Dr Lam is amazing but her staff is incredibly rude. Every time I come to the office, I stand there for a good 2 minutes before I am even acknowledged. They talk loudly about their personal lives and are rude to their patients... I complained to the office manager, but that was a joke too. I really want to change doctors but Dr Lam is the best around and delivered my other 2. It’s a shame because she is the sweetest doctor ever, but her front staff makes the entire office look bad.

Horrible stuff! you can never get ahold of the doctor between your visits, Not even if it’s an emergency! you could never get prescription refill on time stay far far away, Dr lam is ok but the staff make a bad office! I complained to the doctor but no results still the same issue! It’s a shame

Horrendous office staff who don’t care about patients. Dr Lam rushed through my first appointment and verbalized not getting a good read on things and instead of changing methods she wrapped up with me and called it a day. After calling to book an emergency appointment today, and being shrugged off by the staff once again receiving false promises of a returned phone call with my appointment and going to urgent care and finding issues I refuse to affiliate with this office at all. Don’t do it!!!!

I absolutely love her. She and her staff is so helpful. She has helped me through so much and always answer all my questions. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to help me when I am pregnant.

She delivered my daughter almost 4yrs ago and now that Im moving back in the area and expecting baby number two theres no way Id trust anybodyelse for my prenatal needs. I love this lady!! Shes freaking awesome!!!!

5 years ago she gave me a c section for my son and tommarow she will be giving me a c section for my daughter !!Thank you Dr lam.Andrea Tharp/ Burkholder

Amazing, caring, considerate, smart, kind, understanding, completely understanding, the truth is there isnt enough kind things that can be said about this woman. Best Doctor ever.

I just love Dr. Shes my ob since 2014 and I feel secured with both of my pregnancies and deliver because of her. So thank you Dr. Lam!
