Dr. Fufidio and her team are the absolute best. Excellent communication, chair-side manner, and all around service. I actually look forward to going to the dentist!

I have been coming here since I moved to Dallas. They staff is still always super friendly and tells your pricing throughout the entire process. The prices on something, although may be high, the service is top notch. I recently had a front tooth fixed because I chipped it. They text me the next day to ensure I was all good and that i wasn’t experiencing any difficulties. Will be a repeat customer because they def take care of you.

I really liked going here, the staff is very kind but prices are insane. I had a huge ulcer in my mouth, they did an exam, put some stuff on it and sent me home with some mouth wash, that visit costed me $200 right there, then I got another bill from insurance for $400..? My old dentist when I went to him for the same thing, he examined me, Called me in the same mouth wash and I picked it up at the pharmacy for $10… again, I liked this place but they charge an arm and a leg for everything.

I have needed urgent dental care twice now and both times Katy Trail Dental has been able to see me asap AND saved my teeth! They have been my dentist since I made Dallas my home and is now my family dentist. Absolutely love them, everyone that works there is so nice and welcoming and makes me feel comfortable and not scared of any dental procedures.

Beware of the high prices at this Dentist, and they will not tell you what you insurance covers until after-then you get a fat bill in the mail. You can get the same treatment that is FAIR and AFFORDABLE at plenty of other Dentists in Dallas (Mint, Waverly both great). I had been going for a few years but after moving locations the pricing and suggestions for dental work was absolutely through the roof. I have recommended my friends here as well, and even had a friend get up and leave during the appointment bc of the suggestion of price to do a teeth cleaning. Just be careful and know what they are doing and going to charge you for....

I originally liked Katy Trail Dental a lot because the new patient exam seemed thorough and this was the first time that a dentist sat down and took the time to point out what everything on my x-rays means. On this same visit, I was given all of the estimates of what I would owe out-of-pocket (what insurance doesn’t cover). This meant that I only had to pay a little of the X-ray. A week later, I am informed that I owe $200 + than what I was told for all of the other images that were taken. Plus, I was put on a plan to visit them 3+ times so that I could be charged more out-of-pocket charges since my insurance only covers 2 preventative care visits in a calendar year. I didn’t even get a cleaning on my first visit as I had signed up for and that’s all I really needed. I got second and third opinions and found out that my teeth only require a routine cleaning and not all of this extra stuff that I was told here. I will be taking my dental cleaning elsewhere.

The best dental experience I have ever had. The staff here make you feel welcomed and informed of EVERY step in the process. They help you learn the best ways to maintain a health dental lifestyle. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to feel safe and a sense of trust.

Dr. Dom, Hepzhi and the rest of the team are awesome. They pay attention to each tooth, tell you whether things have gotten better or worse during each visit and suggest routes to correct it.

I don’t think I can put into words how much I appreciate everyone in this office. I had my first appointment today and suffer from some pretty serious anxiety regarding medical treatment, during the entire appointment both Dr. Fufidio and her entire team treated me with nothing but kindness, understanding and patience. I know dealing with someone with serious anxiety like I have doesn’t make thing easy but they did an amazing job and I am so happy I found this dental office in my new city where I know I can continue to come for all my dental care

I did not have a good experience here. I felt kind of like I was at a used car dealership. Some of the people working were friendly, but they recommended I receive almost $9,000 worth of work (at the minimum). I went to get another opinion at a different dentist and they recommended about $1,000 worth of work (covered by insurance). If you choose to go here, do your research and make sure you are getting the care and work needed!

