I have been to Julie Anderson, she is amazing. She is pleasant and personable but what I like most is the pride that she takes in her work. The deep conditioning hair treatment is phenomenal and she always keeps my eyebrows looking great. She is a must for all of your hair needs.

ABSOLUTELY terrible service. I purchased hair extensions prior to Covid and had them placed and then removed. I was told once I pay for the hair, I own it. They told me I can reuse the hair for at least 5 years or more if care for properly. When I had them taken out, I was told that the hair must be stored at the salon which I didn’t have an issue with. I hadn’t been to the salon for about 1.5 years due to Covid, etc. I now called to pick up my hair extensions and have the placed and was told they no longer have them. They cleaned out the salon during Covid. I was never notified or asked if I wanted to come pick them up. They got rid of them without my permission. I was told I owned the hair. It cost hundreds of dollars. When I asked if they would replace them for me they said “no, sorry”. When I asked if I had any recourse they replied “no sorry”

I’ve seen Lena Merganthaler three times in a row now and I can’t say enough good things about her. She is professional and courteous and if I’m unsure what I want from color, I tell her to do what she thinks is best. I have never left disappointed. If you are new to the salon, ask for Lena. She’s the best!

Great spa! Macie is extremely knowledgeable and I love how good my skin feels after just 2 facials over 6 weeks. She helped me pick out the right products and has been very encouraging and non-judgmental after not really taking care of my skin for years. I also had the BEST pedicure with Andrea on Saturday. That was the 1st time I had one since the beginning of Covid so my feet were a mess. She took her time and was very gentle. And she is as pleasant as can be. I highly recommend Studio Branca and already have appointments set up for future services.

After my first experience at Studio Branca, I do not have enough words for how great the staff is! It was my first time getting a hair cut here after a previous haircut gone wrong at another salon and I was extremely nervous! My hairstylist, Jessica, was the sweetest and was so nice to me when I was having anxiety. She did an absolute phenomenal job on my hair and I am completely in love with it. She was also extremely knowledgable about hair and what products I should use. I could tell she was not just trying to sell products on me but she genuinely cared and wanted to help. Will be returning!

I booked Studio Branca online to get my hair done. They called me right when I booked, and said “nobody is Available to take your appointment today” and then another 5 minutes later I had a stylist from the salon call me back and said she could take me and “didn’t know why they said nobody could take me”....... when I booked online it said the starting price was $152 for a foilyage? So I’m like okay, cool they can get me in! but FAILED to tell me she was a MASTER LEVEL 7 STYLIST (didn’t tell me until I checked out) and that her being a level 7 master stylist would affect the pricing. I wasn’t told about pricing the ENTIRE TIME, I just assumed it would be the price that I booked for online! So I come in, and I’m STANDING in the lobby for 25 minutes because she was finishing her client (im 33 weeks pregnant so it wasn’t very fun standing waiting) finally they sit me down and talk about how I booked for the foilyage and that we could definitely accomplish that today. She goes back with her assistant, mixes lightener then gets right to work. Keep in mind I have SHORT HAIR. The hair in my nape is about 1 inch, and my hair is cut into a lob. I’m noticing that there is no hand painting going on.... I work in the salon industry so I knew she wasn’t doing a foilyage. She was foiling teasy lights and horizontal weaves..... a full foil was listed for $126 so I’m already confused when she just said that we were doing the foilyage??????? then at the bowl asks me “do you want to leave with wet hair or style?” I’m like WHAT??? Who asks that... I’m like “can you blow dry my hair please?” So in the end, she finished my hair, I rebooked then they tell me my total is 310. I’m like wait WHATTT????????????So then I’m like I thought it was 150? And receptionist goes “if budgeting was an issue, you should have stressed that to the stylist” then after complaining they told me I was no longer welcome at their salon. 4 cosmetology instructors at my school agreed this was poor service. Rude as hell worst salon experience of my life. I feel utterly disrespected. On top of it all, they had the “manager” call me back and had the nerve to tell me “this is a upscale salon, everyone in St. Louis knows we are expensive”....... like excuse me? Who the f* do these people think they are???

