So this was my first time at EWC and my experience was great! I had half off my service since it was my first time, the staff is so nice also! I had Frankie and she does an AMAZING job. It’s been 3 weeks and it still hasn’t grown back, she is very thorough with her work. I will be returning!

On 8/13 I saw Maria for a Brazilian. She is beyond amazing at what she does, she’s personable, friendly and so knowledgeable with waxing. Unfortunately I didn’t catch the GSAs name but she had long dark hair and she was just as amazing as Maria was! She was super friendly, knowledgeable in all of the product and gave her honest opinion on the products and what others had to say. I’ve been to many locations since I’m always traveling, and this location by far exceeded my expectations! I came to this location because of reading the reviews of Maria and everyone is right she is the best! I will be back to see her! Two wonderful assets to your location!

Everything was great about my experience. Susie greeted me at the door and Lauren and Lorelei were very nice. Ebony was only in her first week but she seemed very comfortable and did a great job. My legs are the smoothest they have been in a while!!

Best place to get a Brazilian and all of your skin care products. Extremely professional and with their custom formula wax, it doesn’t hurt as much as regular waxing.

I love it here! Lorelei, Susie and Sara are absolutely amazing. I am sure the whole staff is awesome but had the privilege of experiencing their awesomeness. Check out this location! You will not regret it!

If you’re considering a Brazilian, Maria is your girl. She made me feel completely comfortable and talked through post-care instructions while waxing. Her and Susie knew I was heading out on vacation and even extended sample products to ensure my wax stayed flawless. 10/10 recommend and will be returning!!

I had a very bad experience. Pictures to prove. Nicole was friendly but not too good at what she does. I am not sure if it is the chemicals involved or what but terrible reaction to the Brazilian wax. It’s indescribable. My first and last time ever getting waxed.

For a Brazilian wax there was a lot of hair left, and they do not do the entire bum which was not what I expected... appt was over 12 minutes late, the technician ripped large sections of hair at a time while rushing through causing optimal pain, and the checkout was lengthy, and pushy (I get that you have to sell, but know your audience). The good news is they applied a half off discount therefore the cost was in line with the experience, but I would never return here at their full price amount. A $30 job was done, and thats what I paid.

First time I came here was amazing, the lazy was very sweet and reassured me through the process since it was my first time, made sure to talk to me about random stuff so I would relax and we had some laughs, she cleaned me up well and explained the procedure. Clearly very experienced and professional.Second time around a young lazy was working with me, she admitted she was new and was only doing this for 6 months, she was okay but left wax residue on me even after I pointed it out.

I love this place! I have been going for two years and havn’t stopped! No one I’ve tried has given bad service but Maria is the best and my all time go to for my Brazilian! The front desk staff is always nice even when I’m talking to them over the phone! I have now started booking my appointments through texts and I absolutely love it! I have been to one other location which I won’t name but you definitely have to go to Olive location and ask for Maria!

Best place to go. Easy to get to. 270 to Olive.Clean and safe masks and temperature checks are required. If you want the best ask for Jo! So pleasant and very thorough!

I went here on 4/21 for a Brazilian wax. The waxer was friendly, but she did large sections at a time which caused more pain than usual. I also didn’t realize they only used hard wax. There were spots left of hair which I don’t appreciate. I’m disappointed and will be going back to my other studio.

I had never been here before, but I figured Id try it out because of the good reviews. The place was awesome - I loved the feel of the environment, and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable, but it didnt work well for me... The woman who did my hair removal was very very nice, and promised up and down that their wax is special and doesnt adhere to skin, so its much more gentle. My eyebrows look great, but it did rip off skin under my eyebrows... It is beginning to scab and is very irritated. I dont think Ill be going back...

I NEVER leave reviews... especially bad ones.... but I was soUpset about this I felt the need to share. Please DO NOT do what I did, and waste your money on European Wax Center!! I went to the Cottleville location in Missouri about two years ago. I was horrified with how much hair was left. It looked like I had a bad wack job with a rusty razor. AWFUL. I went to a new waxer and loved her. Unfortunately she moved her practice and it’s to far for me to travel. I decided to give this place a second chance. I went to the Creeve Core location... hoping it would not be the same as my other waxing. It was. I paid 56$ with a 10$ tip added on (because I can’t not tip... no matter how bad the service is) and I was so disappointed. Hair left EVERYWHERE. Front and back. It seriously looked like I tried to shave myself and gave up halfway through. They always have excuses such as “the hair isn’t long enough”, or “o tried to get it but couldn’t”. I immediately took the hour drive to my waxer that I love and she every last hair (as she always does) & she charges half! I understand the price is the price... but for 70$ I would think they could get all the hair. The worst part is my co worker went here for a Valentine’s Day gift... same thing happened to her. They leave so much hair.It’s ridiculous. Not worth the waste of time or money.

