I started going here for jaw and neck pain. I really enjoyed it at first and felt like it was helping. However after my first few appointments, they just never got back to me. I even had appointments already scheduled that I would show up for, and no one was even there!? Whenever I would try calling I would keep going to voicemail. They finally reached back out to apologize and offer me courtesy appointments. But whenever I would call to schedule those I’d be sent right back to voicemail. I never ended up hearing back so I just started going somewhere else. I’m much happier there and pretty disappointment in Evolve Chiropractic. Hopefully they can get their act together so they don’t lose all their business...UPDATED: Note, I did not receive any calls or emails from this practice attempting to inform me of all their changes. They had informed me in the past that my emails had gotten sent to their junk mail due to technology issues. That could very well be part of the reason to their miscommunication. I only received one voicemail from them offering me courtesy appointments, to which I responded to and left a message. Again, never received any calls back from them. Pretty unfortunate. I would suggest updating their website as well since it still shows they are open and in business. Thank you for reading my review and best of luck.

Me and my family have seen Dr Monday for years. He is amazing and truly does care for his patients. His staff is always friendly, helpful and they have always worked around our crazy schedules. We highly recommend Dr. Monday!

If you are looking to heal instead of mask your symptoms, I recommend evolve chiropractic and integrated wellness. Dr. Monday saved me a visit to urgent care where I know they would just put me on muscle relaxers. He asked questions about my condition and did gentle mobility and range of motion tests to better understand the cause of my pain. He quickly discovered it and treated me with CBD, cupping and an adjustment. The staff is friendly. The facility is clean and inviting. There are several therapies offered to fit each individuals needs.

Surgery was STRONGLY recommended. 6 weeks in a sling and 4-6 months off work was the deal. No way I said. There has to be other options. I googled options to rotator cuff surgery and discovered that there were indeed other avenues to fixing my shoulder.I checked out HealthSource of Crown Point simply because it was close to my home. It was a stab in the dark that paid off. I lucked into the friendliest people I have ever met. Dr. Mitch really has your best interests in mind and it shows. Hes a class act. Knowledgeable as he is, he set up a course of therapy that worked. Period. I feel great after undergoing his recommended therapy and following through with the exercises at home. I thank him for that.Heaven is missing two angels. They have become employed at HealthSource of Crown Point. When you meet Trista and Katie, youll understand. They will make you feel like you are the most important person in the world, with your best interests in mind. Such vibrant and warm personalities they possess.I strongly recommend this business.
