Why do I drive 45 minutes to see Dr. Countryman and his staff? It’s simple. Dr. Countryman is the most amazing dentist I’ve ever been to. His ability to incorporate knowledge and professionalism, while providing a personal touch into each visit, is above and beyond anything I’ve ever experienced. It’s clear that he provides not only an amazing experience for his patients, but an amazing work environment for his staff as well. As soon as you step foot into his Dallas office, you’re greeted by one of the sweetest, most amazing office managers in the dental industry, Lindsay. From setting appointments, to billing, Lindsay is extremely knowledgeable and professional. Any questions I have outside of my visits are answered quickly, and accurately. Susan, one of the Dental Hygienists, is amazing as well. Her level of detail, as well as her knowledge and professionalism, are second to none. She, of course, is able to accomplish all of this while providing a personal touch. Lourdes and Vanessa, two of the Dental Assistants, are of course no different. Not only was the staff fantastic about a last minute reschedule, but they were super awesome in working me in to get my teeth cleaned! They were kind, helpful, and super sanitary! They really cared about my comfort during cleaning and the health of my teeth. That was the most gentle cleaning I can remember having and when it came time to fit me for a new set of false teeth they were super courteous and made sure they got the most accurate possible molds so that my retainer will fit well and last me for a long while! Moved to Dallas last year and just had my first dental exam / cleaning. Everyone there is super friendly and told me great tips on how to keep my teeth healthy.

Had my first visit at the dental method as a new patient yesterday and I am very satisfied with the treatment I received. The check in process was easy and complied with covid-19 protocols. No crowded waiting room, just text at arrival! One person checks in at a time, all staff wearing mask, and temperature checks on arrival. After checking in with the very friendly receptionist I was seen by the hygienist/assistant. She was the most knowledgeable hygienist/assistant I have had the chance to be seen by. She was very friendly, well informed, and welcoming. She was willing ,and able, to answer some of the questions I had before seeing the dentist which was really nice. The dentist was just as amazing as his staff. Very easy to speak with and great at giving you vital information with out making you feel any embarrassment or stress. Willing to talk about multiple treatment options and takes you into account. I have been to dozens of dental offices around DFW and this one is by far the best. The inside is beautifully decorated and well kept but its much more than a well decorated lobby, its a really great atmosphere. I believe their office treats every patient with as much care as they can so seeing their 5 star review here on google is no surprise. I would definitely recommend this dental office to family and friends.

As a new patient I was welcomed by the staff who took the time to get to know me and my specific needs. I felt at home and I did not experience the scary dentist feeling. By the time I left I had an outline with a timeframe, cost, and everything I needed to know to fulfill my dental needs. I was very well taken care of and did not spend too much time there, but they did not go through anything too fast. The Dental Method is efficient. Finding a new dentist was a big deal for me, I had a couple bad experiences with dentists. I knew I needed work and drove by Dental Method and was impressed by the reviews people left for them, and after my first couple appointments with them, I understand why. I mentioned having a bit of anxiety during my first appointment and the staff and Dr Reddy were extremely accommodating. Dr Reddy came in to meet with me and explain what I could expect from the appointment before we even began with X-rays. Susan my hygienist was very patient with me, explaining every process step of the way, and constantly checking to ensure I didn’t feel pain which really helped me feel at ease. Lindsay was awesome, helping me work through the insurance for my necessary treatments.Best of all, I had 4 teeth extractions in my second appointment with Dr Reddy and not only did the staff continue to be great with me, the process was painless. For wisdom teeth extractions I expected a degree of swelling and pain which I only felt on a really minimal scale.Go to the Dental Method for your needs!

I went to get a new crown on and the dentist and assistant where very courteous about whether I was feeling pain but there work was so well done I didnt feel anything, I even got to listen to my favorite music while they did work on me. When I did get my crown which was fairly quick It was really well done look perfect and they made tiny adjustments before putting it on so it would seat perfectly. I would highly recommend you come here for any dental work.

I can’t say enough good things about this place and I haven’t even had any procedures yet! I was greeted by Lindsay at the front desk, who had the biggest smile and such a warm personality. I brought all three of my boys here and they loved it! The kids area is perfect to keep them busy, the staff is super helpful and sweet and most of all, Dr. Reddy is a great dentist! All the boys were comfortable during their cleanings and he explained what he was doing, while he was doing it. He also had to fill in some cavities for my older one and that went without a hitch! The dental assistants are so patient and took the time to teach the boys how to floss and take better care of their teeth. Im happy to say theyve actually been doing a better job at home. Made the appointment I did everything online due to not having the time to call. Everybody was friendly. The day we went was to have myself and my nine month old son to have a dental checkup. It was his checkup first then mine. During the time that I was getting my teeth cleaned. Everyone was trying to console my son in the waiting room he was with his father but, was crying because my son wanted to be with me. That was very kind and thoughtful of them. I’m glad that they are now taking care of our teeth. Bonus that my dentist is also, my sons dentist. I would definitely recommend this place for everyone.

First, let me start by saying I did not have a good experience with my last dentist. Long story short, I looked for a new one and chose Dr. Reddy. He and his staff where very welcoming and answered all of my questions. 10/10When I went to my appointment the paperwork was very quick. I just filled out a few papers; it took no time at all, and went straight back for my exam.The staff was awesome! They were nice and chill, and Dr. Reddy was very thorough and attentive. He explained what he saw in my exam and clearly laid out his treatment plan. He is even working with my orthodontist so they can coordinate treatment plans - which is huge! I went in to buy bleach and after talking with the staff, decided to have my bridge replaced. I’ve been a patient for 3 years. Very happy with this dental office. I use a night guard that was very dirty, made by another dentist, and they offered to clean it for free with their ultrasonic cleaner. Little things like that go a long way in my book.

I have been to several detail offices in past and have done fillings multiple times. It was never a good experience. I was not able to eat properly for months after filling. Surface was not smooth and teeth were more sensitive.I am so glad that I changed my dentist and picked Dr Reddy. He did my feelings and it was no where near what I used to experience before. Within an hour I was able to eat and drink without any problem. No uneven surface, no sensitive teeth. I simply loved the way Dr Reddy took care of my teeth. I hate going to the dentist. Ive hated it since I was a kid but now I dont! This place has completely changed my perspective. The staff was extremely friendly and my appointment was exactly when I scheduled it. I didnt have to wait after getting there like I usually do at a lot of other places. The dentist was such a professional and very kind. Im not one to enjoy dental tools poking around in my mouth but he kept me occupied with small talk and it was over before I knew it. My daughter who is 9 came in with a horrible tooth abcess and they were able to get me in asap to do the extraction. Dr Bryan Countryman was so gentle with her that when they were done she leaned over to me and asked when he was going to pull her tooth out. From there she went to school and never complained about any pain. West Lovers Dental was amazing. Recommend it for all ages.

West lovers dental is hands down the best dentist I’ve ever had. I don’t say this to be nice but to be honest. My teeth weren’t terriblly bad but they found every way to make them even better ( I did have many cavaties and needed crowns). Their technology is great (every time I go they have a new state of the art tool), and even better than that they are very personable people. They all treat you like family instead of hounding you out for money like other dentistries. I could go on for days about the treatment plan they gave me and how satisfied I am with it! But what’s matters is that at the end of the day your smile will be impeccable and you will be glad they are you dentistry!
