Called this morning at 10am to try and get a appointment for my son wisdom tooth removal and pricing on my insurance deductible because I have 2. Had a manager from insurance department call me back 30 mins later to tell me we call bill 1 insurance for your sons xray & the procedure on the other. I specifically told the manager are you sure because I dont have the money at the moment(Paydays Friday) stated just have your son here by 2pm etc..... I get here a MA calls my son back to the room and a guy comes out talking about my insurance. The guy (Not sure who he was never told me his name or title) couldve @ least called me to the front desk and had a confidential conversation with me. (Im a healthcare worker HIPPA & CONFIDENTIALITY is a Major deal)!!! The Dentist (Dr.Choi is her name I think) comes & gets me. I didnt even finish talking to the guy about my insurance & I asked the dentist with another lady in the exam room with short hair to first talk to me about what the financial situation. The dentist referred me back to him and he tells me I have to pay $115- $200 for each wisdom tooth removal etc... & I repeated to him like I told the insurance manager I dont have the money Ill get another estimate and decide Friday! As I get ready to leave the receptionist says oh we still need you to pay $50... OMG 😭 I almost cried yall Im a responsible single parent. & as a grown EMPLOYED woman I would NEVER GET SERVICES I CANNOT PAY FOR so embarrassing, I had to leave my son at the dentist office. Just to ask some family and friends to loan me money!! I NEVER EVER EVER FELT THIS TYPE OF HUMILIATION & Embarrassment in my LIFE!! & After telling him make sure you inform and train your staff communication he states you can just have this $ back maam I wanted to curse but that was useless I just asked for a receipt & left SMDH. IF YOU LOOK AT MY REVIEWS YALL KNOW I DONT GO IN LIKE THIS BUT I HAD TO!! Communication & Professionalism the key Columbia Dental God Bless Yall!

Since my initial phone call, everyone has been extremely kind and professional. The office is always clean and in order. The service provided is always quick and efficient.

I had a cleaning, fillings, root canal, and crown placement at Columbia Dental. This was my first root canal procedure ever and Dr. Nadellas experienced and steady hand made it absolutely painless. I will be seeing these guys in six months for my next cleaning and would not consider going anywhere else in DFW for dental or endodontic care.

I am giving 5 stars because i received AMAZING service. If i could give 10 stars i would. I contacted them last night adter my friend suggested them. I had been in EXTREME pain all weekend!! It was a sunday night and they still messaged me back and saw me this morning. I lost my job due to covid and just had a baby so i barely have an income and they came up with a payment plan for me so i was able to get my root canal started and get rid of the pain. Other dentist would just say well you cant pay good luck with everything, but this dentist went ABOVE AND BEYOND. Very affordable prices and everyone was friendly and helpfull. I will be returning to finish my root canal and for all my other dental work in the future. Thank you all for AMAZING service.

I highly recommend this place. I went in for my first appoinment a few weeks ago for a braces consult. I was actually surprised when they told me the price...way less than expected! The staff is very friendly and if you have an appoinment they see you right away. Their prices are very affordable.

Went for quick checkup and cleaning. Super friendly staff and the doctor. Explained me what i needed and the best part was they are open till late and i was able to get in without taking off from work. All i needed was a basic cleaning and it was a pleasant experience. Also i didnt have to wait for too long in waiting room like some other offices i have been to before. Good place even though it lacks all the high tech gadgets in the waiting room like xbox etc like other offices.

Everything about this place was great. I called in the morning with a dental emergency. They got me right in. Staff was polite and friendly, as was the dentist. The dentist offered me all my options to fix my problem temporarily or long term. There was no high pressure sales. Just quality service and dental work in a terrific environment. Absolutely will use them again.

My experience was great! I got braces it took me one year of me having braces. Not like other dentist that says 2 years and it takes longer. They told me my braces was gonna be in a year and it was a year they didnt over charge me or anything. And my teeth are looking so good i totally recommend this place.

Dr. Nadella was very through when explaining my treatment plan to me. I came in for an extracting today and Araceli was wonderful. She could tell I was in a lot of pain and worked very quickly to help numb me. Dr. Kim performed my extraction and it was one of the fastest and least painful procedures I have ever had. This is a wonderful practice and everyone here truly cares. 10/10

I was there with my kids the last 2 visits and we like this place. We didn’t have to wait for long in the waiting area and was a quick appointment. The dentist was nice and skillful and the prices were reasonable. Would definitely come back in the future.

Best Dental Care Ive received, Dr. Nadella was great the staff was very welcoming & the treatment was extensive but we were able to get everything done all in one day in just a couple of hours. I initially came to this dental office because of the star rating. I was not dissapointed. Customer service is great; they are friendly, professional, and accomodate to your needs.The quality of the services are good. When I come in for my appointments I am seen immediately I have never waited for more than five minutes to be seen. I plan on staying at this dental office.

I have been coming here since last year, and I have to say I couldnt have chose a better place. They really get to know you and they feel like family. Dr. Nadella is amazing! All the treatment I needed, my insurance alone wouldnt cover so he helped me come up with a plan that I would financially be able to do. I had 2 wisdom teeth removed 2 weeks ago and had no pain after the first day. He also was able to close a gap that I had between my two front teeth. I chose this location originally because it was close to my home, but I see now it was a great choice for more than that one reason. Plus they are open late and on Saturdays which is great!

