Don’t go there !! I went for an eye examination order glasses. It’s going on over a month. And their still not ready!They said it’ll take another 2 weeks minimum. Told them I want my money back they said we’ll call you back. Two days agoDON’T GO THERE !

I very strongly recommend Moses Eye Care to anyone in the area! They are the best team of eye doctors ever! They always go above and beyond to help their patients. Their staff is also amazing. They are always friendly and do everything they can to help you. A special shout out to Dr. Rob for diagnosing me with an underlying disease I have, when no other doctors did. He is so caring with his patients. He truly goes the extra mile. Also, a huge thank you to Dr. Jen and Dr. Justin, who between the two of them, made a very painful eye problem so much easier to deal with! If you want the best eye doctors around, give them a call! Simply the best!

Never again. Had issues with getting my glasses from them. Took over 2 months. Decided to give them a second chance and ordered sunglasses for my son and I, as I was the only one who had an issue with receiving their glasses out of 4 of us. Well experience number 2 horrible! Starting on my end my insurance only showed me covered which was my HR departments error. After getting that fixed I was asked to call them to re-bill. I called on a Monday to only be told they would call me back. They called me back on Thursday of that week to say they had good and bad news. Bad news is they cant re-bill the insurance I will need to do the claim. Good news is that my sons sunglasses are ready and should be in that days shipment or Fridays at the latest. I go the following Monday to pick them up. Arrive at 4:06 check in have a seat. 4:40 my turn only to be told that our sunglasses are not in. I said excuse me I was told they were in. Lady says I am the one who spoke to you and I never said they were in, but I will double check. I said you are right you didnt say they were in you said they should be in one of the 2 shipments. She goes to double check comes back and says she called the Lab and they havent even started to cut the glasses yet. Which is true????? The good news from above or todays they havent even started to be cut? I will never use this company again!!!!

A great experience! Thorough exam and they answered all my questions. My selection of frames was diverse but not overwhelming with the staffs help. I highly recommend Moses!

Recently switched to this location and they are absolutely fabulous. Easy to schedule an appointment with and very prompt with appointment times. All the staff were very friendly and helpful with questions. They also have a fabulous glasses selection.

My doctor went out of network and I was referred to this center as having premier services. And they are. Friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere. Doctors are very knowledgeable. I cannot give 5 stars as their prices are noticeably higher compared to my previous doctor.

Taken care of like family! I had a bad day that day but the minute I walked in I felt like I was greeted and in the presence of Angels. Though I was only there for glasses and contacts I walked out of there with a sense of belonging in my life and also that where ever we go someone may need our kind gesture of a cough drop or a nice hand shake and gentle explanations of the best options for them. People here are friendly, courteous, thorough, and fast. No sooner had I completed my paper work for the first visit I was called up and in to see the doc. The doctor I had was a young guy who genuinely cared about my well being and care. Couldnt be happier with my experience and the folks working here

All I can say is it was a phenomenal experience. I have Sjogrens syndrome and Jennifer Kohn and her staff knew so much about my condition. It was nice to find that even her staff took the time to research and give suggestions. Shelby also was amazing in helping me find the perfect glasses for me. 100% recommend this location!!!!!!! Me and my children will be going here from now on!

Never going there again. The only worker that was helpful, knowledgeable, and professional during my appointment was the eye doctor. Told my glasses would be in around 1-2 weeks. Last year they never called so I called to check in after 1.5 weeks. Girl was very rude and told me I had to wait the full 2 weeks. Glasses still weren’t in because a problem at the lab but my husband’s were in and his appointment was the same day as mine. Continued to call and was told they would check and call me back. Twice. Never happened. Going on three weeks now with zero phone calls, updates, or glasses.

First, my insurance company didnt have me as a customer. The front desk ladies called and cleared that up in record time! They are always smiling! Great welcome.Second, Dr. Jen was so amazing! She was fast but didnt rush you. Very organized and such a happy person!Lastly, Poppe the very knowledgeable woman that helped me with choosing my glasses. She was like talking to family. She made you feel at home and made sure you didnt leave without being 100% satisfied.This will be my permanent place to get my family eye glasses and testing.You can tell it is a family owned business. A true success story of NWI!!!

