I came in on a Friday morning to get makeup. I have no idea what Im doing. I havent gotten color matched in 5 years. All four of the women I worked with were patient, kind, and so knowledgeable!

I love this location!!! Everyone is always so welcoming and pleasant as soon as you walk in the door. Very helpful. Knowledgeable. Enthusiastic. Outgoing. Products are always in stock and setup nicely. Store is clean and well kept.

Torie is a REMARKABLE individual....HANDS DOWN! I look forward to and enjoy getting pampered by her each and every time. Did I forget to mention shes extremely professional and is very talented at what she does. I be all in the rear mirror and bathroom mirror....taking selfies etc once I leave her chair!!!! I walked in with to this store with no idea about anything and Kendra (I think thats her name?!) stuck with me through thick and thin untill we found that exact tinted moisturiser! 40 mins later I walked out after testing about 6 different products. Shes the go to girl! Highly recommend her. ❤️

Walked in Saturday and Sunday looking like a hot mess. Saturday the lady helping me seemed a little agitated and like she really didn’t want to spend the time helping me. I purchased a Clinique color correcting moisturizer and was told it would turn me orange, and it did. I returned it Sunday and when I went in, no one asked me if I needed help, I just walked around aimlessly. Like I know I didn’t have makeup on and my hair wasn’t done, but that’s not an excuse for poor customer service...

I ordered a product, had the money taken from my bank account seconds later just for ultas website to tell me it didnt go through, yet they already took my money. I called customer service & had a very rude man tell me I was correct they had taken my money but still not processed my order & that there was nothing he would do about. I asked for a supervisor & have been on hold ever since. Absolutely never spending another dime on with these theifs.

I just went into Ulta to pick up a few things that I had in my cart from online my gift card at the time did not work but that was OK when I went into Ulta they took care of me and gave me a lot of free items as well thanks Tiffany and team you guys are doing a awesome job

Iam hair illiterate and i looked a Hot mess. Sydney ,Autumn greeted me with warmth and great kindness. They were non judgmental.They were passionate about there profession helped any way they could. My children and I are african and we have coarse Coily hair which most stylist dont want to deal with Sydney and Autumn had no prejudice against working with our hair.I got the best hair products,stlying tips, they recommended. I also spoke with Tory over the phone and she was fantastic very professional and Informative. Kendra the manger spoke to me as if we were long lost bestfriend s reuniting😁.ulta beauty customer for life❤❤

As a man, I walked in to purchase mens shampoo. I knew what I wanted when I walked in. When asking for assistance in locating the product, they did not carry it and the red-headed sales-woman proceeded to insist I purchase it online. She didnt know exactly what I wanted, nor did she ask. It was struggle to get out of purchasing it in store online, when that wasnt my goal in the first place. Please ask your clients if they would like to purchase online rather than assuming.

Every visit Ive had at this location has been excellent! ALL of the ladies there are are polite, helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable about products. I highly recommend shopping at this location.

Sydney knocked it out of the park today! Just a little bit of kindness goes a long way! She was helpful over the phone, quick to make sure we had everything we ordered also she made sure we had no questions or other beeds! There has been a big turn over in the atmosphere and staff from negative to positive -kudos to the staff at heritage!

I scheduled a hair appointment for the day before my 12 year anniversary. Tiffany called me the day of to confirm my appointment. Once I told her I was African American and Hispanic with curly hair, she told me she didn’t feel comfortable doing my curly hair. She didn’t ask me what texture or any other questions regarding my hair. For someone that doesn’t feel comfortable doing curly hair I would think that would be one of the first questions you ask them. She canceled my appointment and stated that she didn’t have anyone else available that day to do my hair. If you serve a diverse population you should have someone available to attend to the needs of all people.

Facility is nice but dont risk your brows at their brow bar. I was very specific about being in the process of not growing out my brows and that I dont want them to touch the tail. They instead removed the entire tail and when I told them I wasnt happy with it. They said youll just have to wait for them to grow back like yes, I know Ive been trying to grow them back for over a year and you just waxed it all off. I have gone to other benefit brow bars without a problem in the past.

I love that you can find your budget products and your professional products here all-in-one place and men can even shop here to whether they realize it or not. Its a great place to go for gift giving to and the fact that they have salon services here that are always extended in growing with the new trends is such a great thing for todays generation.

This location has improved. Last year I wrote a bad review because of the terrible service but I visited today on my lunch break and two sales associates were friendly and helpful. Greeted me and when seeing me browsing. Talked about the product I was looking at and suggested I tried some things on. Luckily my view has changed and luckily new staff.

Ulta,.... one of My favorite store, you can find product in any range, price depends on the product and there is always substitution for expensive one ,return policy is so great, I always go to different ulta stores I always experience different thing every time , being from customer want to end up with the part of the team, which I love the cosmetics industry, it depends on the experience of the sales person to give you the right shade or product but I know one thing , the are always ready to assist you, !!! The struggle is real and we all want help, that’s why they are over there, we all need to understand that first come first serve, !!!I met shelby yesterday, she was trying to help me to find the best foundation shade, very pleasant and humble girl!!! I was so satisfied and end up with hair cut and style , I literally spend my day there, hair was so Good, ,,, ☺️ lucky me. Ulta is the best!!!!