Had a wonderful experience with Dr. Nguyen! I called and was able to book a last minute appointment. The receptionist was very pleasant and welcomed me with a smile when I walked in the door. I knew I needed a cleaning and a filling or two, and the staff took very good care of me. They did not try to sell me anything extra than what I needed/asked for. I was very appreciative of this because I had previously had a very bad experience at a dentist in Fort Worth. This place is awful. They botched my root canal so bad. Completely missed one of the roots that needed to be cleaned which caused it to become infected, infect the rest of the roots/gum causing bone loss in my jaw and when I went to a much better and trustworthy dentist/Endodontist she was appalled at how badly infected the roots in my tooth were and had to fill one of the roots with surgical material in an attempt to keep infection from coming back.

Ive always been so terrified of dentists. I had a horrific experience.This dentist office changed that for me.Even when I was sitting there with TEARS, TERRIFIED and nervous. I was assured that Id be okay. They talked to me every step of the way, gave me a signal to give when I needed a break.Two teeth removed ,one DIFFICULT wisdom tooth and I will definitely be back for more work.Wish Id found them sooner....

Horrible experience since day one, I have multiple issues with them for them to send me receipts and I also have a lot of billing issues with them always giving incorrect info. Also they submitted incorrect charges to my insurance company.Definitely lost a customer due to bad service.

The worst dental place in the world! Everyone here was so unprofessional. They made me sit in their front desk to fill out an online application to see if I got approved for some type of credit. Who does this? This was so sketchy! I was bamboozled! I kept being harassed and I will not take this! I will take action and hire a lawyer! WORST PLACE EVER! So unprofessional!

Very Helpful staff ! 1. Friendly, and family orientated. I have 3 boys and they have a room out front with a play area that kept my boys entertained while I got my Wisdom tooth taken out. They explained what was going to happen and talked to me through out everything to keep me comfortable. I will be back for the rest of my dental needs. This staff was over all the best experience i have had thus far going from Dr to Dr was driving me crazy and I finally found an office that took care of me. This dentist office is a fraud and the doctor on Staff is dishonest and has broken the HIPPA Agreement between client and Doctor. When I initials came in wanting Braces for my 14 year old, i discussed with him the small gap that my daughter had in her front teeth. My daughter wanted that Gap closed and of course, being as though it was not a medical correction, it was cindered cosmetic. Although my husband and I have insurance I agreed to cash pay. The appointments have all been made and paid for by my American Express card. My X husband took our daughter to one of her appointments and some how had a homeboy hookup (My-X called it) conversation and the doctor was convinced to file it with the insurance. (No one told me anything) As ive continued my daughters care, ive taken her to her appointments and the doctors office continued to charge me each visit all while still charging my x-husbands insurance . This is an office and a doctor with no Moral Integrity and no respect for their patients and HIPPA agreements. They absolutely no respect of the Contract and the doctor needs to be reprimanded.

Coming in for a wisdom tooth extraction, I was understandably terrified but the assistants along with the Doctor were all very sweet and kept asking whether I was feeling okay or not. Surgery is no walk in the park but they made me feel comfortable as I could since Im a wimp. Overall great place, great atmosphere, great staff. :)

Impossible to get an appointment here. On Saturday went there to find no doctor on duty. The following week I called several times and answering machine says to leave a message then says the mailbox is full try another method to contact them. So, I tried email off of their website and got the message email does not work try to contact another method. Guess I need to send snail mail or go there in person and hope someone is there. I recommend going to Dossett dental much better experience with staff there and you dont have to go into this ghetto dirty office. The dentist at Columbia dental is extremely rude and is only concerned about taking your money. Do your research and see the pattern. You teeth will thank you!!!

The facility is clean and the staff very nice and friendly. Initially, I was very happy. All went well until my husband and I got into the chairs for our cleanings. The Dr. we had was very rough and we both have high pain tolerance levels. I have never had a cleaning that hurt and this one brought tears to my eyes. The Dr. doing the cleaning complimented me on having extremely clean teeth without any build up. When the pain was mentioned, the response was, Well, if you dont floss regularly, your gums are going to hurt. And she continued digging around. She even stuck the pick in my gums and dragged it all the way up to my teeth and dug below my gum line. After all that she didnt even floss my teeth. My husband got the same treatment but he was more vocal about the pain and she seemed to get irritated and told him he needs better dental hygiene habits. My husband could see the blood on her gloves while she worked. Now that Im home, Ive found loose pieces of my gum hanging in between my teeth. Though I loved the friendly staff, we will not be returning. There is no reason for our mouths to still be hurting 5 hours later.

Dr.nadella worked on my teeth , his staff was amazing and explained to me what they were doing as they cleaned my teeth , did my fillings and removed my wisdom teeth. The dental office is clean and has a play area for my little brother . I recommend them 👍👍👍👍

I went with my partner and to begin with horrible service, the ladies in the front did not acknowledge us in till 4 mins later once they where done with there conversation, on top of that they over charge there clients my partner was paying everything in cash the total bill was ($1,819) the said they have him a ($200) Discount once I truly looked into the bill I see that they overcharged for certain things that they could of charged less. This Dental care was only in it for making full profit and does not care for there clients. The $200 dollars they saved they made it up in other things they did. After going to my dentist he even said it was outrageous what they charged. Again it is my partner fault for not waiting to see my Dentist but again you learn from your mistakes will not ever be coming to Columbia Dental again. Dont let them think they are helping when they are ripping you off in other ways. I also posted this information on every social media and they also have confirmed with me on my comment here. Please think twice before you come here. There are many there places that will charge you fare prices on there service plus Better Assistance.