First time going to Moses and we actually showed up at the wrong location. They were very helpful and let us have our appointment there even though we were scheduled for one in Winfield. Will continue to go to them, we were pleased with everything.

I didnt see the doctor, but I did order and pick up glasses here. They had my glasses in one week, although they said it would take two weeks. The glasses looked and fit great. I got a bag with a little care package containing glass cleaner, cleaning cloth, and a small piece of chocolate. That was unexpected. I would come back here again to get glasses.

Doctor was good and for our wait we were supposed to get complimentary scans which we did but then were billed for them of which I called and explained that the retinal scans were to be comped and receptionist/billing looked into but never got back to me and never fixed the billing issue and continued to collect $50 for 2 scans which were supposed to be complimentary for our wait. I will never go back and do not recommend them.

The Doctor and staff were awesome and caring. The atmosphere is positive and everyone is extremely nice!!

I did not think my experience could be even better but I was soooooo wrong! Dr. Jen, Loretta, and ALL other staff members were OUTSTANDING! They are personable, professional, caring, thoughtful, patient and provided me with the best care I have ever had. I love the fact that I did not feel rushed and every question I had, was answered if it was a repeat question. If you are looking for eye care you must try Moses on Summit in Crown Point, In. I feel so grateful to them for everything! Oh by the way they will give you free samples. :)

The staff was great. They kept my 5 year old daughter laughing the entire time, but were still very professional. I would definitely recommend to my family/friends.

Weve been going to Moses Eye Care for years. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. Dr. Jenn is THE BEST. We are a family of seven, in which three of us have regular yearly appts.

I have been to many eye doctors over the years. None of them compare to the genuine caring interest Moses EyeCare staff and Dr. Rob have for their patients. I just wish I would have found them sooner. I am seeing the best I have ever seen in the past 39 years. I would highly recommend them to anybody. Their costumer service and knowledge goes above and beyond.

We loved how dr. Justin talked and took the time to listen to my concerns. However the wait was awful. Our appointment was at 1:45 we didnt even get back until almost 2:30. And then we had to wait for a long time once we were actually in the exam room.

They were not the friendliest people. They tried to charge me 5x the amount for polycarbonate for my daughters lenses.

Very patient will the kids and really friendly which is very appreciative!!

Wouldnt recommend. Front staff was not friendly or accommodating. Was my first visit, and with an appointment I waited 45 minutes. Got passed around between people. Wanted to shop for glasses and the girl helping me literally walked out and went to lunch. Will not be back.

Ive been with moses eye care for years and theyre amazing! Ive been to the merrillville and crown point locations and theyre both excellent! Great service and friendly staff.

The doctor is great, the people seem to bend over backwards for you, they dont rush or pressure you and in the 26 years Ive been wearing glasses and contacts this place is by far the best. Highly recommend.

I saw Dr. Justin and I cant say enough good things about him. He knows a lot of info, makes sure you can understand it, and tells you everything possible about your eyes. Also, the assistant who initially took me back and did all the pre-work was really great, too.However, I am upset about the front staff. The girl who helped me with my lenses had a very aloof attitude. She was trying to upsell me on sunglasses i knew I could get cheaper elsewhere. She also almost forgot to take my PD measurement.When I got home, I realized they never gave me my paper Rx. Thats pretty shady. Also still didnt have my PD on it. If theyre this manipulative in getting customers to buy their frames and lenses, Im wary as to whether or not the Merrillville workers will break my frames on purpose in hopes that Ill buy their frames.

Probably the worst care I have gotten at an eyecare center and will never come back. Beware as they will schedule an appointment with you and cancel you last minute after you have called off of work an hour before you have to come in. I have been lied to and this business is performing shady business tactics denying you your prescription so I can take my business elsewhere. I will be reporting this business to the FTC as it is required by law to provide a prescription.
