I have had neck and shoulder pain for as long as I can remember. Recently, that pain started affecting my jaw causing it to lock up. When I went to Dr. Bozovich for lower back pain, she taught me do a stretch once a week that she had me take home to do as homework. Over the course of 6 weeks I found there to only be improvement after each initial visit where I would receive a back massage.