I had my hair and makeup done by Kaeli Davis at Studio Branca. She is incredibly talented and made me feel SO gorgeous on my wedding day. I also booked my entire bridal party to have hair and makeup done on the day of my wedding. Everything was well organized, and everyone looked beautiful. Since the salon is large, we did not have the entire space to ourselves. With that being said, we still felt welcome and like we could use the space. They had no problem with my wedding photographer and videographer coming in to take photographs and film. I married in October 2019, and I made my reservation for my large bridal party a year in advance without any issues. All staff members were friendly and professional. I would recommend!

Worst haircut ever! Went home in tears!! Never ever will return stay away!!

I went to this studio to get my hair coloured and cut from stylist Julie Anderson. Let me start off by saying I did not get what I want. After spending 10minutes with me, Julie started juggling between me and an another client. I honestly didn’t get the service I paid for. Moreover she literally spent only 5minutes on my haircut. I felt rushed and unwelcomed at this studio and would not prefer going back. Thank you for disheveled hair.

I got my hair extensions here originally I was pleased and thought the service was good (expensive but you get what you pay for). I purchased 4 bundles of tape in hair extensions and got them put in for a total of around $1200. When I got sold these extensions and service I was told I could use these extensions for close to a year depending on how fast my hair grows. Mine was growing pretty good plus I had short hair so you could really tell where the tapes where on the top of my head by the fourth week. I had gotten them pushed up 3 times ($400 each time) the last time I got them taken out and I was told they were going to be put in a “hair bank” with the salon and I could come back at a later time since I was going to a water park vacation and I didn’t want to damage them. Life happened I ended up not going back I ended up pregnant and needed to focus finances elsewhere. Fast forward to last week I called the salon asking about my extensions and they not only tell me they don’t have a “hair bank” but they can’t find my extensions and the stylists are all responsible for there clients products.After telling me for 5 days by the front desk specifically Mayce and Shawna who says she is a front desk manager BTW I was going to hear back from a manager I STILL HAVE NEVER heard from one.I did get a call from my stylist and she told me she threw them out. When asking why I was told at the year mark from purchase date they are thrown out by the stylist (Julie). After spending this kind of money I would think at some point before taking it upon myself to throw the hair out the professional thing to do (even if they are unusable as she said, but she was going to put them back in my head before) would be to reach out to see if the person wanted the hair or to come in for service pointing out the fact that the hair is going to be discarded of if they are not being used within this amount of time. I never heard anything from them giving me a heads up of this. I was told since I didn’t keep contact WITH THEM they were discarded. I haven’t went to any other salon since my service with them life just happened and I lost track of time.Needless to say there has been nothing done about the situation. The stylist put the blame onto me and no manager has returned a call!!

Carson was excellent. She thoroughly assessed my hair, what I was wanting, made recommendations and then together we decided on a plan. The results are fabulous- my hair not only looks great but feels luxurious and soft with lots of shine. (What was done: touch up of roots to cover the gray, pull through of dark and light highlights to brighten and give dimension and then a gloss / conditioner. She then cut and styled my hair.) HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I called on a Saturday to see if they had any openings that day to get my haircut! They were able to have me in a chair 15 minutes later. Kristie M. did a wonderful job! I asked for long layers with a tapered face frame and that’s exactly what I got. I was in and out in an hour. I even grabbed a couple of hair products on the way out. I will definitely be coming back and requesting Kristie!

Julie Anderson Guccione is absolutely amazing. I trust her completely with my hair from the color and cut to styling. She also has a wonderful relaxing head massage during your shampoo and conditioning which will make you forget every problem in the world. She’s the best!

Macy did my facial and helped select the proper face products for my morning and night routine. She’s always very attentive to my needs and helps select the right products. Never ever pushing any products my way. She did a thorough job with my facial and I will continue to go back. Nice salon with top of the line products for both skin and hair.

I went for a huge cut. I wanted hair that was grazing my bum cut short. I brought many photos of the cut I wanted that showed it at several angles and ways to style it. She looked at one for a few seconds, then went chopping away for like an hour and never once looked back at a photo and the cut I got was definitely not what I asked for. She seemed uncomfortable and out of her depth and cut according to what she thinks most people want. Im not most people. Im a person that was clear about what I wanted. It was very important to me as she removed roughly 20 inches of hair. The line goes up in back instead of down. The hair at the crown should be longer. Im grossly disappointed and gutted. I will have to wait months to grow it back to get what I was aiming for. Im fine with the shortness of the buzzed part, but it was supposed to have layers over it. I feel sick about it. And given how big a cut it was, every person I know that ever saw me knows and makes a comment on it. Salt in the wound 10 times a day. I will never go back here. There was no point complaining at the time as what is there to do? I just wanted to go home. They cant very well undo it. If the stylist was uncomfortable and beyond her skills, she should have referred me to someone else, or gotten some assistance. When someone trusts you take off 20 inches of hair, its kind of important to get it right.

