The lady at the back desk talked more then she did her job, absolutely awful,hellish

Worst place ever front staff is extremely unprofessional I hope to never have to go there again and they should not be in business

Waited 2 hours for a drug screening when their was only 3 people in front of me. They joke around way to much and call people back when they feel like it. If you have options between different places take it, I wish I would’ve at this point.

Was at All American in Freeport last week. Now this one this week. Management needs to hire more nurses at both or companys need to find a new screener. The lost man hours companys are accuring would more than justify not using the cheapest slowest screener I have ever been at in 25 years of UAs. I dont blame the nurses I blame the management and the companys that still think cheapest is better

The people working here have absolutely no sense of urgency, whatsoever. Also, there is no professionalism amoung the employees and people in the for screening.
