The service is top notch here. It is never a long wait, you are greeted by name and with a smile as if you are an old friend. I thought Mint Dent was the best but I was wrong. Dr. K Young has been heaven sent. He took his time on my dental work and advised me of the best plan. My mouth has felt the best it has felt in years. The dental assistant Letti is EVERYTHING and more and Mattie is the best as well. I would highly recommend this location. Every single time I leave It feels like warm milk whatever that means lol but I know the feelings good. Again, Dr. Young does not play about your mouth! Definitely go here. I hope to come here for years to come.

Great experience. The dentist and hygienist were very personable and relatable. They took time to explain things thoroughly and had me in and out in exactly an hour for a cleaning.

After not going to the dentist for over 10 years I was referred by my coworker and that I will say was the best decision ever! I love how the front desk makes you feel like family and immediate acknowledges you by name upon arrival. Then the back office staff is just simply amazing, very kind and patient. Ive been going to Lake Highlands Dental for over ten years. Ive been taken care of so well by Dr. Stripping (never retire) and Pinny (also never retire) over the years especially with my crazy schedule. If youre looking for a dentist who wants to take care of your teeth rather than give you implants and veneers... this is the place to go. And I bet for those that want implants and veneers they do that well too. Bottom line... I appreciate this business on a personal level.

The staff at Lake Highlands Dental is phenomenal! Penni has been my hygienist for many years and she takes very good care of my teeth. Donna greets me and takes care of all the insurance and she is so friendly! I always feel like I am hanging out with friends when I go there!

They keep up with the latest technology and treat you like you are the most important person. Scheduling or rescheduling is very easy. I have been a patient here for a few years. I didnt know I would live this long or that old people have so many mouth problems. Mine are tooth infections, teeth that have been ground down to the nerve endings, etc. Dr. Stripping is my primary doctor but I have seen others here, also. They, and staff, have been calm (a good thing) and professional; they usually offer me alternative treatments and have never pressured me to go the most expensive route. The best dental group in Dallas is my opinion.

Employees here are all nice and provide exceptional professional and personal services to patients. They have very flexible appointments that can work best with your own schedule. What I like most is their once a month Saturday clinic hours for people that works weekdays.

Excellent Dentistry. They were courteous thorough and punctual from the time I called to set an appointment! Went in for a teeth cleaning and was in and out within 1.5 hours! Penny and Cindy were excellent!

They made it so easy and pleasant! Id just switched jobs and gotten new dental insurance when I lost a crown. Although Im a new patient to them, Lake Highlands got me in that day, no hassle about not having an insurance card, and while I had to wait a little while, I was comfortable. When I told the hygienist Letty that I historically have a lot of anxiety about dentists offices, she proceeded to explain everything, move slowly and even more gently, and when she took my blood pressure it was quite low, so it worked.Dr. Stripling (?) was very kind and gentle, and after a smooth examination, we learned my crown did not need to be redone. He glued it back in my mouth and I was out of the office in a few more moments. Just in time to leave the country for the holidays and a great weight off my mind. No hassle at the checkout either... A quick swipe of my credit card (my insurance covered most of it but not all, too bad) and I was out the door. Ate a nice dinner and no problem.Thanks Lake Highlands, Ill be back for my cleaning in January!

Another great visit at Lake Highlands Dental today. Due to the Covid-19 virus they were extra cautious by not having magazines or literature to be handled by the patience.. Also a questionnaire and checking everyones temperature prior to being seen. My concerns were all taken care of and the front desk was happy to assist me with my insurance needs as well. Its always good to see their friendly faces.

I had a routine dental appointment at Lake Highlands Dental in Dallas, Texas on Tuesday May 19, 2020. Due to the virus crises, the dental staff took precautions in taking care of me on May 19th. I entered the dental office with my mask on. My temperature was taken as soon as I arrived. I was then given an electronic ipad to update some information. The staff was patient and friendly with me. The dental hygienist, Pinny, examined my teeth and cleaned my teeth. Afterwards, Dr. Stripling examined my teeth. The doctor and dental hygienist wore masks while taking care of my teeth. Thank you Pinny for your professionalism and caring manner. Thank you Dr. Stripling for your professionalism and caring manner. I appreciate the care that you all have given to me over the years. Thank you all very much.

From cleaning to caps, this dentist office was super fantastic. I dont think the financial depart is at all considerate or kind and brings their personal life into a work atmosphere. It doesnt matter how bad your life is, if you cant conduct yourself in a professional manner on the phone, then dont speak on the phone until youve gained your composure. Quality customer service must be a thing of the past. That is the only bad experience Ive had at this dentist office in the past 20 years. Not sure if I will go back now.