Can’t say enough good things about Dr Fufidio! Her and her team are amazing and always take great care of me! They are so knowledgeable and upfront about pricing on services before signing off on them to be done and she gives her honest opinion which I love! I was very disappointed in my experience here. I have used the same dentist for years, but decided to switch to a provider that would be closer to where I live now. I made an appointment to get a cleaning. After signing an extensive amount of paperwork, I went to have x rays done and ended up being in the office for over an hour and fifteen minutes. Only to be told that I needed a deep cleaning and some other work that would cost $600+ out of pocket. I left without any work done and having to pay for an extra x-ray they wanted to perform, that is not covered by insurance. I called back later and said I wanted to just go ahead and have a normal cleaning at this time and that I would consider the deep cleaning later on. I was then informed by the receptionist that once you are diagnosed with a deep cleaning, we cant go back to a normal cleaning. Very interesting, I didnt realize that a deep cleaning was a diagnosis. Seems more like a treatment? Also seems that the staff has been trained to upsell and get as much money out of patients as possible. Very disappointing to see this kind of behavior, especially in our current climate.

This dental office is the best. The staff is so warm and friendly. Both myself and my husband are patients here and they always remember us and follow up on any topics that were discussed at the last appointment. They are so kind. They have been so great with my husbands teeth and always explain what they found, what the plan is, and the whys of all the decisions. That are flexible with schedules, and understanding when last minute changes occur. We will remain patients here as long as we can. The level of personal relationships really makes the whole experience great.

Terrible experience. Submitted all my insurance information and talked to this office weeks prior to my appointment, then after I take time off work, show up to the office, they tell me in person they do not accept my insurance. Completely unprofessional and no regard to my time. Will never recommend this place or go back.

Love Dr Fufidio! She is so thorough and also just a wonderful human who genuinely cares about you and your overall oral health. Her entire staff is kind and responsive and they’ve got an excellent system in place to ensure everyone feels safe (which says a lot in these times). I have previously put off going to the dentist because I never seemed to find anyone I liked/trusted, but now that we have found Dr Fufidio, we will never miss another cleaning! :)

The staff is excellent! I had a meeting and needed to start on time. The hygienist prepared and had everything ready when I came in. I had a thorough cleaning, xrays, and was fitted for my night guard. I was out the door with a few minutes to spare. Also the office is very clean and their Covid19 prevention practices made me feel safe being there.

Dr. Fufidio is quite competent and skilled as a dentist, but unfortunately the practice is not in network with any dental PPOs. As a practicing M.D. I myself am in network with essentially all commercial insurance plans in order to offer the lowest cost treatment to my patients. I would expect the same standards of excellence and perfection from any colleagues I see as a patient. Therefore Im unable to offer more than a one-star review of Katy Trail Dental. Thankfully there are literally hundreds (maybe thousands) of dentists in Uptown Dallas that accept contracted rates with the major dental PPOs. I would therefore recommend choosing one of these for your dental care.

Nobody looks forward to going to the dentist, but with Hepzhi as your hygienist it is hard not to enjoy what would otherwise be a less-than-fun experience. So, kudos to you Hepzhi!My only knock would be that they are out of network for my insurance, so I pay a little more than I would elsewhere. However, for the quality of treatment and customer service, I would say it is worth it. 5/5 for me.

Rarely would I write a review about the dentist because I am the type of person who usually hates going to the dentist... but Katy Trail Dental has totally changed that for me. Dr. Fufido and her staff do an incredible job. They make a normally nervous patient like me feel calm and comfortable. They talk me through the process and are super knowledgeable about everything they do. The staff is so nice, every time I come in they remember me personally and ask about my dog, my recent vacations, my boyfriend, etc. I’ve never been to a dentist office before where they take such personal interest in each one of their patients. I can’t recommend this place enough!

WOW WOW WOW!! All around 5 star service from start to finish. This is customer service from way back when that is SO hard to come by now. From the minute I called to book my initial new patient appointment the staff has been so incredibly kind, accommodating, patient and understanding. Dr. Fufidio herself called me the day before my appointment to get a baseline understanding of why I was coming in. I dont think thats ever happened with ANY physician I have ever visited. They were flexible with me when I needed to adjust my appointment, they were patient and thorough in my actual appointment, they listened to my concerns and needs, explained my treatment needs...I mean honestly the list goes on and on. I am so impressed with them and happy that I found a physician that makes me feel like a person and not a number!

