I became a patient a bit before covid19 hit the USA and with all procedures that I had to go through now at the age of 39 Im finally expecting my baby with the first IVF cycle.Dr.Pinto is very experienced doctor and he makes sure you understand your options. Cant be thankful enough to his staff - passionate, caring and always positive.The whole experience was unique, they take time to work with you in everything, no rush appointments, etc. Repromed staff became like a family to me.

Dr. Pinto and his team are amazing. Always on time for our appointments with minimal wait times. They went above and beyond when a prescription got stuck during the 2021 winter storm and helped us get the medicine so we could continue with the cycle. Dr. Pinto is very talented and knowledgeable and emphasises the role of prayer and positive thinking in IVF.

I started seeing Dr. Pinto and his team from Tyler back at the beginning of 2019. We had our first miscarriage and then was unsuccessful getting pregnant again, we started seeing him and got pregnant almost immediately but lost our 2nd baby. Through this process Jennifer that worked the front desk, Amber the sonogram lady, and the lady who drew blood, along with Dr. Pinto helped to ease the pain, hurt and emotions. They were there right beside my husband and I through the whole process and Dr. Pinto was amazing when we decided to go ahead and go thru with a D&C and his staff called to check in on me after the procedure. We then went back for another round of treatments and got pregnant almost immediately again, I have since been released at 10 weeks to go to a regular OB and I am currently 13 weeks pregnant. This is the furthest we have made it. I would without a doubt recommend Dr. Pinto and his staff in a heartbeat to anyone I come in contact with. They are some of the most friendly, respectful and caring individuals I have had the privelage of working with. Definitely a 5 star office and Dr.

I cannot begin to say how INCREDIBLE Dr. Pinto & his staff are!!!! Not only are they ALL committed to high quality customer service, but they are also compassionate and caring. This becomes vitally important when you’re dealing with the struggles of fertility. There was NEVER a time that the staff didn’t go over and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed...from questions answered, to assistance with insurance!! And what words can be said about Dr Pinto. I believe he was my angel sent from God. Such a caring, attentive, KNOWLEDGEABLE, and God-fearing doctor....such a rarity nowadays. My experience with Dr. Pinto and his office staff was great. Dr. Pinto constantly told me to call him no matter what and he took that seriously. He was always there for me and my husband no matter when we needed him. He had a calming and encouraging presence which constantly made me feel like he would figure my infertility issues out - thankfully the steps we took under his care led us to having a successful pregnancy. I will always be thankful for his care and guidance.

I absolutely love Dr Pinto! I am currently pregnant with Twins from a frozen cycle. I also have my son from a fresh cycle in 2016. My journey of infertility was over 5 years. I had multiple laparoscopies and saw too many doctors to count. Dr Pinto was the first doctor that actually took the time to figure out what was wrong and gave me the BEST chance of success. His bedside manner is awesome and his staff is super sweet. Sometimes the wait is a little long, but he has several offices and has a lot of patients. However, he has never rushed me or made me feel like he is not listening to me. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Pinto’s staff is incredible. The office staff is helpful and efficient at scheduling appointments and processing calls. The nurses are patient and thorough when explaining procedures and options. Dr. Pinto is genuine, honest, and realistic when formulating a plan to grow families. Everyone in the office is kind and compassionate. So thankful we found them and were able to receive such wonderful care.

Dr Anil Pinto is such a great Doctor. He gave me a treatment plan that worked for us and after 6 months we got pregnant! He would address all my concerns, never felt rushed, they monitored me regularly and always made me feel at ease. If I needed an appointment on short notice they would make time for me. His staff is incredible, all the nurses there make you feel at home and especial, giving you support throughout the whole process. I came to him after 2 failed pregnancies and without my OBGYN being able to give me an explanation why I was miscarrying, Dr Pinto took care of me and got me pregnant! Highly recommend.

Dr. Pinto is an amazing doctor. Always caring for his patients. Im so happy and blessed I was able to find him as my fertility doctor.

I would not recommend Dr Pino or this office to anyone. They over charged me on procedures that were not Preformed. They also overage charge my insurance and never answer my phones. When I had questions about my bill not ever returns my calls. Currently they owe me money and are giving me the run around about my reimbursement and have not paid me back, now they’re not answering my calls. My next step is to report them to the news to see what can be done I’m over this office.I would give them no stars .......

Dr. Pinto is amazing. He helped my husband and I have our little girl after 4 years of trying. Hes very personable and understanding. The staff is great too.

