Buyer beware! Do not spend your money at this dental office. The dentist is sweet enough, but the owner is extremely dishonest and lacks integrity. I tried to work with the owner for over a year, but he instructed his staff to lie to me. I sued and won! I am owed $3500 by this practice per a judgement awarded to me in 2019. Do not make the same mistake I did. Go to another practice.

I went to Dr. Rose office and ultimately I did not get my teeth done mainly because I have a tooth that has a large fill that I felt would give me issue. What I can say about this office is Dr. Rose definitely isnt your average dentist! I had a million questions after I left. Dr. Rose called me personally and answered them for me. While at the office he was so upbeat and a pleasure to be around.. He has definitely set the bar in dentistry. Im sure if I decide to move forward I will definitely go back here.

Doctor Garcia is and has always been there for me. Twice, I lost a cap over a crown just before a trip and Doctor Garcia saw me right away. I am accident prone and fell on my face on the bathtub one night. I drove over to his office after a visit to the emergency room with stitches on my face and 3 broken teeth. He was my savior and his kindness was overwhelming. The staff is terrific and work well together as a team. I actually like going there, ...really? Who enjoys going to the dentist? I do!!!

Definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had. Dr. Rose did 20 veneers on my brother and sister! I would highly recommend him to my family! Sucks he’s closing down for a little bit but I can’t wait to get my teeth done.

Worst experience in my life at dental office. Warning for all who seek dental care to go for a second opinion before getting any work done. I went to this dental office last month based on great online reviews and limited by my insurance options for a routine annual visit. Visit was overall fine but I was extremely surprised with evaluation results. I was told that I needed 6 fillings for cavities seen on X ray or alternatively 4 extractions and 2 fillings. Overall estimated cost with insurance was 2500$ including some needs for deep cleaning. I felt extremely depressed as I never had any dental cavities before and had a normal exam at a different state a year before. I was going to do it but after giving it a thought decided to go for a second opinion. Second evaluation was that I had an early decay at one location and no need for intervention at this time as I dont have any symptoms and such early changes can be monitored. Second visit did cost me 200$ out of pocket but thankfully saved me unnecessary medical intervention.I am extremely disappointed that I have to be careful from people within the health profession. I assume most of them did give an oath prior to starting practice and should not let financial gain be the deciding factor while caring for patients. When I told my friends about my experience, some of them had a similar story at different places which makes me curious what can be done to regulate dental care offices and prevent them from using their patients.

I was apprehensive at first because of my prior experiences with other dentist and their associates but this place is AWESOME!!! great STAFF!!!! funny, witty, attention to detail (very important) and most of all they DO make you as though you are not yet another number!!! I seriously appreciate this place!!!! I will recommend it no questions asked.

Facility was clean and staff was extremely professional. Great atmosphere with great choice of music playing during your session. Pricing is fair and reasonable. I will definitely return.

The dental technician was friendly and nice and did a good job with the cleaning.However, the staff does not always explain the procedures they are doing along they way,.I had a permanent retainer that broke and was told it would be charged per tooth to fix. They did not explain that they would just be gluing the pieces together and back onto my teeth instead of putting in new wire . I also had to walk back into the office after I left to correct the repair ( initially unsatisfied with appearance/feel)They did fix the appearance once I walked back in and were very professional in their treatment. But for the amount they are charging to fix it, it shouldve been done a bit neater initially.I think they amount they charged vs the work done is overpriced. So would double check elsewhere before getting anything major done.

This was my 1st visit to Dr. Rose and I could not be happier with the experience. His staff is very friendly and professional and his assistant was very gentle when taking the photos of my teeth. Dr Rose was so helpful in explaining the dental work I’d need and talked me through how each process would go. I’m so excited to have found my new dental home!

I highly recommend this dentist to anyone seeking quality, friendly, and honest treatment! My first appointment was postponed due to a staff member calling in sick, but it was totally worth the wait. Every staff member I interacted with, from the numerous phone calls leading up to my appointment to the final see you next time I received upon leaving, was above any standard I had experienced prior. The staff was willing to answer my questions and provided in-depth answers without appearing annoyed or busy otherwise. Overall, a great experience.

I became unsatisfied with my dentist in Cedar Hill and was looking for a new one. I was recommended her by my nutritionist and I was not disappointed. I magically didnt have any cavities on this visit (the past three visits my prior dentist said I had several though I never had pain or sensitivity). The hygienist was super friendly and transparent and I was also able to get an appointment for permanent retainers (my prior dentist would not offer that as an option despite me buying two sets of removable containers and complaining about shifting for 3 years). I am 100 satisfied with the services.

I went to Dr. Buck for about 10 or 11 years and always had a great experience. The staff and dental hygienists changed over the years but Dr. Buck always stayed constant and good. He was always remembered you and was very friendly when he saw you. He was always happy to answer any questions and give you advise. Most importantly, I never felt that the staff or Dr. Buck tried to sell me unnecessary work. I only had one issue in all the years and after an appointment with Dr. Buck, the issue was resolved. Because I was with Dr. Buck for so long, I did not realize how hard it was to find a good dentist. Now that I moved, I realize how lucky I was to have a great dentist for so many year. If I move back to Dallas, Ill definitely come back.