This was my first time at studio Branca, I enjoyed every part. I had the pleasure of Madison doing my hair and she is very positive person to be around and informative of what she’s doing. She triple checks to make sure I’m getting what I would like from my visit. She took the time on my hair to achieve the look I was wanting to her fullest for the visit and iv not experienced this from previous salons iv been to. I will continue my hair journey at studio Branca and possibly skin care!

Jodi administered a facial to me on Saturday and the entire experience was absolutely incredible! She chatted with me beforehand to get a feel for my skin type and what my concerns were. The atmosphere was peaceful and completely relaxing. She followed the treatment with tips and ideas on how to customize my skincare routine to my goals. I cannot WAIT to go back and see her - she is SUPERB!

Cut above ........ Studio Branca team clearly were prepared for business in reopening since pandemic. One way entry and different exit, temperature scan, multi hand sanitizer stations, staff &clients all wearing masks, staff also with gloves....spaced out stations for all, cleaning throughoutoccurring, etc. Thank you for making my overdue hair color & trim safe yet comfortable. I applaud your efforts. Color me happy all around!

My stylist, Meeghan Marks, is the best there is! My daughter now sees her too after seeing what an artist she is with my hair! I get compliments on my hair all the time now! The whole salon is really great! I have been to both locations and love them both!

I go here for waxing with Megan W and she is awesome. I appreciate that she is very quick because who wants to be sitting on the table for hours for a leg wax. She cares about the result and want to get everything looking perfect. I dont go anywhere else, especially when it comes to my brows.

I have frequented Studio Branca for many years for hair services. Lately I go every 3 or 4 days for blow outs. I have cut and color by Heather and beautiful extensions by Kathy. I think I have seen practically every stylist! Studio Branca is my favorite salon in the area because is it always scrupulously clean. It has a very nice ambience. The stylists run on time, which is very important to me! Heather is terrific with color, cut, and styling. She has become a good friend and is dependably excellent. Kathy as well is wonderful with extensions and gives my thin hair an entirely different look. Very impressive for someone like me who is over 50! I have my extensions changed out every 2 months.So you can see that I invest a lot of time and money in Studio Branca and I intend to continue doing so!

Okay, to start, Studio Brancas receptionists have always been on point. Super courteous over the phone, and very complimentary from start to finish.Next, I hope hairdresser Nick S. sticks around for a long time. I am super insecure about getting my hair cut or colored, but he emphatically listens while patiently offering adjectives to help you put into words exactly what it is you hope your result will be. To be honest, on my first visit the color wasnt all the way 100% what I visualized (No knock to his skill, his method is impeccable, Im just a very picky person to a fault.) He encouraged me to wear it for a day or so and then come back in for a complimentary alteration. Once we got a grasp of what it was that I wasnt feeling with the color placement, he took charge and made it absolutely Perfect. So Pretty! Its more gorgeous and thoughtfully done than I could have ever asked for. Im so happy! I appreciate that the model of Studio Branca is you have to feel great about the end result, and they really stand behind that and deliver. Thanks Nick!

I loved it!! They served coffee and my hairstylist knew her stuff .The head massage was great . I told them what I wanted and it was 10 times better then what I had in mind .

Meghan is great and does a very good job, makes you feel at easy and relaxed. The front desk staff needs to be more detailed when making or changing appointments. I have had appointments made for a different day or time then was requested on the phone. Had to move an appointment to the following week, and they only moved a portion of the appointment and was not told till I arrived and had to reschedule the portion of the appointment that had not been moved. Again the service is great, but the front desk staff needs to follow through with details. It is easier to make an appointment with your provider before leaving or online.

