Highly recommend, had a root canal and although its a long procedure I was made very comfortable. All in all it was a good experience. Dr Batchelor and his assistant work together like clockwork, Im sorry I dont have the assistance name, but they made a not so fun procedure very enjoyable!

Very unprofessional and rude establishment, I had to Cancel my appointment because I got a chance to see my dentist that referred me. They prescribed me with antibiotics and told me to wait until it’s completed to come back in. This establishments text me before business hours telling me to still come after I just seen a dentist and my tooth is swollen and painful. I stated that I wanted to wait until my antibiotics was done. The person still insisted I come in and when I said I’m fine I’ll wait I got told to get referred to a new dentist. DON’T GO HERE they rude as hell for no apparent reason.

Dr. & staff are amazing! I once had to bring my son in who was months old, he wouldn’t stop crying because he wanted to be held. The assistant walked him in his stroller around the office so I could get work done. They are so nice, friendly and office is always clean!

I have been bringing my daughters here for quite some time and they always give them the best treatment! They are very punctual when receiving you and work in a great timely manner! Dr. Batchelor alongside his staff are very patient with my girls and always explain everything thoroughly. I have no complaints and will continue to bring my daughters here along with referring him to my family and friends!

Dr. Batchelor is WONDERFUL!!! He is very thorough and gets the job done in the most painless way possible. My family has been seeing him for more than 10 years. His staff is also great.

Dr Batchelor is very knowledgeable and does great work! Would definitely recommend this place. I drive 40 minutes because of his great service. They let you watch movies while you get your teeth worked on. His staff is also bilingual with Spanish.

Dr. Garfield Batchelor has been my 1 and only dentist for years. He has went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I recently took part in getting my teeth removed and getting all on 4 implants. Dr. Garfield Batchelor service was fantastic throughout the entire process, and the teeth turned out flawless. He is a great dentist, and will take care of whatever it is you need.

I was not seen until an hour and fifteen minutes after my appointment time and I was early. Dentist was extremely rude. He is a narcissistic. Even his assistant was looking at him with disgust. He also let the whole office know each patients business. I could hear him from the waiting area. I left knowing everyone that was before me dental issue.

Dr Garfield has great bedside manners and is such an excellent dentist. He was very welcoming and explained everything very throughly. Definitely recommend! His staff is also very nice and do a great job!

Not only did I have appointment at 9..none of the staff was there until 945.. they all came in late together. Then I was told they have to contact doctor about medication and surgery...over a week heard nothing nor did my doctor and then I called and then they say o yea we forgot to call you back... yes doctor is nice but his staff is aweful...

I was referred to Dr. Batchelor for a root canal and Ive been seeing him to complete all my dental work ever since. He did a great job on my teeth. Him and his staff are very friendly and welcoming. Well worth the commute from northwest Indiana to his Chicago location!

Dr. Batchelor really takes his time to explain treatment and options you have . I take both my kids to his office . After having nightmare experiences somewhere else Dr. Batchelor was able to save my son’s teeth after being told to pull them elsewhere . The kids feel comfortable and like coming to his office .

Doctor Batchelor is AMAZING!. He is very thorough and has no problem answering questions and explaining procedures and terms you may not understand. I recommend anyone to him. My first root canal did not hurt much at all.!

I have been calling just to go to the dentist because I have a cracked tooth. Nd no one never answers . ive been waiting 2 Nd a half weeks . But , no one wants to answer the phone or call me back . worse experience I ever had .

This place is a joke. Not only was Dr. Batchelor very rude to my 14 year old son durning his visit but they refused to see my 17 (and 11month) old son even tho he had an adult with him. It is a 45 min drive for us that we will never be making again!

Dr. Batchelor is an excellent dentist. He has been our primary dentist for 10 years. I recommend it for both adults and children. He and his staff always serve us with professionalism and cordiality.
