This was my first visit and I was disappointed. The office was not as professional as what I am used to and way too much chitchat going on. I waited 15 minutes to check out only to be told they couldn’t find my dental insurance which they could’ve told me three weeks ago when I made the appointment so that I could have straighten it out. Ended up paying cash out of pocket at the time of service which is something I have never had to do before. Also it seemed that the flooring could have been much cleaner and in better shape. That being said the dentist and hygienist seemed very good at what they do.

This practice is fantastic! We were on way to Galena Illinois for vacation and my husband broke a tooth and part of a filling and they got us in and took such wonderful care of him! Highly recommend this practice ... wish they were in our hometown in Ohio!

I have never had a good experience with my dentists in the past, however I will most definitely continue to come here. I have been more than terrified to go to the dentist that it has hindered me from going to one for 5 years. As soon as I walked into Kessler I was apprehensive at first, but soon felt comfortable. My first visit I had a wonderful hygienist who had me not only laughing but feeling comfortable in the chair. I have always been self conscious of my teeth and what people working on them would think, but she really made me feel comfortable and at ease. My second visit I needed to get fillings, which after not going to the dentist for 5 years was no surprise. Dr Mya and Emily were so wonderful. I told them my concerns about being numbed, and they talked me through the whole way. The communication that they gave me was more than I have ever received during any visit Ive had in the past. They constantly checked in to make sure I was comfortable, and to make sure they didnt need to adjust anything to make me more comfortable. I truly for once did not hate going to the dentist. Thank you so much for making my horrible experiences into a much needed good one.

Kessler Dental is the best and recommend to everyone. They are caring, understanding. Love Dr. Eric and Felisha. Ive been going there for quite some time and impressed with theyre professionalism. Even through the Covid time, they make sure you are safe and every patient there is too. The reception girls are great too always so kind. Cant say enough great things about them. I started going to Dr Kessler’s office about 3 years ago and I absolutely love them. Once they started taking children I was thrilled. I don’t know how they found so many great people to work in one place. They are kind, gentle and thorough! Dr. Miyah and Dr. Eli are the nicest people you’ll meet. Liz and Jackie are super gentle and leave your mouth feeling brand new. Their front staff Renda and Emily and whomever you get on the phone will be pleasant and helpful. They are patient when I come with all three kids. If you are looking for someone to take care of your teeth and not seem like an assembly line check them out. We don’t live close but it’s worth it.

I have been going to KFD for around 10 years and have always received extremely gentle, positive and informative care. Especially by Phyllis Aubrey, shes my favorite hygienist. You know how sometimes you have a favorite mechanic or waitress who is always a welcoming sight, thats Phyllis.

Always friendly staff with easy scheduling and prompt service after check-in. They always make the experience pleasant.

Overall from the moment you walk in the staff is very knowledgeable and welcoming. Dr Mia is absolutely incredible, she is thorough, caring and extremely understanding of what you want to achieve.They take every precaution for Covid to insure safety and cleanliness.Highly recommended and actually look forward to going back!

This dentist does excellent work and goes the extra mile. When my tooth broke they had me come in the office within 30 minutes to get treatment.

Ive been going to Kessler Family Dental and Associates for about 5 years now, and I have been recommending them to my friends and family since my first visit. I typically see Liz for my cleanings, and shes absolutely amazing. Dr. Kessler is a wonderful dentist, although hes retiring soon. The two new dentists that Ive met (Dr. Maya and Dr. Eli) both seem like theyll be just as wonderful as he is. At my last visit, we discovered my crown had broken (I had no idea) and Dr. Kessler made sure to inform them that it was to be replaced free of charge. Theyre always accommodating with appointments and they are always friendly. If youre looking for a new dentist, go here! You will thank me.Im updating this as of 7/29/20: The staff are being very cautious in regards to Covid-19. I didnt feel like I wasnt protected, or that they werent protected while I was there. With the process of replacing the crown, I saw Dr. Eli more than once, and hes an amazing dentist. Hes very hands-on and he remembers you, which is refreshing.If you are in need of a dentist, I HIGHLY recommend that you go here. Youll feel at ease and well taken care of, and your teeth will be well taken care of by the staff, whoever you see.

As a new patient to Kessler Dental, Ive only been seen twice in the last 6 mos. for cleanings. Phyllis is my hygienist. Both times, she did a very thorough but gentle cleaning and I dont dread visits for cleaning anymore. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and accommodating with questions about insurance and scheduling. My only regret (and the staffs as well) is that Dr. Kessler is retiring from the practice.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Maya!!! I struggle with really bad TMJ (we made a mouth guard for me and everything else necessary) but she now injections botox into my massador for immediate relief. She is so calm, KNOWLEDGEABLE, and fun that i never have a bad time going. I actually look forward to my injections with her! if you are considering botox with her, this is your sign to DO IT! 12/10.

Have been patient of Dr Kessler for40 plus years. Hate to see him retire but he surely deserves it. Now patient of Dr Elias which recently had work done and he is wonderful. He explained everything to me before he extracted my tooth and no pain during or day’s after. The office staff greets with sincere care and knowledgeable about all procedures. So. Dr Elias is wonderful and will continue as his patient.

I want to start off by saying that I can be a extremely picky about certain things, dental work is one of them. I wasn’t completely happy with a tooth filling I had done, it was more for cosmetic reasons. I hesitated to call back but I did. Doctor Eli and Liz worked with me and were very patient. Doctor Eli worked really hard to make my tooth look the way I wanted it. I’m sure he must have been frustrated but he didn’t show it and did a great job. I wanted to acknowledge and let other People know that this practice will work with clients to make them happy.

Dr Kessler is a Very good dentist. He doesnt do any unnecessary procedures. Very compassionate and very helpful when it comes to how am I going to pay for this or I dont have very much dental insurance. Works with you! I would recommend him and his associates to everyone.

Great service from beginning to end of each of my appointments at Kessler Dental. Theyve worked with my schedule to change an appointment, and gave a timeline that one of my teeth could use a crown, but not necessarily right away. My insurance is going to change soon and they also let me know how that will affect costs in the future. I appreciate the honesty and that I can plan ahead.

If his Chairside/Bedside manner was not enough to make my fears disappear, the tooth repair was amazing. I went to the Kessler Dental Group due to a flyer I received in the mail...I was interested in getting dental implants due to having several problems with having dentures for 20 years. I was extremely surprised to find out how inexpensive the implants would be! It was done in the same day but they worked around my schedule and you actually got in on time. I now have my upper and lower full sets of implants almost a week now and am EXTREMELY happy with the results!!! I am telling several of my friends and family to ho there and try them out. Im so very happy I didnt just throw the junk mail away. I hope youll give them the time of a free consultation for your dental needs

I went in early in the morning like 7 o’clock as it almost emergency. The staff was so accommodating and so professional and so comforting. They took care of my tooth immediately. I so enjoyed the experience there that I have found a new dentist. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the area! Best dentist in the area by far. Weve had a few dentists over the years either due to insurance changes or just being unhappy with them. Some have unreasonable cancellation policies, another (wont name names) would routinely want to perform unnecessary procedures to make a buck. Dr. Kessler & his staff have been a breath of fresh air. Fair prices & policies & friendly hygienists makes us glad we switched.