Dr. Bishop and his staff are very friendly and they got me in quickly to do a root canal and new crown. They talked me through the procedure step by step and made sure I was doing alright and had no discomfort. They did an excellent job on fitting the new crown.

I was a little hesitant bc there has been so many changes in the office. However Dr. Rose was very thorough in my treatment plan, he explained everything to me and showed me my problems areas. He didn’t an emergency root canal for me and extracted 2 teeth. The process was painless (huge dental phobia). I recommended him to my friends and family.

I am a pre-dental student and was searching for someone to shadow and get experiences. I am so glad I called this dental office as the dentists were very knowledgable and personable with both patients and students. Dr. Rose, specifically, was very personable, friendly, and thorough in his treatment plans for his patients. My shadowing experience was very enjoyable/informative and I plan to continue coming here to develop into a great dentist (thanks to these great preceptors)! Update: After my first wonderful experience I returned 6 months later for another cleaning and check-up. Was surprised to find that everyone I had met the first time had been replaced. New hygienist, dentist and front office personnel. Completely different vibe. When I asked, I was told that about 4 months ago the owner decided to make changes. The new folks were pleasant enough, but for the first time in 25 years I was told I had a cavity and needed other work. After reading another post, I decided to get a 2nd opinion. I had to make several phone calls and go in to sign paperwork to get my x-rays released to the other dentist. When that finally happened, the new dentist did not find a cavity and said the other work was not pressing, that it could just be watched. I am bummed because I thought I had found a great place that took my insurance.My first visit was yesterday because my dentist had retired. I was very impressed. The office personnel were professional and friendly, as was Dr. Bishop. The hygienist was superb, offering lots of information and advice. Wish I had come here sooner.

Buck Family Dental has the best service provided from not only from procedures and check ups but the staff! They all have a warm welcome and truly care about their patients. I was new to Dallas and felt so connected to this place because of the people! I would highly recommend this office to all because they do what’s in the best interest of the patients!

I am always nervous nelly when having any procedure done to my teeth. Dr. Rose was very patient in explaining every step of the process, which made me very comfortable and confident in the whole experience. His assistant is so capable and precise that I had a great visit!! I had been in pain for months and had visited other doctors previously. Dr. Rose was the only one who could figure out what was wrong and I haven’t been in pain since I visited him and his practice. I also appreciate the front desk as they are always helpful. This is the very best practice in town!

Horrible experience. Rooms are not clean, no one was wearing a mask, they were out of hand sanitizer. I was sat in a room, and waited for 45 minutes. No one ever came in. I finally got up and left.

After a recent accident that left me with a fractured jaw and 3 fractured teeth, Dr. Rose and his staff were able to save 2 of my teeth and have prepped them with temporary crowns. I will go back to have the permanent crowns placed in a couple of weeks. The tooth that they were not able to save was fractured all the way to root, making it impossible to salvage. They made the extraction process completely painless, and were effective yet gentle considering my fractured jaw. This dental office is conservative with treatment planning, and they do their best to keep expenses as affordable as possible for their patients. The doctor and staff are very friendly and patient, and helped me feel less anxious about the extensive dental work I had to have done. Im so glad I found them, and I plan to use them for dental care for as long as I live in Dallas.

My Experience with Dr. Rosenborough was amazing!!! I’m an attorney for Dallas County with a very hectic schedule so it was hard for me to find time to go into his office but he was able to work around my schedule. I’ve been terrified of the dentist since my childhood, however, Dr. Rosenborough made my time in his office as pleasant as possible. I had to have 4 wisdom teeth taken out along with a root canal. He offered to do all the work in one setting to accommodate my schedule and prevent me from having to miss mulitiple days in the office. I explained to him that i was very nervous about the pain I would have to endure with all that needed to be done, but he reassured me that I was in good hands. He talked me through the whole process and answered every question I had during and after the procedure. He made sure that my temporary crown was fitted to my liking so that I was able to chew food comfortably which was a huge plus for me because I love to eat!! My permanent crown arrived on time, in which Dr. Rosenborough called me promptly to schedule my final appointment. Again, the procedure was quick and painless. I’m very satisfied with the work I’ve received and the price was more than reasonable for the overhaul I had done lol. Mr. Rosenborough if you are reading this THANK YOU!!! I recommend anyone reading this to his office. Awsome staff and great work!!

The service was great I got in and out with no problems and everyone was nice, friendly, and professional.

The new dentist, Dr. Rose, filled 2 cavities and my face has been swollen and sore for 2 days now. The office staff and owner, Dr. Molina, decided not to notify existing patients that Dr. Bishop is not longer the dentist at Buck Family Dental. I had other cavities filled by Dr. Bishop in the last few months with no issues. The other staff have also been disorganized at times and unable to read my records fully.

Have been with Dr. Buck since 2007, love the staff and Dr. Buck. Outstanding service.