Great experience here today, the office is very clean and setup nicely. The office manager Emily was very helpful and made it easy to understand everything. All the staff is super nice and this is the best dentist I’ve ever been to. Dr. Fufidio is the sweetest and even though I was nervous, I felt like I was in good hands. All the other previous dentists I’ve been to have just told my what’s wrong and never did anything about it, but here it’s different and they give you a plan on how to fix it. Finding a dentist is not the funniest thing to do. When I moved to Dallas, first dentist I found was Katy Trail. The one thing I loved was they have afternoon appointments. Its not easy for me to go during the day. All of the staff are amazing. When you come in, they greet you by name and they always make great conversation. Dr. Fufidio is great. Shes does a great job with my teeth and makes very good recommendations. At my last dentist, I would always have to come back because something wasnt right, not here! I would definitely recommend Katy Trail to family and friends.

Its easy to speak highly of everything about Katy Trail Dental. Every person in the office is friendly and professional and I know they do a great job with my teeth. I felt completely comfortable going back to their office after the COVID-19 outbreak as theyve implemented additional safety measures on top of their already sparkling clean facilities!

My third visit to Katy Trail dental happened to be the first day they reopened after the pandemic. They have moved to their very nice new office location. These ladies have worked so hard to ensure the safety of their patients. I was very impressed by their attention to details with safety measures to keep patients safe. They all had on protective gear and made sure my room was ready for me before I entered the building. Everything was very clean and they had many single use disposable items. Maddison always does a great job cleaning my teeth and Dr. F was professional and punctual as usual. I couldn’t recommend their office more, especially in these times!

The doctor and assisting personnel were terrific. The examination was the most thorough of my life, with terrific technology.

I have had three appointments here and one at the periodontal place they recommended and every experience was warm and friendly and welcoming, even if I was not my best self. I put off my dental care for years- like ten years, and I had xrays, photos, an exam, and then they made me a treatment plan and I had a real good cleaning from Hepsi (I don’t think that’s how you spell her name, but she was absolutely amazing, and my mouth has felt healthy and measured since then) and then today I had a night guard made by a very warm and welcoming hygienist, and two fillings by ohmygodidontrememberhernameimsosorry and it took like thirty minutes and was painless. If you want top quality dental work, go here. Literally, I thought my teeth were trash and it was going to take thousands and years to get them healthy, but it only took three hours with these funny ladies. All my love to KTD.

New to town, close walking distance, medical forms easily printed from home so no need to go in early for lengthy paperwork, and so far all of my family members including my almost 6 year old year old twins boy & girl have had great experience so far with everyone.

Moved back to Dallas after 19 years in LA. When moving...finding a good Dentist, Doctor, Vet, Groomer and Barber are difficult. I can say...I found my Dentist. Everyone at Katy Trail is amazing. Fit me in quickly...did not lecture me about flossing...and found solutions (and time) to get it all done before the end of year. Also do not feel that they were trying to upcharge me on anything. THANK YOU to the entire staff!!! Now...time to find a Barber. :-)

I moved to Dallas three years ago and have been hopping around dentists for a while. I first saw Dr. Fufidio in 2018, and after visiting other dentists recommended by friends and family, Ive made my way back to Katy Trail Dental. Dr. Fufidio and her team gave me the best experience of all the dental practices Ive been to, and Im so happy to be back with them. Going to the dentist is not my favorite thing to do, but they do everything they can to make the experience comfortable and they always treat me with kindness and respect. I have a lot of dental issues that Im self conscious about, but they have never made me feel embarrassed -- in fact, theyre so optimistic and encouraging about treatment it kind of alleviates some of the shame.If Im being honest, I wish I never would have stopped seeing Dr. Fufidio because I am pretty sure had I been visiting her consistently for the past two years, I would be much further along in my dental treatment plan.

