I scheduled an appointment for a COVID test. You wait in your car until they call you. Promptly on time they called me in and spoke with the front desk to pay. The Doctor, I believe her name was Carley was very nice and explained everything then answered questions I had after the test. In and out in about 10 minutes.

I went in for a Covid test, and everyone I interacted with was super friendly. They explained what they were going to do and how the testing and results worked. I was nervous, and the lady who did my test was very empathetic. This will be my new go-to for urgent care.

I not only felt like a real person but the nurse practitioner Danielle took her time with me and was very thorough and I look forward to seeing her again for my follow up! Everyone there has always been very thorough and very friendly to I really appreciate that in these times

My experience with the visit to Midwest Clinic was fast and efficient. My son had to have some testing done. The nurse let my son know what to expect for testing. He was comfortable because she was very communicative. The provider was also very informative during the visit and thorough about treatment options.

I really love this place. I’ve never had a bad experience here. Staff is so kind and so helpful to me. It’s quick and there’s nothing they can’t help you with. Also, it’s been remolded and it is beautiful inside. I’m so happy they accept my insurance. What a wonderful place.

A convenient location, safe environment, and very friendly staff. Easy registration online. While the guidance from my provider was excellent. Short wait times are the added bonus, great job to the team at MEC. Going to the clinic is never fun but this was a stress free experience.

Staff was super nice. I booked an appointment online at the wrong location and they still saw me at my schedule appointment time with no hassle! Some practices will send you away immediately and tell you to go to the location you booked at. Not Midwest in Crown Point! Brittany was so nice and caring. Went in for a covid test, I was sure I had it. Got a nasal swab and the results took about 10-15 minutes. I was negative and the nurse practitioner came straight into the room and thats the first thing she said! Said it was probably just a cold since its that time of year.I was seriously happy! All staff had a very good bedside manner! Definitely would recommend.

This is my third time coming back here and I must say the staff and docs are very nice you do not hang around youre in and out. They take your concerns very well and give you thee best care. I recommend this Clinic for your urgent needs! Keep up the good work ladies and stay safe.

Went in for a simple covid test and since I tested negative, the nurse practitioner came in to examine me and help me figure out what was going on. It was unexpected and she was very helpful and kind!

Friday 9-17 at 7:20 p.m there was no one in the lobby. I have been here before with no problems of getting help and just walking in with no appointment. The lady was rude and told me I had to have an appointment. Said she couldnt help me! Good thing my insurance offers teledoc because I needed antibotics.

The nurse that took all of my information was so friendly and made me laugh even though I felt terrible. I got a rapid Covid test and it really only took about 30 minutes in and out. The doctor that spoke with me after the results was so sweet and made me feel so much better. I wish she was my regular doctor!

Booked a gender reveal sonogram with this clinic. I saw a fb ad and was drawn in by how cheap it was. The scheduling process was a little frustrating which is why I have 4 stars. But the actual apt was great! The tech was SUPER friendly and really took time to walk us through what to look for on the sonogram. We got a flash drive with pictures. I was very pleased with the price, time we were able to view the baby and friendly staff. Great experience.

I registered my son for a Covid test online. We had a 5:25 appointment. I was told we would receive a notification 5 min before he’d actually be seen. We live 30 min away so we drove there to be on time for a 5:25 appointment. I called at 6pm and was told I needed to call and check in and that he was only now put in line. I called back at 6:25 when he still hadn’t been called in and was told it would be another 25 min. That is an hour and 25 min from his original “appointment “ time. This is unacceptable.

Have been using this facility for years. Always have been satisfied until recently.Staff and NP are always great. Our problem is a billing issue. We are fortunate to have excellent health insurance through my husband’s Health and Welfare. We had a visit and a COVID test that was covered 100%. The problem is that they charged $89 for a phone call to give results. Insurance declined the charge. Fast forward....now in collection due to non payment. Called collection agency, they replied, “that’s what they do.” Collection agent continued to repeat that statement. I’m supposed to accept that answer? Has anyone else had this issue?

