I came in with my boyfriend for an extraction and they made him feel so comfortable and were very patient with him since he was very nervous! Fitz Dental is exceptional but the specialty dentist that comes monthly is were I had an issue. Dr. Patel rescheduled my son who had to have extensive dental work three different times instead of just saying she was uncomfortable with doing his dental work because of the extensiveness and because he also has seizures. She could have just referred him to another dentist or the hospital after the first visit to assist in preventing any dissatisfaction from a client. Fitz dental keep up the great work but just maybe schedule routine meetings with specialty about treatment plans so issues like this can be caught early or maybe she would be more comfortable letting you all know that a treatment may be too extensive for her.

My family loves Fitz Dental we have been going there now for 5 years and we would never go anywhere else. My childen have never been so excited to go to the dentist they are gentle, very supportive during the process, and very informative. I recommend them to everyone!

I think this is a great dentist. The prices are very fair and they dont try to sell you on things that dont really need doing. Ive been going there for a few years now and I recommend them

Took my kids here and they didnt get their promo after appt. The kids were disappointed in not getting a goody bag.

Had a great experience at this office. They treat me so well each time I get my cleanings done. Susan (the hygienist) did a awesome job also the front staff (Rosa & Sandy) did a great job checking me in quick & did not wait much. They also did an exam on my niece, she had a few cavities but Dr. Tran & his assistant, Estefany did fillings on them and they did a great job. Another plus is that the office is so clean.thanks Fitz for this great experience.

We have been coming to see Dr. Tran for about 2 year now and we love it. My girls and I all have been seen here and they are super sweet. Susan our dental hygienist is amazing she always educates my girls on how to have great dental hygiene so they can have a great smile. I totally recommend them.

Staff was so friendly and helpful. I enjoyed Dr. Tran explaining to me different options and Stephany took her time to clean my teeth. As a person who dreads going to the dentist due to a combination of having a small mouth and a terrible gag reflex ... I got to admit this place was awesome. The dental hygienist (Susan) was very patient with me during the X-ray process and cleaning, she made me feel at ease. The teeth cleaning made my mouth feeling pristine. Speaking with Dr. Tran was a pleasant experience as well. He was very detailed and concise about what’s going on with my teeth and what steps were needed going forward. Will be back again 100%!TLDR - Scared and anxious grown man going into dentist office, came out a happy smiling dude! 🤣

I love going every month for my ortho appointment. The staff is so nice and very welcoming. Especially Dr. Patel, Sandy, Rosa, and Dioselen were all very helpful last month.

I brought my children in for a dental check up and was provided great service. The dental assistant in the front gave great customer service in explaining procedures. My daughters got their teethe pulled at the age of 5 and 6 with the comfort of the dental assistant assisting them with a little pep talk from me. ☺️I appreciate the service and will be back again. They were also quick getting us in and out. I have six kids and it normally take us at least three hours...They had us out within a hour and a half.

The wait was a bit long, but the overall experience was good.

Waited over 5 hours for appointment and ended up having to leave to get other kids from school, no work was done, whole day wasted, missed work for no reason.

Wonderful practice in Uptown. Scarlett was exceptionally patient and kind to my 10 y/o anxious daughter as she has never had sealants before. The staff and Dentist are pleasant and engaging. I would highly recommend TransDental!! When they say Your comfort is always a primary concern they mean it. Office staff are very courteous, professional and super friendly. Office is clean and has a modern look, its cool that they have a gaming system, my next visit Ill make sure to jump on it! Valerie does a great job sending reminders via text or phone call, you cant say you forgot your appointment. My hygienist Susan is AWESOME! Has a steady hand which is great and comforting, made my experience less nerve-wracking. Oh and last but not least, Dr. Tran is super cool!

Best place to go to in Dallas for sure! Ive always been nervous to go to the dentist but the staff there is super friendly and helpful. Its hard to find trustworthy and honest dentists but Dr.Tran wont try to push you to get anything that you dont need. Highly recommend.

I went for a normal dental check-up and cleaning. Dr.Tran was very patient, easy-going, and pleasant. He also answered all my questions and didnt try to sell me on treatment. The office is immaculate, the staff is super friendly, and prompt. Everyone seemed very educated and knowledgeable! Office is clean and has a great setup. Id highly recommend Dr.Tran to anyone.

They have a illegal scam where they pay people who are on Medicaid through a 3rd party. Sure thats illegal. They are short staff and instead of canceling our appointment we sat in the loby 45 mins after our appointment. During this time lobby was never cleaned even while people came in and out. I wouldnt go here or recommend this place.

Extremely friendly, helpful staff and dentist. Explained everything, showed me what was wrong and what they recommended. Never felt pressured or that they were trying to make me do something I didnt need, because he showed me exactly what he was seeing. On top of everything else, the clinic was really nice and they have flat screens above every chair. Highly recommend Dr. Tran and his staff.

Dr. Tran is someone that I truly trust when it comes to my dental exams. Hes super gentle and explains everything extremely well. The staff was really nice and the office was great! I got to watch a movie during my cleaning, which was perfect because it took my focus away from the anxiety of being at the dentist (and I love watching movies). The office is also conveniently located since Im coming from Uptown. I definitely recommend going to transDental!

I only trust Dr. Tran with my teeth. I have been to a lot of other offices where they tell me I need 5 cavities filled, but I have never had a cavity in my life. Dr. Tran is honest and is very gentle. His office is state of the art and they have a nice waiting room also. My wife loves bringing our kids because they have video games for them and the staff is very friendly with them.

I had an exceptional experience here. Everyone was friendly from the moment you enter. The staff was extremely thorough in explaining the cleaning process and what they are looking for/suggestions for better daily dental care. The facility was clean, and the technology was very new. I felt very comfortable and would definitely be going back in 6 months. I highly recommend this dentist office. My best experience going to the dentist yet. Also, if you take care of your teeth you will be rewarded!