I found my new dentist. Everyone is very friendly and makes you feel at ease when you sit down in the chair. They are quick to get you in to your appointment, gentle, and very knowledgeable about your needs. Their office is clean, neat, and in a location easy to get to. This practice is great as you know everyone that is taking care of you each and every visit unlike other dental practices where each visit I would see a different dentist.

The staff was very accommodating with my work schedule. Everyone who works at Katy Trail Dental is very welcoming and outgoing. They genuinely care about building a good foundation for your healthy teeth and outline a series of steps to ensure your teeth stay in good shape. Would highly recommend.

I’ve been a patient here for a few years but NO LONGER, not after the appointment I had last week. The doctor doesn’t realize PATIENTS are CUSTOMERS, and spoke to me like you would speak to a child, which has happened before, and she did this in earshot of the rest of the office, patients and staff, openly chastising me for being late on my visit, how that wasn’t fair to other customers, and that if I did it again I’d be forced to go to a specialist who would charge me excessively. Then she asks me if I understood for clarification and when I responded frustratingly for being embarrassed and publicly shamed, she again mentioned that they could send me to a specialist, which seemed like veiled intimidation. I was in fact late on my visit, 7 to 8 months after the last one, though I was supposed to be in at 3 months. I am a special case. They still didn’t clean my teeth as there wasn’t enough time and I had to make the first available appointment a month away. I did not intentionally neglect my health or teeth. Life & work gets in the way. Regardless, I do not have to answer to strangers. And a person shouldn’t be made to feel less than or gross because of it, but that’s how I felt leaving this visit. No paying customer, much less a patient in a doctor’s care, deserves to be treated this way. And I’m not sure how it’s possibly unfair to other customers… That has nothing to do with me. Just give me the facts. The costs etc. I do not expect special care or pricing, but I do expect to be treated as a customer if I’m paying you for a service. And I do expect privacy and to not be spoken down to by my healthcare provider.

I can’t say enough about how awesome Dr Fufidio and all of her staff are. I have lives all over the US (in 19 states total) and finding the right dentist is always so stressful. I picked them because of their proximity to my apartment and then knew it was a good fit almost immediately upon walking into the cute little house that was their office. I am 60 and all of my fillings are literally 55+ years old and I needed yet another filling to be removed as it was cracking a still healthy tooth. The staff (reception all the way to billing) makes the experience seamless and optimistic. Dr Fufidio is absolutely professional, gentle and willing to connect and explain everything which takes away any anxiety. The hygienists are also completely gentle and thorough and very informative about current ways to go forward in dental health. Thanks Katy Trail Dental!

I visited 3 different dentists in DFW before finally going to Katy Trail Dental. Dr. Fufidio is a Fellow in the Academy of General Dentistry, which from my understanding is special training dentists can elect to receive to further their education. Less than 5% of dentists receive this Fellowship award. Its not mandatory to do in order to become a dentist but it shows that she is a legitimate dentist who cares about your health & your teeth.Ive seen Dr. Fufidio 3 times now at the old office & the new one & have had cleanings & fillings with no problems. If I remember correctly, I believe Dr. Fufidio called me a few days after my filling to check in on me! The office is very clean & the employees are very attentive & friendly. I even had a cleaning appointment on the first day of opening from covid & I felt well protected & very safe. The employees never removed their masks & did not fidget with them. The office dental equipment also feels a lot higher-tech than previous dentists.I was badly scammed at other area dentist offices (beware if youve never had a cavity & somebody is all of a sudden trying to tell you you have 10 cavities & need an immediate root canal!! Like what!!) so I will only ever trust Dr. Fufidio from here on out. They know what they are doing at Katy Trail Dental!

Dr. Fufidio and her entire team are truly amazing. After an embarrassingly long break from going to the dentist for regular checkups, I anxiously went to see Dr. Fufidio and she took great care of me and made me feel comfortable and not ashamed for how long it had been since my last cleaning. Her and her team got me set up on a great treatment plan to fix the couple of dental issues they found and I could not be happier with my choice of dentist. I have since gone back for a cleaning during this strange/scary COVID time, and they made me feel extra safe and taken care of, which was a welcome relief as I was nervous before going in. If you’re looking for a great new dentist- I highly recommend dr fufidio. I’ve had a few of her dental hygienists as well and they have all been excellent- especially Ellie who I had today, but honestly they have all exceeded my usual expectations for hygienists.