I absolutely LOVE this place!! I struggle way too much with body hair which... ew. About two months ago I decided to see if waxing would help at all. I had a LOT of hair to remove and my first session was a tad painful but after all was said and done, I was able to look at my body and smile for once. I have since been back to this location twice and sessions arent really painful at all anymore. Reagen is the bestest. I think its safe to say Im hooked 😊. I would totally recommend checking this place out to anyone who wants smooth clean skin and is tired of shaving. You will NOT regret it.

I went there right before a getaway with my boyfriend and it was my first time getting waxed. The atmosphere was so comfortable and the lady that did my wax was so friendly and talked to me as if we were best friends

I love this EWC! I have been going here a year for my Brazilian wax. All of the staff is very friendly and professional but Reagan and Sarah are the best. They make sure to provide aftercare instructions and recommend quality products as well. They also follow safety protocols regarding COVID-19 and sanitize after each customer. I highly recommend this EWC, you won’t be disappointed. :)

Ive loved European Wax Center for a long time now, but Im even more impressed with their safety precautions for opening back up during this time of widespread illness. They ask for you to wait in your car, and text you when you can come inside. They used a no-touch forehead scanner to make sure I didnt have a temperature, and everyone was behind plexiglass and/or wearing a mask. Very happy with how safe theyve made their salon right now!

I didnt have the required appointment that was necessary because of Covid restrictions, however I briefly waited outside while they promptly set one for me. They took my temperature upon arrival. Thats a great sign they care about everyones health and safety. My estheticians name is Regan. She was phenomenal. Very thorough. Highly recommend.

The front desk attendant was less than welcoming. However, the waxing technicians are excellent. In fact, I would have given five stars if it werent for the rude lady at the desk.

My regular waxer in Kirkwood left and I sooooo happy that I found another lady at the Olive location in Creve Couer. Jordan is hands down the Best. She has the experience, nothing hurt and shes through! 200% my new waxer location and person!!!!!

Horrible Customer service!! they lure you into buying a unexpiring wax package and dont completely disclose the details. They charged me for cancellation of wax service due and did not mention anything about charging for a wax pass cancellation. So basically charged me money for something they did not even provide me service for. Next time they lure you wax pass ask them for to give you to show you a written condition and cancellation contract.( Edit ) The management did call and made sure the issue for resolved. Thanks for taking the initiative to resolve the issue.

First time ever getting waxed in a intimate area and Kelsey did such a great job making me feel comfortable and not judging me when I was cursing and laughing at the same time because I didnt know how to react when all that hair was getting pulled out at once! I have always wanted to experience getting a Brazilian but was too nervous until my friend told me about European Wax and her experience that she had.I would HIGHLY recommend this establishment and I would HIGHLY recommend Kelsey! The staff is very professional and made me feel right at home.

If you have low pain tolerance and/or sensitive skin like me, this might be the best option for you. This place uses hard wax only which is less abrasive on the skin and can be reapplied more than once. Now, it isnt painless but it is way less painful; at least enough for me to pay the extra bucks, which is why I give them 4 stars instead of 5. It is more expensive than many other places but it is because this is their specialty! All they do is wax day in and they out and theyre good at it.The place is also very hygienic and the staff very friendly!

I will never go back to the Ladue location after coming here! My wax specialist was absolutely amazing. She took her time and didn’t rush like I’ve had every waxer do at the Ladue location. She took the time to cater to my specific needs. The service I got done was a Brazilian and when I say sis got every single strand of hair!!! I’ve never been waxed like this. I wish I knew her name because everyone needs to go see her! I’m feeling like a brand new woman Front desk y’all was cool too!

Ive never been disappointed in my experience at this EWC location. Theyve tried to help me find the best deal from the beginning. The ladies Ive been to are excellent and do exactly what Ive talked to them about, and they are always ready with their conversation game! The ladies at the desk are very understanding and flexible whenever I run into an issue with scheduling.P.S. I love the serum that they sell, its very soothing and even uses a large portion of natural ingredients, namely essential oils.

Ive been going to EWC for almost a year. Wont be returning. Their wax is the best (hard) but they push wax passes and dont wax everything. Each time Ive gotten waxed Ive had to request to taut my skin. They only do one strip in the buttocks for Brazilian. Ive had quite a few spots not waxed because they dont spread my skin enough. So, if they miss something, oh well. Ive went to Des Peres location and Creve Coeur. I shouldnt have to pay almost $200 for waxing services to leave spotty. Ill go elsewhere.