I went there a couple weeks back to get my eyebrows waxed, I usually go and get them threaded but it was last minute and everything was closed. So I went to ultra... worst decision I made. I am very sensitive about my eyebrows. I told her that if I was nervous about letting someone else do my brows and she insured me what she knew what she was doing. That was a lie, first off it felt like she didn’t know what she was doing and I should’ve told her to stop but that was my mistake... this lady waxed off my wing on my right side which took me a very long time to regrow. I was so upset and I even told her I wasn’t satisfied, so her way of fixing it was drawing back on the wing ! Which she barely even did that properly ... I was so upset it was written all over my face , but she still proceeded to give me the recipe to pay 22 dollar for some stuff my five yr old niece could’ve did, probably better. But luckily when I went up front the lady (with the purple hair) saw how terrible she did on my brows and voided it off for me. The lady who did my brows was African American with long weave and glasses. I didn’t get any names because I was in a rush ... happened May 4, 2018... 7-8pm

I love Ulta as a company but this location is hit or miss when it comes to customer service. Today when I went in, I wasnt acknowledged. Which is fine I understand they are a busy store but everyone after me for greeted and was told if they needed any help, they would go out. Today I actually needed help finding my foundation color and when I approached a few girls they were either with someone or they had something else to do. So I just left frustrated and annoyed because this is the closest Ulta to me.

Visited the Creve Couer location in Heritage Plaza. No one greeted me when entering the store and no one offered to see if I needed any help. Quite disappointed. I will give them 1 more try, if nothing has changed I wont be back at this site.

I love Ulta and so badly want to enjoy going to this location as its closest to me but after several visits I have to say its been my least favorite store to date.Like many other reviews mention, the customer service is lacking. Went in the other day to return some makeup. Had an obviously new cashier struggle to process the return which wasnt my issue... The manager was very condescending to her struggle several times right in front of me and other customers.Today I went in and had a representative approach me to try some foundation only to have her do one side of my face and send me on my way. She was nice and gave me a sample but literally let me leave the store with a half done up face.There were several price tags missing and could hear a manager walking around talking about having to push sales to meet goal that day.They have M.A.C. and the location is convenient but other than that unfortunately there isnt much going for this location.

Customer service is lacking. The employees at the front usually greet customers promptly, but they’re not the problem. The issue is the workers on the floor. When someone asks me if I’m looking for something and I tell them that I’m exchanging something, but looking for the new item to grab I expect a little assistance. What I don’t expect is the worker who approached ME to turn around and walk away like there was no conversation happening. This has happened several times at this location. If you allow your employees to treat your customers like this, then soon there will be no customers.

I have to say this store really suffers when it comes to customer service. It is not inexpensive (my average purchase is close to $200) by any means and then to be treated poorly is just a slap in the face. When I ask a sales person for assistance and am told to go up front and get the information myself from the cashier, that’s the rudest thing possible. Then when I ask for assistance regarding a new foundation brush, the salesperson can’t even intelligently recommend one for the foundation I’m using. She is supposed to be experienced in the business, right? I will just go to the brand site and get my makeup or go to a department store. They are not that much difference in cost and I’ll be treated better.

They didnt have the product I need, but they ordered it. It will be shipped for free. They provided good customer service and the process was quick.

Ive been to this Ulta location a few times before, and each time I wouldnt say that the experience was great, but I at least was able to find what I needed, for the most part. However, this last visit was the last straw for me. My mother, grandmother and I stopped in to see if they had a concealer I wanted. We werent acknowledged or greeted when we first walked in, which usually doesnt bother me anyway, as long as I can find someone to help me if I need it. What was disappointing was the fact that when I actually did need help, all of the associates were either at the front helping customers, or rushing across the floor, ignoring my attempts to get their attention. I noticed the cashiers watching my family and me as we walked around, trying to find what I needed, but still no help was available. I would usually go to this Ulta as a last resort, since its so close to where I live, but Ill make sure to go to Targets beauty aisle or Sephora instead for any makeup products I need.

I’m pretty disappointed. I initially shows him a pictures and asked to replicate the picture but he cut my hair as he likes. I usually like my hair after a haircut but I feel horrible everyday.

No prices. Service is slow. Staff walks around ttying to look pretty n chatting with each other. Not respectful of customers time. This is always this way at this store.

CRAZY OVER PRICED! I went in for a root touch up with some foils and an up do. My hair is extremely thin and easy to mess with. The whole process took maybe an hour and a half to 2 hours and I was charged $275!! THEY DIDNT EVEN CUT MY HAIR. Ive gone to master cuts and got cut, color, highlights and an updo done for $150 and thought they did a better job. Will NEVER get my hair done there again. I love their retail side tho.

Was browsing for products for a good 15 minutes and I was purposely ignored because 3 employees saw me and didn’t greet me or ask if I needed help. Yes even if you are busy, good customer service is saying I can have someone assist you in a second then I wouldn’t mind waiting. However the MAC makeup artist ignored me and I was right in her view because I could hear her saying to the client that she had only been doing makeup a year and the elderly client said she was going on vacation. The cashier didn’t even greet me which is sad. Due to them not wanting to help their customers I decided to leave and not spend my money at this location. Either these workers are unprofessional or just snobby because I was looking for new products. At least at Sephora I am overly greeted which I now appreciate better and will continue to shop at Sephora and not branch out at this Ulta.

I was ignored when I walked in, and the associates proceeded to socialize instead of helping me. I wanted to give ulta another chance, but it looks like Im going to return to sephora where they actually treat me like I exist.
