My first time at Atlantis Dental was a very nice experience. The front desk lady is really kind and understanding. My mother got her cleaning , fillings and tooth extraction and the doctor was very patient with her. I decided to give them a try and got my fillings done here too . They are very nice, patient and understanding with me. I get anxiety often but they made sure I was taken care of. The restroom is very clean. They are very organized as well. Without a doubt this is the best dentist I have been too. Definitely recommend.

Dr. Lalit Bhardwaj, from Atlantic Dental, have been my Dentist since I came to Dallas 4 years ago.Atlantic Dental provides a variety of services that are provided by or/and supervised by the Doctor Lalit. I can attest that the Doctor has personally spoken with me and my family about each process.He has taken the time to verify that we understand what will be done and what is necessary for our oral health. And so too, if an Specialist is needed, Doctor Lalit has excellent colleagues to recommend.As for the Atlantic Dentist staff, there are very good Dentists who work there too.The Receptionist, Ms. Edith & the Hygienists, Ms. Suzette and Ms. Daisy,they are first-class staff. They 3 are bilingual and express themselves with great respect and courtesy at all times.As for the office, it is modern, nice and clean. Something very peculiar about Atlantic Dental is that Dr. Lalit took the time to decorate each treatment room in a very exclusive way. You could find a room dedicated to the Cowboys, another to the Texas Rangers, and so on.I have colleagues from my work who are patients of this office and everyone who has recommended it to them has been satisfied.And because every time I go they exceed my expectations as a patient, consumer and customer service, I understood that it was time to share the happiness that I have, and have had, of having a good Dentist.Thank you. I love this office! All the staff is very friendly. I had to reschedule an appointment several times and they were extremely nice about it. The office is very clean and well decorated and the exam rooms look like they have all brand new equipment. The TV above the exam chair is great distraction. I would recommend this office to everyone.

This place is amazing! Staff is so friendly, nice and the doctor takes his time to answer all your questions and makes sure he listens gives his most professional advice! Place is so clean, not overcrowded. No rushing is done to get you out the door and just take your money! Many blessings for the staff and doctor!

I have brought my children here for over 2yrs now. The staff and doctor are extremely welcoming. They are kid friendly! I was not eagerly anticipating todays appointment for a scaling and root planning. That is until I met Patricia. I have never felt more at ease or in better hands than I did with this hygienist. She radiates professionalism not only in the way she immediately puts you at east but also by the skill with which she treats you. She was able to turn a dreaded experience into a rewarding one - not an easy feat!

If you are looking for a great dentist this is the place, if youre looking for a great dentist an a pleasant environment this is the place. The office assistants ALWAYS greet you with an youre well taken care of.

Do not go here if you have insurance or care about quality work. Cosmetic appeal isnt a concern here. But if you need cheap root canals or dont care about quality this is your place.7/27/17 - Doctor/Owner reached out to discuss the visit because I was not specific enough. After he reviewed my experience against his records, he promised a follow up. The follow up never occurred. More detail:1. Office failed to submit visit to insurance for out of pocket expense re-reimbursement ($950) - followed up with office manager (his wife) and she said she would submit it. She did not.2. Office failed to maintain appropriate levels of Laughing Gas during procedure.3. Office failed to provide quality work and other dentists comment negatively or question if there is any pain - Its embarrassing!I had to check and make sure this was the same office as well, sir. The great reviews are not the service provided to me, yes, 3 years ago.

Very satisfied with the staff.. Took all of my kids there. Front desk very nice and helpful. Dentist very nice and communicative .. My daughter was a new patient and had to have four crowns done, the next day office staff called to make sure everything was ok with her. Highly recommend them.

Dr. B and the entire staff were great! Extremely friendly from top to bottom and very accommodating to my strict time constraints that day. They were transparent about everything and did not try to push any unnecessary treatments.

Great dentist and office! Took my 3 year old for a check up and ended up having to get a filling it was done right there and then! Dentist and staff had a lot of patience!

Ive been taking my daughter the past three years. Shes five now. The staff and the dentist have been very compationate. And kind. Now my 10 month old has been attending. He gas had two visits so far and again everyone treats us with care.

Im pretty hesitant when it comes to dentists since Ive had a string of bad experiences with doctors who seem more interested in the paycheck from drilling than the patients oral health, but I have to say that my experience with Dr. Bhardwaj was super positive. Staff and doctor both were friendly and helpful, they had very up to date technology to work with, and I really felt like I was in good hands. I have a couple spots of decay that well be watching between now and the next cleaning, but filling, as yet, was not recommended. If youre looking for a trustworthy dentist in the S Dallas area, two thumbs up on Dr. Bhardwaj! Hes a good one :)

I have a very bad experience with this clinic, a year ago they put a crown on me and very often boy a consultant Xq does not stop hurting me and always boy do they come up with every thing that already bothers me better I will look for another clinic, the same as My daughter always took her there and she always told me she was very well and the last one told me that she was going to be sent to another clinic because they were going to put 10 crowns on her and they took out a tooth, because when the doctor didnt know how to give it to me sent to another clinic 😌