I had an appointment for an ultrasound at 8AM in which I had to fast 8 hours to get. I was on my way to the appointment when the ultrasound tech called me herself 10 minutes before my appointment to cancel. I feel that a business as big as this should have more that one tech on staff or subs to cover when employees are unable to come in.

I needed a tetanus booster because I had stepped on a nail. My insurance suggested a couple places to go and when I called Midwest Express there wasn’t any wait time so I went right away. Very A-B. Doctor was very cordial and efficient. Was in and out in about 15min including filling out paper work.

I always have a pleasant experience at Midwest Express. Highly recommend.

Useful only in case of emergency. Staff has falsely diagnosed me or told me untruthful information about their services in order to get me to leave because it’s an hour from closing or they are swamped and don’t want to service me. Scherrerrville location does the same. I wouldn’t recommend unless it’s your last resort.

Are used to come here when it was immediate care and I actually went there this time thinking it was still immediate care. And it was the new Midwest Clinic the doctor was wonderful the girls at the front counter very nice I was very pleased

How many times have you visited a Hospital, Clinic or Physician and felt like youre being scammed? Have you ever attempted to report multiple issues, but those I mentioned will only review one and then schedule other dates for each other issue? Not Midwest Express Clinic! They were open to every issue I had and issues that I didnt even intend on addressing, but wanted to. Not only were they over the top professional...they made me feel like a person and not an insurance claim. Definitely won my business.

Have never been to urgent Care before. Registration was quick and easy I did not have to wait very long to see the doctor. My exam seemed very thorough and now today it seems like she was spot on as I am already starting to feel better from the medications she prescribed. Thank you so very much for helping get rid of my pain.

I have went here to get kids tested. You have to go back in for results since they can’t link your family to your account and won’t email or verbally tell you so it’s very Inconvenient. I’ve used other places in the past and it was much easier when getting a family tested than here. I won’t be returning for covid testing since they aren’t very helpful or friendly.

Very nice staff. I called ahead and I didn’t have to wait! This was my 3rd time going there and I will continue to go as it’s cheaper than my doctor and honestly I get better care here. Give them a shot it beats an ER visit as well!

Overall experience was wonderful My son had to go for an x-ray. The paperwork was fast and I was surprised how fast we were seen, we didnt wait long. I just want to say thanks to all the staff, they were very very nice, friendly and professional. I would recommend them and I will definitely go back.

For it being an urgent care, I was expecting to wait a while before even being seen by a nurse or being put into a room, but they were so fast and all so nice! I loved that they made an appointment with me to come back for a checkup and I was in and out within 20 minutes and no wait time!!

I have seen Dr. Mckinney several times throughout this season of Covid. She and all her staff have been friendly with my two kids and with me every time. Dr. Mckinney has a very kind personality, she explains everything in detail, which leaves me walking out feeling like I am in good hands. I would definitely refer the crown point location to anyone.

Yesterday had to go on Christmas Day for a cut finger. The intake as for all places took a bit but once I got back with Epiphany and then Chelsea they cleaned me up and sealed my wound. They were pleasant, professional and gave me options like if I wanted a tetanus shot. First time business but would definitely go back for an urgent care needs.

The NP said she would try to push my test through quicker since Im a front-line worker and because my employee health isnt open on the weekends. Definitely would recommend!

Second time in this clinic and another great experience. Staff was friendly and very calm walking me step by step through entire process. My daughter and I were seen by FNP and we could not stop talking about how incredibly nice and comforting she was. While I hope that I won’t be back any time soon, I’ll definitely be back if I have to.

Got a COVID test. I registered online prior to coming in. Only had to wait about 5 min. Both of the women who helped me were polite and courteous. It made the experience, literally, painless.

Bianca was amazing. I needed my blood drawn and the first nurse was having trouble and Bianca came in and was so nice and patient. She was the vein whisperer. She made the experience stress free and fun. She kicked butt at drawing blood and even with a broken wrist.
