I have had cleanings X-rays crown fixed etc at mint uptown (As well as orthodontic work in the Mockingbird location.I also finally decided on top veneers at uptown and love them!The staff always made me feel welcome especially Dr. Spence and Diana completely had compassion, empathy and understanding.I have my own company and this really was life-changing and Ive already had people complement my smile and makes me smile bigger with joy. Dr. Lee and Sam were both extremely considerate and helpful during my visit today. I have a lot of anxiety about getting dental work done, but they talked me through it step by step and checked on me consistently throughout the 1.5 hour visit to make sure I was doing alright. Very kind and very sweet, would definitely recommend to anyone looking for dental care! Front desk personnel are also very helpful and patient. :)

Great at first; they are very friendly and nice going through the normal procedures with paperwork and x-rays. It changed when the dentist came in with the x-ray results. They said I needed deep cleaning because of mild bone loss and there was a need for visits every 3 months. I simply asked for some basic numbers as to how this may impact me if I were not to go along with the deep cleaning (given the frequency of visits i had up till then and plan on in the future) her response was I have no idea. She got short with me ( not in a mean way) but seemed like she wasnt wanting to hear any of it. As if my opinion did not matter. This is where the real customer service went out the window. The actual dentist did not care for my pain points. She simply ushered in the next person down the hierarchy. The dentist may have been 100% correct, but its the customer service that I pay for. I have 2,000 options in my network. On to the next. Everyone else was amazing - except the dentist. The one I want to trust the most - not the help.

I attempted to make an appointment with this office. I received a text message regarding my insurance coverage. I called the number provided in the text message from this office insurance department. I provided the correct insurance information I found on the website to the representative from Mint Dentistry. I provided my social security number, group number and a customer service number. A woman called me back from this Mint dentistry office appearing to sound tired and unprofessional. She stated my insurance was inactive. I informed her that I was currently looking at the website, which stated ACTIVE. Instead of her giving some sort of understanding of the confusion, she demanded I contact my insurance company like I was laying about my coverage. All she had to do was call the number provided as I did. She would have heard on the automated response ACTIVE!!! I was excited to try Mint Dentistry services but due to someone not interested in doing their job, Ill go elsewhere.

The ultimate client experience is just what happened today! It was exceptional from the beginning all the way to the end. From the beginning, Lorena with the greeting, Jazmye doing an outstanding job with the x-rays, Krystine doing an amazing job and I thought they could not get any whiter. Diana thank you for the mouth guard and Kelsey with a staff that went well above and beyond is truly a reflection on you! The reason I went to Mint today is because one amazing person and doctor, Dr.Spence! I will definitely be back!

All mint offices are esthetically pleasing. Most locations have professional staff. But this location... I wish I could say something positive the patient coordinator/ front desk receptionist should really work on her communication skills. How is a dentist office understaffed by hygienist. Dont overbook if you dont have the staff to handle it. Since Mint has multiple locations wouldnt it make sense for the system of scheduling to be more accessible meaning when you type a patients information in any existing or future appointments should pop up so that way a patient does not have multiple appointments. But I know nothing.

I had an emergency and they were able to schedule me same morning. Staff were super friendly and caring, and they were so helpful with everything from the treatment to billing.

Ive gotten out of a chair before b/c the dentist was too aggressive with the procedure, so I was nervous about that coming in. Thank you for making my visit a pleasant one!

Dentist here recommended a crown and paid all expenses. Went in a second time as it was bleeding every time I brush my teeth, and dentist seemed to rush me out of there. Went to another dentist and they stated the job done at this location that this was a poorly done job.My advice: if you want to avoid 3 visits for 1 tooth, avoid coming here. This has been an issue for 1+ year.

I honestly came here just for a quick check up on some dental work I need. I can already tell it’s a great location!! The staff truly cares about their costumers and I had a great impression from the receptionist at the front desk to the dental assistant all the way to the doctor! I can’t wait to go back!

Came in for a cleaning, had some tooth pain and they were able to do a crown same day!! Front staff were friendly, helpful and gave me billing that was easy to understand and transparent, dental assistants and hygienists were great and I even had some awesome conversations during my visit. The dentists fixed my tooth and even with a temporary crown I’m feeling so much better. Tooth pain is a horrible experience, and Mint made it all better. Thank you all for what you do!

