Getting a tooth extracted is miserable no matter how comfortable someone might try to make it. Having said that, my experience at LifeSmiles today was hands down the best Ive ever had at a dentist. The front office staff, dental hygienist, and dentist were all very professional and warm. I felt like the time was taken to genuinely discuss options and explain what was going on without making me feel like I was another number that needed to hurry up and get out. Will be recommending to all my family and friends. Also, for someone without insurance, prices are reasonable!

This dental practice appears to be owned by a Christian based upon the music they play in the office, however the actions of the dentist do not fall in line with a Christian character. I was referred to the this practice by another dentist for braces. I followed the guidance and completed the treatment. I paid what was owed, and during the course of treatment, I was advised the dentist was going to work with me towards achieving a smile again. He offered to finance the work in house and would develop a treatment plan. I called back on multiple occasions for next steps and progression towards treatment. The dentist stop responding, didn’t follow through and since removed himself from my treatment. It has been several years and I have yet to hear back about what happened, why this happened or an apology. I encourage you to avoid this practice as, while they appear they will follow through and do the right thing, remember your actions speak louder than your words.Update:Dr P replied to a Facebok review I left, but couldn’t even take a few moments to give me a call. I guess responding on Facebook was suppose to make me feel better.

I have been seeing Dr. Parbhoo at LifeSmiles of New Hope for nearly two years now and in those two years I have seen a major improvement in my oral health as well as my general health. Parbhoo and his staff have been taking excellent care of my teeth since well before the pandemic started and follow all safety precautions to make sure not only myself, but all patients and themselves are properly protected from the virus. Needless to say, Parbhoo and his staff get a five star review from me because they care. They care about their patients having a healthy mouth, they care about patients having a healthy body and they care about their patients overall experience with them. Had it not been for Parbhoo pushing me to see my regular doctor more often, I could be going down a slippery slope with my health on the line. Not to mention, he is to credit for noticing the warning signs in me of what lead to be a moderate case of sleep apnea. He made a referral and I am ultimately sleeping better, waking up more refreshed, have lower blood pressure, I am thinking more clearly and, on top of that, my mouth is healthier than ever. After a week of pain while struggling to find an in network dentist, I finally discovered LifeSmiles of New Hope. I was seen the next day. They left no question unanswered and made sure I was comfortable before taking any next steps. My first appointment with LifeSmiles happened to be their first day back after temporarily closing for covid-19, but you would never know, because they didnt miss a beat. The x-ray technician, hygienist, and dentist were all friendly and professional, and made sure I understood everything they were doing, and were willing to address and questions or concerns I had. I greatly appreciated the extra precautions they instituted for safety during the pandemic. I was very pleased with my experience and already made my six month follow up.

After a really bad experience several years ago I was terrified to go to another dentist. However, I broke a tooth and HAD to go. I have heard several great things about LifeSmiles so I called them. I’ve never been so comfortable in a dentist office. As soon as I walked in the door I was at ease. The office is decorated so nice and makes you feel right at home. The staff is so friendly and non judgmental. When it’s been a bit since you have been to the dentist you worry about that. However, I wasn’t pushed to do any unnecessary treatments, but they thoroughly explained what they thought would work best for me, and gave me several options with different financial break downs. I will be back for future appointments as well as the rest of my Family.

Upon moving to Georgia 11 yrs ago, we needed to find a dentist. Our dentist back where we lived advised us to watch for dentist who would really be truthful with us. We have been going to Life Smiles of New Hope and so far they have been very nice to us. They have not told us we needed work done when we really didnt. The staff is very friendly and Dr. Parbhoo is also. So far we have no complaints.

Very kind people who worked hard to make sure I was comfortable. I wouldve given 5 stars but they were running late and I had to wait almost 40 mins after my appointment time to get taken in the back.
