I went in originally for antibiotics knowing My wisdom tooth was infected, never got any of my wisdom teeth pulled prior. But this one tooth was killing me off and on. Staff was quick and excellent straight to the point. Of course they suggested I get it pulled. I was terrified. But came back two days later and got all 4 pulled because Dr bishop was so patient and gentle with the surgery that I felt nothing at all. That was 4 days ago, and no pain at all. Definitely will be getting all my dental work done here from now on. Nobody like the dentist but the staff and Dr bishop alone will make it worth your while. You will want to come back. Trust

Awesome office and dental staff. Brought my 3 year old in for her first dental visit, and both the hygienist and Dr Bishop did such a good job! They made her laugh and feel comfortable the entire time. She was even able to sit still long enough for some x-rays. Will definitely be coming back.

First time here, I was very impressed. Wait was not long, they did everything they were supposed to due to Covid . My family felt protected . The full staff was kind and professional the office was clean . Everything we needed was taken care of with no issues . Both kids were seen asap and taken care of.

Dr Bishop is sweet and and so are most of his staff however My second visit wasn’t so great due to the sarcasm of one of his administrators. After driving 45mins to a dentist I refuse to go out of my way for such treatment. Since I’m mixed and my son is fully black (african) of course you can’t reply without being labeled “the angry black lady” so I just left it. However me and my 3 yr old Probably won’t be back.

Any questions I had they answered and made sure I truly understood their responses. Waiting area was inviting and I loved seeing something on the tv other than the news.

I expected lots of pain after cleaning for crowns. There was none.During the pandemic I was pleased to see the spacing of patients.

I was referred to this office not knowing what to expect. I dont like dentist however, everyone was so kind and gentle. They took their time to explain my treatment. The doctor knew how painful extraction are and ensured my pain levels were at zero tolerance. The cost I was expecting was 50% less.They follow up for an update on recovery. Great job!

I just had my first appointment with Dr. Bishop. Hes the best dentist Ive ever had, no exaggeration.. I needed emergency repair for a broken tooth. He took me in within an hour. The novacain shot was absolutely painless! The tooth was quickly fixed, also without pain or discomfort. His staff are wonderful too. I highly recommend Dental Dimensions!

Absolutely loved it. I usually go to the location in Arlington, but this one was definitely better! They had a small play area for my 1yr old. Also the dentist and staff were amazing. Lovely ladies.

Front office staff friendly, nice, and eager to help.Drs in the back friendly and niceService average.Decided to move after getting 3 estimates prices I would pay for a procedure. The problem isnt the price, its the fact that each time they would verify the amount theyd come back with an amount $20 more. Thats fine, but when I asked well what happened why did it go up, they would say system error. Not only that I scheduled my appointment several weeks in advance and on the day prior to my procedure I call to finalize what Id pay and they say oh the doctor you saw last time wont be here, you will be taken care of by someone else. If thats the case, call me and let me know when you know the doctor wont be there. Also fix your system because there is no reason I should be pay more money and not be able to receive an explanation as to why. 3 of my family members switched to another dental office and I will also be doing the same.

We love this location. Dr. Bouie is amazing. She laid on the floor and colored with my 2 year old while I had my X-rays taken. She’s so extremely friendly, kind hearted, and through. The dental assistant, karina, is very professional and sweet as well. We had a pleasant experience at Perla dental of lake highlands today and I look forward to my 6 month appointment.

Girl at the front desk= rude + attitude the other is slightly unfriendly. I had two fillings done, they are uneven and I feel the difference when I bite down. Its been past 10 days and I am still sensitive and in pain. I was given numbing medicine, and right after the dr started to work on my teeth. I felt almost everything. It was only towards the end I was completely numb. Other clinics WAIT until you are completely numb to even begin work. This was on a Saturday. They were all rushing to get out of the office. I am canceling my next appointment, and never coming back. I tried to warn them about supper sensitive to pain, but this was obviously disregarded. If you are sensitive to dental work, this is NOT the clinic for you.

Terrible customer service. I called the office almost a month and a half ago about a billing issue and every time I called I was told that the billing manager would call me back to go over the information. The small balance on my account was turned over to a collections agency instead, even after I had contacted the office. I was not trying to not pay, I just wanted a clear understanding of where the balance was coming from and I was given 2 different stories. I will never go back or do business with this office again.

Ive been here twice and both times were great. My husband was shocked that I was able to go in and get all my work done at once on a Saturday. I didnt feel like the doctor was rushed at all. I was very paranoid about the pain and procedure and the doctor was very patient and calming. My fillings were high since I was too numb the first time to bite down completely and I went back, again great service, no rush, and no charge to lower the fillings.

Excellent dental care. They worked with my insurance, which has proven to be difficult. Very thankful for the cleaning and cavity fillings they provided. I had been living in pain for a while, as I couldnt find affordable dental care anywhere.