Smoke and mirrors to hide their upselling tactics and poor dental standards. Before my appointment, I confirmed my dental insurance over the phone, and also gave them my dental card at the office before the appointment. They confirmed that they take my insurance and that I was fully covered. It seemed flashy and new with massage chairs and Netflix. They also offered me several free procedures and items, like free whitening but only if you leave us a good Google review, haha they said half jokingly(I assume thats where all these 5 Star reviews come from). Why arent all dentist offices like this, I thought. Ill tell you why. After all was done, the whole staff stood around twiddling their thumbs like a child who knows they are about to be in trouble. It turns out that due to a clerical error on their part, they were incorrect about my insurance being accepted and they had a giant bill waiting for me. It turns out all of these free things were going to be billed to the insurance, and now it was up to me to pay because I had agreed to their free services. I had to drop hundreds of dollars the same day which wouldnt have been needed if they had processed my insurance correctly. They also graciously offered me a charity program for $100, which would apply to future visits, but unfortunately not for this (prior) visit. Most dentists make their money by being actually good and honest dentists; Mint makes theirs scamming the insurance company by upselling clients on unneeded procedures. If youre looking for a terrible spa that also does mediocre dental work, this is the place for you. Just make sure they actually take your insurance (I called several times in advance, so REALLY make sure).

I had a great experience at MINT Dentistry! The dentist was wonderful and thorough. The atmosphere is unlike any other with massage chair and Netflix/Pandora on the ceiling... In addition to that they provide you with a free teeth whitening kit!! Cant wait to go back.

I called on this morning about an endodontist referral that the office was supposed to email to me over a week ago. The person who answered the phone said that there was no referral on file. She asked me if I remembered which tooth. I told her that information should be in the clinic notes. She then said she would have the doctor to look into it and called me back. I asked her for her name and she paused before saying Im the lady that works the front desk. I asked for her name again and I heard her hang the phone up. Each time I called back to this location, no one at the office answered. The call was answered at another location which handles scheduling. The last time that I called before driving over to the office, someone at the scheduling phone number finally gave me the name of the office manager. Im sitting in the lobby while writing this review. This is unacceptable service and so unprofessional. Kenzy stomped into the lobby with an unpleasant demeanor and wasnt courteous enough to even speak. The dentist was really nice. She came out and talked to me about the referral and thats when Kenzy interjected while I was telling the dentist about my experience. I asked her who she was. I finally got an answer to the name of the person who hung up on me: Laura. Kenzy seemed to defend her more than she empathized with my frustration. I had to drive all the way over to the office just for someone to speak to me.

Every office that I visit is great! The entire franchise deserve a 10+. They have excellent customer service! The ladies at the front desk was nice and friendly! All the doctors are great, but my favorite is Dr.Mon she is Extraordinary!!!! Ask for her next time!!! I can promise you want be disappointed!

This was a great experience. I’m like most adults afraid of the dentist but it was actually pretty quick and easy. The staff was very informative and nice. The shades really helped ease me and the music playing took away from the suction noises. I think I’m ready to keep up with my visits knowing that they will take care of me. The client service is out of this world and everyone seems happy to be here. My biggest issue with desist is when they try to push purchases on me and they didn’t do that at all. Got a last minute appointment as a new patient for a cleaning. Everyone in the office was very welcoming and friendly. The whole process was very easy and fast. I was taken back to begin my x-rays within 2 minutes of finishing my paperwork. Vivianna was very nice and did a great job on explaining everything. The service at Mint Dentistry Uptown is phenomenal! I didn’t have an appointment and needed to get in for a cleaning and a quick check up while I had a day off they were able to get me in within 15 minutes of me calling them. Between the massage chair the Pandora music and amazing for you I have experience can’t be beat. My hygienist was extremely friendly and made sure that I knew exactly what I needed to do.

Front staff was super friendly and helpful. The dental assistant and doctor were amazing. The dental hygienist was rough though. I got a simple cleaning and I can’t image how rough she wouldve been If it was a deep clean. I made them stay later because I decided to get my filing done then and there. I just moved to Dallas and heard good things about Mint Dentistry so I decided to give them a shot. Check in was a breeze and they called me previously to make sure they had all of my insurance information. Sonny took care of me and she was super quick yet painless!!! I’ve actually never in my life had a cleaning that fast yet my teeth feel super clean. Only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because I’m not sure if the process is usually that fast or if it was rushed. However, I’ll definitely be back!

I came for the free whitening promo they have. Normally you would think its a catch with that. There isnt! They get the molding and they give you a kit to take home and do it yourself. If you are happy with it, you can come and purchase the gel for maintenance. It doesnt get any much easier than that! If you want to try, you should definitely do it and dont have second thoughts!Great service!

Unfortunately they were a waste of time, and no one likes their time wasted. I booked an appointment two weeks ago as a first time patient for a cleaning. When I gave the dental assistant/front desk my insurance info, I informed her that I would like to use recent x-rays from my previous dentist, and she said okay. At the appointment and after I completed all of the intake forms, they told me they would not accept my X-rays from another dentist. Needless to say, they were not up to par. Saying anything to get people in the door, and not providing quality individual care is not good dentistry. Most people will continue with the appointment and have Mint Dentistry charge their insurance for unnecessary x-rays, because they are already there, but that is unethical for them to false advertise, and is part of the reason insurance rates increase. For the record, they said they Do Not accept x-rays done by another dentist no matter when they were taken. I prefer an Ethical Dental practice.
