I’m so happy my family found this family dentistry. It was my 3 year old daughters first time there and the hygienist was very patient and kind. She took the time to explain to my daughter what she was using and why and explained every step. Dr. Joe was very nice and Mary Beth who was the receptionist was so sweet and very helpful when booking appointments and answering all questions. Definitely will be our family dentist from now! Highly recommend!!

I have a lot of anxiety about going to the dentist and everyone in the office is SO patient and kind. The front desk also made sure everything would run through my insurance and gave me an accurate price quote pre visit. Such a good experience and I would highly recommend to anyone with anxiety about dental care.

I was a little worried about getting use to a new dentist a few years ago when the dentist I went to for 20+ years retired. However, I’ve been impressed by his knowledge and skill in dealing with some complicated or challenging dental problems I’ve had.

The staff is personable and make you feel welcome and comfortable instantly. Rarely any wait time. The office is a clean, peaceful, and pleasant environment. Dr. Ornelas is efficient and focused on the dental objective of the visit. My husband and I have been going to this practice since the start.

Everyone there treats us like family. They are prompt regarding appointments, very clean premises, helpful, accommodating. We love them.

My kids and I go to this office. Very nice, smaller practice. Had a issue with a tooth thats bothering me and doc listened and did some tests. I like that he is taking a cautious approach and not jumping into costly procedures. He sees you as a patient and not a paycheck. Everyone there is so friendly and my kids like it there as well.

Family friendly, efficiently run dental office. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. It is very important to me that my appointment time is respected. They actually were a few minutes ahead of schedule. Thank you Ornelas Family Dentistry for a great experience.

I was very impressed. Doors locked. Only let one patient in at a time. Air purifiers running in patient areas. Cleaning... cleaning...cleaning between patients. Dentist and hygienist are very gentle, friendly and efficient. Jim, Sierra and I all use this practice. My extended family goes here also!

I changed dentists to Dr. Ornelas because my other dentist just wasn’t up to par anymore and kept messing up my teeth/permanent retainers. I was so happy once I got there! Very friendly staff, and I truly felt like they were happy being there and helping people. They were gentle when cleaning my teeth, and they showed/explained everything they were doing. Very appreciative of everyone that works there!

They have a very friendly and caring staff. They also started a plan for folks without dental insurance. I appreciate that very much.

This was my daughters first dental appointment and I expected her to clam up and really not much to happen but they were amazing with her! Not only did she let the tech look and feel in her mouth but she played with her and made her comfortable. I couldnt have asked for a better outcome for a toddlers first visit.

I set an appointment here the day after having a bad experience with Urgentdent during a painful toothache emergency. But at Ornelas, I received unbelievably exceptional service!When I walked in for the first time, there were two staff members smiling at me, they already called me by my name because the time of my appointment, even though we had never met before.The dentists assistant was very sweet and wanted to know about my experience with Urgentdent. She apologized for them treating me poorly and continued to help me. I discussed with her that I have been in pretty severe pain that stops me from being productive at work. She showed sympathy and was very gentle while getting xrays of my teeth.Then the dentist comes in and asked me several questions about what type of pain I was in and exactly where it hurt. Once he locates the tooth that was causing me pain, he did several quick tests that helped him guarantee he was going to work on the correct tooth and determine the best treatment option. He was thorough and kind.I received antibiotic and pain relief prescriptions and a plan to fix the tooth and an explanation of costs with insurance for each step.The receptionist scheduled my next appointment very quickly as well.I really appreciated the great service from Ornelas! I would recommend this dentist to everyone