Second time going here, but now at a new modern office near SMU. Staff is amazing per usual. Everyone is helping out there in that office no matter the role. Looking forward to seeing them in November!

Going to the dentist is probably no ones favorite thing, but the Katy Trail Dental staff made it seamless and stress free. They were honest about recommendations, and very courteous. Glad I choose them to do my dental work.

Every time I come into Katy Trail dental I am impressed from the moment I walk in to the second I walk out.Emily and whoever else may be milling around the front desk do an outstanding job of greeting me warmly and efficiently taking care of any paperwork that needs to be handled.When I go back to see Dr. Fufidio and the rest of the team I am impressed by the level of personalized service they give. Even if it has been a year since I have been in, they remember the nuanced details of my case.

This is a very professional and friendly staff. This was basically a consultation visit for major dental work in the near future. Dominique was very informative and provided different options on my upcoming work. I felt very comfortable and satisfied with the visit. I would recommend this office.

I would like to say upfront that I was fooled by the online reviews of this place. The owner will probably respond to this review denying these claims, but this is my experience. The tactics this place uses reminds me of a used car dealership. Don’t be fooled by them. I went to my old dentist for regular cleanings and check ups and they said my teeth are fine. This place tries to perform any procedure they can on you to rack up the bill and make money. I’ve gone to this dental office twice and the experience has been unpleasant. This place tries to upcharge you on services you don’t need or can do yourself. They will put services in your treatment plan that aren’t covered by insurance, because of course they aren’t necessary. For instance they tried to charge me about $300 on an irrigation treatment between your teeth/gums that you can do at home for free with a Water Pick (of course insurance won’t cover this). They also took an X-Ray when I told them I did not need one. The person who took it messed up on basically every angle and took way more X-Rays than needed. Due to the radiation, I had the biggest headache for the rest of the entire day.When you try and opt out of any services that are optional, they will not listen to you, and explain to you that it is required as “part of their plan.” They also talk to you like you’re a child when they explain it. They won’t explain any part of the billing to you unless you really ask and are firm. They conveniently don’t show you the bill until you are literally on the operating chair. They do this so you will quickly sign and hope you don’t read or examine the bill. They won’t take no for an answer when you say you don’t want an ancillary service. Customers shouldn’t have to argue with the dentist on the services they want...My previous dental office doesn’t do any of these shady business practices. I’m going back to my old dentist who is honest and does a good job. Don’t let them take your hard earned money. Don’t fall for this scam.

I love Katy Trail Dental. They were incredibly thorough helping with the fit of a crown yesterday and even as theyve grown, continue to be detailed and patient about working with insurance companies and explaining everything thats happening financially.

Dr. Fufidio is an amazing dentist and all of her patients love her! She is incredibly gifted and knowledgeable; I highly encourage everyone to visit her practice. Every appointment is spent 1-on-1 with the doctor for a truly unique dental experience! You will be floored with the level of care that she and her team provide at the same cost as other dentists in Dallas (where you only see the doctor for a few seconds at the end of the appointment). Cannot recommend Katy Trail Dental enough!!

Dont trust this place if you are a new patient. A lot of positive reviews saying how friendly the dentist are, however there a few bad reviews due to similar events to mine so be careful.After telling them I havent been to the dentist in an over they took that as a sign to scam me. Instead of doing a cleaning as requested they made me take full X-Rays (out of of pocket) and tell me how much work I needed done to my mouth. This include over $2,000 worth of deep cleaning as well as a referral to a surgeon to remove my wisdom teeth. After my visit I went to another dentist to get a second opinion. After looking through those X-Rays and a quick 5 minute check they agreed that none of the work that Katy Trail Dental required was necessary.