As a guy, Im not overly anxious to have a pedicure, but Studio Branca was the perfect choice for me. Jaimie was outstanding. She made me comfortable and did a fabulous job. I appreciate that appointments can be booked online, and I liked that S.B. actually includes mens services on their menu of services.The atmosphere at S.B.C.C. is upscale, very clean, and I appreciate that the high standards of the people that work there. The pedicure chairs are comfortable, and I was offered a beverage, and the music that played in the background was great.I feel fortunate that I discovered S.B.C.C. and there will be no doubt that this will be my “place” from now on.

I started going to Studio Branca over four years ago when I received a gift card to the salon for Christmas. Before Branca, I had been jumping from salon to salon, trying to find the perfect stylist for me as I have hair that is extremely challenging in many ways. No one had ever been able to figure it out. The first stylist I went to at Branca was Becky and from my very first appointment with her I was hooked. Becky is incredibly gifted at what she does and she has never disappointed me. She is my hair angel and I am so thankful :)I have been going to Studio Branca EVERY WEEK for over four years, and in that time I have also acquired two other stylists - Katie and Lauren - who are both equally as amazing as Becky. I know that no matter who does my cut, color or blowout/style, I will never be disappointed and having that peace of mind when it comes to my hair is extremely reassuring.Besides my three amazing stylists, I am also always impressed at the front desk staff who are friendly and courteous, and who never forget to offer a drink when I check in. So from the time I walk in, to the time I walk out, I always receive Class A service and attention from everyone at Studio Branca. I had a fabulous experience at Studio Branca and would highly recommend it. From check in to having my makeup touched up, I loved the whole thing. My hair looks great, the equipment was first class, and I loved the head massage after the wash. I walked in, never having been there before, and asked for someone that could cut bangs and totally style my hair. It was all grown out and a mess. The cute, young check in girl suggested, Abbey Manning, who while only a One meaning shed only been there a year, was a good choice for me. She was 100% right. While extremely young, Abbey has an innate ability and talent for cutting hair. She actually gave me one of the best haircuts Ive had in a long time. I will be back.

I got a full foil with Jessica. She did a great job of capturing my vision and recommended some great products.I have a lot of hair and felt very bad, but they stayed over a half hour past close for me. We had to reschedule my haircut, but they got me in very quickly. All of the stylist were very nice even though I know it was a Friday evening and everyone wanted to go home! I always gets compliments on my hair after leaving Studio Branca. Meagan Theodore is a super cutter & colorist. Always enjoy her associates over the years as well. All employees are so darling & friendly. Like watching a busy beehive. Last night when I left the girl behind the counter even helped me put my coat on. I thought I was at the Ritz Carlton. Top notch!

I have been a client for 7 years and really enjoy the service I receive at Studio Branca. Lee Ann provides fantastic service in hair color and cuts for me. She has a friendly approach to work, and is really detail-oriented in making sure my haircut is the best it can be. I receive compliments on my hairstyle, and its largely due to Lee Anns great work.

Everyone from the front desk staff, to the stylists were extremely friendly and professional. Reese is amazing. She is so knowledgeable and efficient. Just from one visit with her, my hair is already in much better shape. Cant wait until my next appointment. :)

Came for a color- got a complimentary cut.Kathy is the best. Normally Im always literally looking over my shoulder because hairstylists tend to ignore my hair length requirements - but I felt that Kathy listened and delivered exactly what I was looking for. Will definitely go here again.

My kids have generally gotten hair cuts at places like Great Clips. My 8yo daughter, who has extremely long, curly hair, has only had 4 haircuts in her entire life. She is extremely proud of her flowing locks, but has a hard time taking care of them. A few months ago, I took her to Heather at Studio Branca (who has also been taking amazing care of my hair), and she let Heather cut off a centimeter. After months of talking (about haircuts and Heather), yesterday she let Heather cut 8 inches off of her hair to donate to Pantene Beautiful Lengths. Heather spent time reassuring her, boosting her confidence, and, in the end, giving her a fantastic haircut. At the same appointment, she spent time with my 11yo son, cleaning up a Great Clips hatchet job and teaching how to style his hair with product. We love Heather and we love Studio Branca!

Studio Branca is spectacular and Elise is amazing! This studio is priced in-line with other top level salons and I am in and out of there in no time which I greatly appreciate. Best part of it all...I get money for products every time I get hair services. I basically pay the same price for a cut and color as I have at other salons AND I get my hair products and facial products paid for! I dont know any other salons that do that:) Thanks Studio Branca:)
