This business has people sit on their roof (yes, roof) after hours and has people towed from their parking lot on weekends. Yes, weekends in which they are closed for business. We walked across the street to get a to-go menu from Sea Shack and was towed within 5 minutes. You know they are clearly getting a cut from those towing bills. $200/car

They are awesome!! From the minute you walk in the door, they are friendly and nice. I do not like to go to the dentist but they have made every experience so enjoyable.

The people here are warm, friendly and professional. I’ve been here twice now after bouncing around looking for a good dentist. I have nothing but good things to say so far.Most dentist will try to get you to fill a tooth that doesn’t really need it. I have a dentist friend and send him my x-rays for advice. Ironically his view differs almost every time. That tells me most dentist are grabbing money. This place agreed with his perspective on one of my teeth. That bought a lot of credibility in my mind. I didn’t tell them up front what I was doing. Good to know there are still honest vendors out there.This very clean. It is laid out and staffed well. They have all the pertinent tools you need. The dentist are engaging and willing to discuss things with you. Some places the dentist are “too busy” to spend time with you.

I love this dentist office. We have moved to Florida but we drive back to ga for our cleanings here. Everyone is very friendly and the hygienist are awesome. Love Leslie. She is very sweet and gentle. Ive always been a chicken when it comes to the dentist, but here you are made comfortable and the staff are so nice.

Outstanding quality of care. I came in for an emergency as a new patient. Every staff member I interacted with warm and professional. I have major dental work anxiety and they all made me feel very comfortable. This will be where I have all my dental care done moving forward.

I have never had problems with dentists but I am sure those that do would totally appreciate him and the staff! Outstanding. Dr Cannon, Cathy and the rest of the staff were as professional, kind and patient with a very anxious patient as possible. They did everything possible to put my fears to rest. Dr Cannon filled my cavity with no discomfort and there was no pain or discomfort afterwards. I highly recommend this practice. Dr Cannon was attentive and patient.

The staff have always been very professional and friendly. We have been going here for years and have been very happy. They are also very fair. Because of insurance changes I went to another dentist last year and was told I needed an $800 cleaning, then came back to Distinctive Dentistry and they took care of it without the deep cleaning the other place tried to do.

Distinctive Dentistry is a rare combination of dentists who are true experts and love caring for people, a friendly and helpful staff, and a well-run operation. Our first experience was when my son needed a root canal and tooth whitening, and the whole experience was great. My son was nervous but had virtually no pain or discomfort, and they made him feel very comfortable. Id highly recommend DD.

I talked with this office twice, the first time the lady was questioning when I said my daughter and son in law bought their own dental insurance. I thought it was strange but gave her the benefit of the doubt. Well that quickly changed when she called back and said that if my daughter went there she would have to pay out of pocket (we have already checked with the insurance on how things were paid) then she had the nerve to referre my daughter to a free dentist in Marietta. My daughters and her husbands name is Santiago. She is racist and it’s sad. We will find a better dentist for them.

I needed a special accommodation today and they were happy to oblige. Always so friendly and patient, answering all of my questions. Wouldnt go anywhere else. Happy customer for over twenty-five years.

Always ask questions to make sure you are not misinformed! Ask about alignment lab vs soft if you are seeking dentures! I was told that $289 would cover my alignments as many necessary come to find out it does not and an additional $400 dollars is needed! I’m left with dentures that don’t fit! That was placed in my mouth after teeth were pulled. Now my gums are no longer swollen they don’t fit! I am unable to eat and have sore gums! I have purchased every product to help and it doesn’t work at all! Horrible experience!!

Dr. Bickford has been my dentist for over 25 years and is very professional with excellent service. They do not overcharge and work closely with our insurance. My husband sees Dr. Shirley and has had comparable service. Their dental hygienists are timely so working on a tight cleaning schedule while juggling work is also possible. My daughter will now be seeing Dr. Bickford too now that she is leaving a pediatric dentist.
