Ive only had great experiences going to Dr. Keeter. The office is beautiful and very conveniently located for me. Everyone there is super friendly & cheerful..(Dr. Keeter and the whole staff) But they are always very professional as well. Dr. Geiger treated me once when I needed to get in quickly. She diagnosed and fixed my tooth quickly and it was like magic! I truly appreciate both Keeter and Geiger and their staff.

The staff was very customer service oriented. Greeted as soon as entered the clinic. Dental hygienist was very thorough in the whole checkup and cleaning process. The dental hygienist explained the each process in detail and made me comfortable. The dental hygienist also asked feedback if theres anything they can do to improve my experience, which I have never been requested from other dental practices. The dentist introduced himself to me and ensure everything was going well with my appointment. Staff members thanked me for coming in and made the whole visit complete with total satisfaction.

Great care . Because of the pandemic and my procrastination,I had been delinquent in my dental visits over last year and half , l knew that I most likely needed a crown, based on a prior discussions with a dentist before my recent relocation . I Had to have two crowns .Both were done on same day visit. Not that anyone would want to necessarily have to have that done. All around the procedure, the handling of me as patient, the quality to work and the recovery from process were outstanding. Dr Geiger and her staff are excellent .

I first went to Dr. Keeter over 15 years ago for a cosmetic issue and was so impressed I have continued seeing him all these years later for both my general and cosmetic dentistry needs. So, why five stars? Heres why: 1) Dr. Keeter is a perfectionist which is exactly what you want from a dentist. Whats more, he is an all-around great guy; 2) Whether it is hygienists, dental assistants or the front desk staff, I have never worked with a member of their team who wasnt anything but delightful; 3) The practice is constantly innovating. I feel like they are always employing the latest technology. I still silently laugh at my co-workers who walk around with a temporary crown for a week, while I get my permanent crown fitted immediately with Dr. Keeter; 4) They completely stand behind their work. With no prompting from me, I have had Dr. Keeter replace a crown that was years old at no charge because he believed it should have lasted longer.

I went in for my first pandemic cleaning and was thrilled to see all of the precautions they are taking for our safety (extra air purifier/filters in each room, double n95 masking and face shields, contactless checkout, clear social distancing). My whole view of dentistry has change in the past few weeks as Ive begun seeing Dr. Geiger. Ive assumed my whole life that going to the dentist would always be an unpleasant experience but that is not true. Dr. Geiger and her staff are attentive, thorough, and a genuine pleasure to work with. I had a more comprehensive exam than I ever had before and we explored options to improve my overall dental health and a few cosmetic things that have always bothered me. The attention to detail is remarkable - from lip moisturizer and headphones during a procedure to the level of perfection they strive for in all things (even the fit of my bleaching trays). I am thrilled with the service and outcomes Ive received in just three visits. I even got a hand written thank you note after my first visit. I have historically not had the best experience at the dentist and was in search for a reliable, honest dentist in the DFW area. I was referred to Dr. Geiger by a friend of mine, and was assured that I would be in good hands. From the moment I walked into the office, I felt at ease. I had crippling anxiety about the procedures I needed done as a result of my past experiences, but Dr. Geiger and her staff was beyond accommodating to my concerns and needs. They offered me a blanket to stay warm, laughing gas (not sure of the technical name) to ease my anxiety (which was extremely helpful), and checked in on me every minute to make sure I was doing okay. Words cannot express how thankful I am for the sincere care I received from Dr. Geiger and her staff. They completely changed my perspective on dental care! I have recommended her to many of my friends and will continue to see her as my dental provider as long I am in the DFW area.

Dont go. I have not been in several years to Dr. Keeters practice because I felt he was trying to use up my dental insurance each year viewing it as free money. On possible cavities. The dental insurance of course not only comes out of my paycheck every two weeks but from the insurance companies who determine rates! I went to Dr. Keeter s new practice (more dentists, more open hours, new office suite) for a dental cleaning about 4 weeks ago (appr 6/10/19). All went fine until a young female dentist came in and tried to talk about fixing my upper bite, maybe night guard, etc. all cosmetic. Dr. Keeter came in and had been telling them how hard I was to keep hold of (yes, my fault, cancelling appointments) but he was not polite, not saying he was glad to see me or welcoming me back. Today, I went back for a true filling. The dental tech or whatever you call them, did not introduce herself, just said hi m. She said shed give me goggles which never appeared so im glad I turned down the offer of a blanket or headphones! The female dentist came in and they got to business. First, dont wear headphones, not sure Id have followed their instructions regarding numbness or pain. And the worst part, they started gossiping about another dentists capabilities during the procedure. I was horrified! While theyre both leaning on me with instruments in my mouth, the dental assistant was really hurting my mouth with her suction instrument. I raised my hand to get them to stop and the assistant said let me remove the jaw widener. NO, your hurting me is what I should have said. I now have significant swelling on my lower left lip where she had her suction instrument.At the end, The dental asst said wait, let me walk you out. And that it was nice to have met me.....huh? She never gave me her name.....She just meant to hand the bill to the reception desk....but thanks for walking me out! Ha, thought she was worried about me and my cane.Also, when I asked about the color coding on my teeth chart, the dentist asst said in a dismissive way, oh, those were done by other dentists .....you bet, they were done by my fathers best friends and they are now deceased. Wish I said it!One more issue! The dentist who examined me at the cleaning was the one who did the filling. I had a question yesterday (7/10/19) about a chipping on my front tooth from eroded bonding. I asked and she responded, yes, I told you that last time. So I said I was sorry....to ask again! NO! her fault!!! Im paying upfront for a $380.00 procedure....she should answer any small question I have!So lots of complaints here. Im calling them for my records and they wont even know Im gone....or miss me!

Dr. Keeter was referred to me by my long time childhood dentist. I have had great dental health and trust is definitely important. Dr. Keeter and his whole staff have been very pleasant, polite, courteous, and wonderful to go to. They have gotten me in under short notice with issues I have had.

Dr. Keeter has been my dentist for about six years. He has improved my smile through Invisalign braces and has comfortably helped me get through dental emergencies that required root canals and oral surgery. He and his staff take the scary out of dentistry! Plus, they make you feel like youre an old friend when you come in. Great practice!

Thats right, if you want a coke before getting your teeth cleaned...you can get one! It doesnt stop there...massaging chairs, music and anything else you can think to make your experience as relaxed as possible. They havent even touched your teeth yet. Their technology, both dental and booking keeping/scheduling makes the rest of the process as quick and easy as possible. You have your return appointment scheduled and payment made without even leaving your chair! For a process that can be stressful to many, they do their best to make sure you walk out of there feeling relaxed and confident with a fresh smile! I have been a regular with Dr. Keeter for 5 or 6 years now and I will continue to do so....he and his staff really do care!
