Monica was very kind and patient while I was stopped by this location. She is an excellent employee and made great conversation during check out. Thank you Monica, youre awesome! The store is also very clean, well-stocked, and organized! I had no issues whatsoever.

I went to get my 2nd dose of my COVID vaccine. My appointment was at 10am. I stood in line for an hour and a half and it was soo unorganized I never received my vaccine. I finally just gave up and left. Super unprofessional. Some type of communication would have been great. It was like they were purposely avoiding communicating with people in line.

Conveniently located! Open 24 hours so Im not constantly watching the clock to make sure I arrive before the store closes, lol.Prices are a lot higher than Im used to CVS being - prices used to be comparable to other stores. I just remembered CVS stopped selling cigarettes a couple years ago so I guess they have to compensate somewhere.The staff was friendly and helpful - thank you! Your time is appreciated.

There is a employee at the Deer Park location named Joyce, she is absolutely amazing, beautiful soul, we definitely need more women like her... so friendly and caring and you would never guess her age...The Williams family loves you Joyce.... Terri ❤️

Absolutely no customer service, not kidding I was not greet or assisted by one person in the store. From the time I walked in, to the time I couldnt find what I was looking for, to check out, and to walking out of the store.

I’ve read other reviews and they rated Low. But for me my experience here has always been 5 star worthy. The manager that has helped me has been one of the best. He made sure my needs were met even after the hurricane last year. They one of the few places stocked and open after Harvey.

Pharmacy - This organization seems to lack a training program where the employee understands the customers’ needs and ways to address them. There seems to be a correlation between age and quality of service, although my experience could be a one-off situation. The restrooms are a shame.Clinic - Their online tools and wait time display are winners. Charging ports at waiting area and ambiance music are great ideas too. They have flu testing onsite.

Reading the reviews of this company and i saw that their comments all bad. Guys learn to appreciate in this pharmacy. They always active 24 hours and give the serve best. Highly recommended. CVS Pharmacy.

The Pharmacy tech was absolutely great. Her patience was very much appreciated as she helped me get my prescription a lot lower than what my insurance was getting it to me for. Her persistence saved me mega $$$. Thank you Jamie!!

Francine in the Pharmacy is pathetic, her customer service is the worst I have ever seen by far... I am impressed that CVS would employee such an unkind, disrespectful person. Each and every time we have to pick up prescriptions or have a question she is none caring, as is most of the Pharmacist too. You would think for the amount of money we spend here they could at least treat us like human beings. If I was able to get my sons prescription elsewhere in a timely matter I would definitely never return.

Just left this CVS pharmacy and will not be returning to it anytime soon if it was the last places on Earth. The black gentle men that works in the pharmacy I’m assuming his the boss because of not only how he spoke to me but also how the spoke to his employees was very rude and Uncompassionate about my needs and questions. As a Deer Park resident and a member of the medical community as well I strongly advise to go somewhere else for medication!!!!!

Waited almost ten minutes in line to get simple syringes that you do not need a prescription for, and the pharmacist was extremely rude refused to give me any syringes and then started using profanity because I tried to explain that I just needed the syringe to draw up my medicine not the needle. I will be calling corporate. You dont treat customers or patients like that I dont care how long you went to school.

I do not even want to give them 1star. They do not deserve it. The are rude. Gave me the wrong meds. If you need to talk to someone they will leave you in hold for more than 20 minutes. Who has time to just sit there and wait. I can not go anywhere else as my Insurance will only pay there. I tried to refill a med they told me to soon, then turn around and tell me they can fill in within the hour. Frustrating,!!!! They do not care at all.

Terrible customer service. After giving the staff member the information on my prescription plan she told me that the ID number was incorrect because it was not long enough and did not even check to see if the insurance went through.She then made me get out of line. I called my insurance and they verified that it was indeed correct. I got back in line and was asked by another staff member in the drop off line if I needed help. I told her that I wanted to wait to talk to the previous staff member. She signaled to her that she did not want to talk to me. I called for the pharmacist and she ran the insurance plan and it went through with out a glitch. In all my years I have never been refused the courtesy of speaking to a pharmacy staff member. It was very rude! I will transfer all of my prescriptions elsewhere.

