call back for a follow up after receiving no phone call you’ll be told no complaint was ever filed” what you NEED to do for a response is to call and ask to be transferred to the COMPLIANCE line , you’ll always be directed to VM, leave a VM and you’ll receive a call back within 72 hours , ask for names and keep records. Lastly the employees who’ve worked their the longest tend to be the most pleasant and helpful (don’t be afraid to wait in line and let others past until a helpful representative is able to assist you) I’ve had rude experiences with more employees then I could name but they tend to almost always be newer hires so find someone helpful and pleasant and if it’s the difference between being helped or not don’t be afraid to wait. Try and make appointments three to four months ahead of time , if you’re told the schedule isn’t made out far enough and that you’ll be called to schedule DO NOT WAIT , call at the end of every week to see if availability is shown or else your labs will be to far away from the next appointment they can find and you’ll have to redo labs and take whatever appointment they have to give . Good luck ! Not at bad but definitely could use some updated practices in customer service, cleanliness and organization.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. What kind of place does not answer the phone at all? I waited on hold for over an hour. AN HOUR! This place is the closest place in my network and they couldnt even answer the phone. This place is the most horrible place I have ever called. I cant report on the facility because I was unable to make an appointment. If they dont answer the phone, they should have a way to do appointments online. I do not recommend ANYONE to even attempt to call this place. Look for somewhere with better customer service!

I just recently went to get tests done and everything they were great with me they were very nice and I didn’t have to wait no hour or hours to get checked I think it depends on how you treat them so don’t expect to be seen if your gonna be rude cause they were very polite to me I have no problem what’s so ever I think I’ll be coming to this place unless I’m not treated good then I will switch other then that I liked my first visit

They have always been nice but have only been going to this one for 3 months but when I was on phone with the Behavioral specialist they hung up on me after holding 15+ minutes. Called back and when they went to transfer me hung up on my again.....ugh not very professional

I really enjoy coming here the doctors are great and the service is prompt but they are horrible at following up. I had two prescriptions needed after my yearly and was never told I I needed them until several months later.As a matter a fact I went back to get examined and was told about my last results and was told they would call them in so that I can pick them up at my local pharmacy, but they never called them in. So now I have to call them and ask what’s going on. They are very bad at updating you and calling in your prescriptions. You have to stay on them.

Really poor service. Im pregnant and all they have done is blood test. Havent been able to see the doctor. Yet they told me I have to wait till Im 18 weeks for my 1st ultrasound thats just dum. Dont know if my pregnancy is ok oh what.

Called and had to leave a message for an appointment with a recording saying someone would return my call in 5 days. Waited 5 days... no call. Made another call, another voicemail and that was 11 days ago. Dont waste your time. Office staff cant even return phone calls

There Staff is very friendly. But i have been waiting on the phone for more than 20 minutes. No answer. No may we call you back just on hold. All i need to do is confirm with them an appointment i had set up but my car stalled out on me. And i have to change the day. Its a great clinic dont get me wrong. I rate the clinic 4 stars but the phones are ignored. Please fix this

Both location are terrible. I went from lawndale location to deer park to be told two different things. Lawndale location was the worst the staff was rude. And acted like they didn’t wanna help you or be there. I waited in line for 10 mins waiting for a lady at the front desk to acknowledge me. (Their was 3 lady at the front desk not one of them were busy) when I finally got up there I was greeted rude with a “what do you need?” And a dirty face. So I left because I didn’t have my ID. But I called ahead of time and no one told me I needed it. Then I call the legacy number to make a complaint about the lawndale. The hotline was helpful until they told me to go to the deer park location saying it’s better and more friendly. So the call center ask for my name and told me they will call the deer park and let them know I’m on my way. As soon as I get there it’s 4:35 and the first thing the lady at the desk tells me is we stop pregnancy test at 4:30 but they close at 5. And on top of that the call center never called the deer park office to tell them I’m coming. So when I called the call center their is no history of me in the system or me calling them in the first place. So basically both location and the call center don’t know how to communicate and made me waste my gas running around to not find out anything.

Zero stars!!! I went in for a O.B. appointment for my first time to do an ultrasound on my baby. After a couple of mins Dr. Harold Locum Miller told me he didnt see a pregnancy at all. He didnt show me the monitor or explain of there was a sac but no baby just said there was no baby. I had a positive pregnancy test done there also. He wasnt very friendly at all, he mostly wanted to talk about my diabetes and yes I know its important as well to take care of myself but I was there to see about my baby. I left there with more questions than answers. I also paid payment in full. He said for me to go to the emergency room and let them do an ultrasound and bring him the results back. I dont think so I shouldnt bring him results for a job or results he is supposed to give me. I will never go back!!! As I left I got in my car and broke down and cried and worried all night. He caused me to worry and stress that I couldve have miscarried. The next day I went to see another doctor and low and behold right away they found a baby and heartbeat and around 9 weeks!!! All I kept thinking was all the worry he caused me, especially after I have struggled to have babies and endured many losses. I hope that any one who sees this doctor and gets told there is no pregnancy, please go get a second opinion!!! I wish I could get my money back! I waited longer to get seen than I got checked!!! Never ever again!!!!!

I just took my wife there for an appointment concerning her pregnancy and the doctor said her estragine levels didn’t matter when my wife was ginuenly concerned about it.and then they had proceeded to rush us out of the door after doing a blood test and the doctor that had spoken to my wife left the parking lot impatiently in her white Escalade.therefore making us feel like they didn’t care period.

This clinic is horrible and take forever. The come up with a million diagnostics before actually finding the right one, well our dr does. Dr. Brown. Im officially switching. They dont explain how or when to use the medicine and leave you in the room for hours.

I came to this location cause the one in my town was booked for 2wks and I needed to be seen soon. I’ve had odd symptoms for 2wks on and off but when I made my appointment I didn’t have these symptoms. The doctor was so rude the whole entire time. While I was waiting he was outside my door complaining about having to see me. Came in and told me he can’t do anything for me because I don’t have the symptoms at the moment. And then told me to go to the location in my town from now on. Told me, “If you have these symptoms, then come see us” like he doesn’t know they don’t take walk ins, no one ever wants to answer the phone, and theyre always booked. A couple of hrs after I left, I was getting those symptoms again!! I hate that I’m forced to come to Legacy because I don’t have insurance.

I scheduled an appt for THIS facility location, but they booked me for the Montrose clinic instead. Now i have to either reschedule or drive the 40 miles to the Montrose clinic. It took me a month to get this appointment.

Took a friend here to help her out. We had a 9:45 am doctors appointment that we arrived at 9:30 for... they put us into eligibility which we were unprepared for and not there for and then cancelled the doctors appointment telling us to reschedule after we had already been waiting nearly 1 month.

Very disappointed in my last visit. I had my postpartum checkup today and they didnt want to see me because I was carrying my baby. I told them that I had no one to leave him with and still they did not want to take care of me. It is disrespectful and discriminatory that they did not want to treat me for that reason. They did not even have the courtesy to advise their conditions before, so as not to make the trip in vain. I had very good judgment about this clinic as they took care of my entire pregnancy but this time it was definitely very poor and disappointing. I will never go again