Dr Pinto and his staff are so caring and compassionate. I have a crazy working schedule and they always tried to fit me in for appointment. There were couple times I have concerned and called his office. His staff would let him know and called me back later.I have been struggling 5 years to get pregnant. Tried all alternative therapies including acupuncture (solely), herbs, foot massage, IUI. Finally I decide I need to get professional consultation from an IVF doctor. My friend, who struggled with pregnancy was seen by Dr. Pinto and has a boy with his help. Dr Pinto explained that because of endometriosis and my advanced maternal age, the lab results indicated that I had low egg count and poor egg quality. He recommended me to go for IVF, which I kind of know its my last resort in hope of becoming a mom. Dr. Pinto explained everything in detail, including why he would recommend certain tests but not the others. After undergoing several rounds of egg retrieval, my first embryo transfer was successful and I am now 22 weeks pregnant.

I dont really know where to begin. My husband and i went to Dr. Pinto after nearly two years of trying to conceive naturally. Dr. Pintos way of being funny with me was to consistently mispronounce my name. Not really funny. A bit rude actually. But whatever. On ultrasound I was told I had an endometrioma on my left side but was not advised to seek treatment or to be concerned about it whatsoever. When we did my HSG test, I had terrible pain when we tried to do my left side. I was told before the test to be honest about my pain because that was part of the diagnostic testing. So of course I told Dr. Pinto it hurt. I couldnt have hid it if I wanted to. So we stopped the test and Dr. Pinto rescheduled me to come back in and try again. He seemed to not really believe my pain was as bad as I was telling him it was. The next time I came in, it didnt hurt at all and he told me I was probably just stressed despite the fact hes aware I have endometriosis with a left sided endometrioma. At the end of all our diagnostics, Dr. Pinto says he sees no reason why we cant get pregnant naturally. So we leave there hopeful and keep trying.Ive now found out that endometrioma is indicative of stage III to stage IV endometriosis, which absolutely DOES affect fertility. My endometrioma ended up reaching 14 cm and wreaking havoc in my pelvis. Ive since had the endometrioma and, unfortunately, my ovary removed as well as my endometriosis lesions excised. My endometriosis doctor seemed very surprised that Dr. Pinto did not take my endometrioma more seriously and said most IVF clinics likely wouldnt even accept me until I had the endometrioma addressed. He says my fertility should definitely improve now after my excision.Were hopeful but disappointed that we wasted nearly a year of our life trying to conceive, believing Dr. Pinto when he said he saw no reason we shouldnt. My wife was referred to Dr. Pinto by her OBGY. We were told Dr. Pinto isa good, but he has the worst staff. Ver hard to get response on the phone.Last week I called 5 times finally answered. Today, I called 6 times and finally some body answered and to get me appointment she put me on hold 10 minutes then the phone disconnected, then one? I have start again call 5-6 times, noway I have to search another doctor. To concludes these people does not looks they have interested to work for these business, but never seen Dr Pinto. Even the manager who I talked the week before in a similar way she said will call me to regarding appointment but never call me that is why I called today and have this problem. Sorry for Dr.Pinto he has this kind of staff. To rate these staff 0/5. This do not the doctor.

He is amazing! I was referred to him by another Dr. I enjoyed having him as my ob/gyn. I was told that I would never have children but he never gave up on finding out what was wrong with me. I was with him for 6 months while I was living in Mesquite. We ended up deciding that clomid and a mixture of other fertility medications was the next step in my journey to become pregnant. Shortly after completion of the medication I found out a month later in November of 2017 that I was pregnant. I had my daughter on July 2018 and i thank him so much for not giving up as so many before him did.

Dr. Pinto was highly recommended by my OBGYN, which is how I heard about him. Upon our first meeting, he was professional thorough, upfront and real - which we really appreciated. He was realistic with my situation and didnt sugar coat things but communicated in a manner to which we really appreciated. He is caring and professional and we worked with him through our entire fertility journey, going straight to IVF due to my personal numbers and situation and it resulted in three retrievals, one viable embryo, a perfect transfer and pregnancy and healthy baby boy. If I had issues again I would absolutely recommend him and his staff. I will say that due to his schedule and multiple offices, you dont get to see him every time you go and in the fertility journey there are TONS of visits, so just want to make you aware and prepared for that. His staff is amazing and the nurses can do the bloodwork and answer questions - they are all caring, professional and helpful with the millions of questions that I had and got back to me immediately if ever needed. Dr. Pinto was amazing for us and our family loves Dr. Pinto!!!

Dr Pinto removed a tumor from my uterus bigger than a golf ball. He was kind and considerate and would recommend him to anyone.

I was referred to Dr. Pinto per my OGBYN, Dr. Gaitonde for my HSG. Not only was Dr. Pinto very personable but didnt make me feel uncomfortable. Durning the HSG he keeps telling me to talk I wasnt talking because HSG make you feel like your having a really really bad cramp!. He explained everything to me for my results right then and there and immediately called my OBGYN in front of me to give him the results as well. I would recommend him and his staff to any one and I would use him again!