Love the 24 hour location I work late and they always have my medications ready and front store and pharmacy staff are friendly and knowledgeable

This place is the worse I’ve ever dealt with. Not only has the pharmacy messed my prescriptions up 14 months in a row the pharmacist and employees were laughing at me on the phone last night! He literally laughed at me when I told him they have messed up 14 times in a row!!! Customer service is nonexistent here, go to H-E-B PEOPLE!! Don’t waste your time or money!

I’ve been filling my prescriptions here for 13 years. I call to see if any of my prescriptions were ready to be picked up because I hadn’t gotten a cal like I usually do. And I get told they no longer take Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas. Never not once did I get a phone call to let me know about this so that I could find some place else to fill my prescriptions because I’m almost out. But who doesn’t take BCBSTX! Stupidest thing ever. The lady I spoke to had no information what so ever. Very disappointed in cvs I’ll never come here again.

If I could give ZERO stars I would! The last time I used this pharmacy they gave me the WRONG prescription. Then today I’m in the drive through lane frantically looking for my DL to pick up meds and the African American MANAGER told me he’d call the police if I didn’t move....NEVER asked me to move nothing! NEVER EVER EVER again will I come to this pharmacy!!

I recently had heart surgery and needed some meds this morning because I forgot mine across town. I called and spoke with Steve in the pharmacy explaining my situation. Within 30 minutes I had enough to carry me over till I got back where my other medications were. Thank you again for taking this worry off of my mind.

I can say the cashiers are excluded from this review. I was told my rX would be ready in 30-1 hr. I was going to wait until they realized I was using a Good RX card then they said they would not be able to fill it until the next day after they spoke to my Dr. Pharmacy treated me like an addicted drug seeker. They pulled up my rX history and asked why I was not at the pharmacy I used to use. Only I had just been there 2 days ago because I thought I was going to transfer all of my rX over to CVS. No thanks Id rather pay more than jump through hoops for them to do me the courtesy of filling my much needed legitimate pain medicine. Osteoarthritis and Lupus and fibro suck. So do herniated discs and caervical radiculopathy and neuropathy. But they made me feel like I was being punished for being sick. It was just very sad to me that these pharmacy people without a medical degree are able to get in the way of what a Dr. says I need. Sad representation of Deer Park.

F I could give negative stars I would. I dropped my prescription off on 04.30.18, was told I could pick it up on 05.11.18, called on 05.12.18, and was told the system didnt recognize the doctor and they would have to call him on Monday. OK, but this was like the 7th, or 8th month I have filled this prescription from this doctor and i will be out of Medicine come Monday. the pharmacist claims to fix the issue and tells me I can pick the medicine up on Monday 05.14.18. I call Monday, only to be told they dont have a prescription for me. Im going to skip the screaming and yelling i did and just say that I am out of a medicine I must take 2 times a day due to a level of incompetence I didnt know existed and CVS couldnt care less. This isnt the 1st time Ive had problems with them. I have to utilize them because thats the only place my insurance covers, or I would gladly change.

I got a prescription from the inside Clinic at this location. The Nurse Practitioner told me it would be 20min before my meds would be ready. She went in person and turned in the prescription. When I came to pick up my prescription I was not in the system. They looked at me like I was crazy and didnt even bother to ask when any paperwork was submitted. I was so upset I left, not to come back here...EVER!

Stopped by to purchase claritond and asked to check the prices between the name brand and store brand and was told I would have to buy the store brand to find out a price. LOL Told them I would go somewhere else so I go across the street to walgreens where they gave me a price check on both items and I could make a decision on which one I wanted to buy. CVS is big business without concern for customer service.

Just got off the phone with them one guy told me they do physicals then hung up on me 3. Times haha thats so funny then i called the doctor and he said they dont do physicals and also hung up on me

I waited for over three hours for someone to pick up the phone. Went in and they didnt have my medication in stock. The lady told me that it would be ready the next day at a certain time. I called before coming in to which someone answered right away and she told me they wont have that meds for another week. Then tried to get them to transfer the script to a cvs that had it and again another two hours on hold. This CVS is the worst!! Avoid at all cost possible!!

The store Manager is the rudest I have ever encountered at this CVS. I caught his name, Wayne, also leaves his employees to work alone. I have witnessed this countless of times. He also has horrible hygiene. He smells awful! I also came in over night and the employees were trying to find a rat... I live in deer park and will forever avoid this CVS at all cost.
