Amazing experience here. All the stylists were so welcoming and nice. Excellent customer service and my hair turned out amazing. It was done in great time and was exactly what I wanted.

I am a very dedicated customer of Tanya Roberts of Illuminous Skin Spa. Her facials are amazing and so relaxing. She does this incredible leg/shoulders/neck/arm massage while the products are working on your face. She also always customizes the products to whatever your face needs at the time - its not a set script which I appreciate. She uses very high quality products as well. Amazingly, her facials are less than $75 depending if you buy a series or not - which is a downright steal compared to what this facial would cost at a luxury spa resort. Only downside is she gets booked up fast, so make sure you book in advance. Highly recommend!

Tanya Roberts is the most professional esthetician I have ever used!! She truly cares about her clients skin and their well being inside and out!!! she has a heart of gold! I have had problems with my skin and Tanya has totally turned it around and now my skin is glowing all the time!!! I won’t go to anybody else!!!!

I got a silk press and trim from Sabrina & Co. I’ve been able to solve some of my long term hair problem since coming to Sabrina. She not only tailored products to my hair, but she’s helped educate me on various subjects that I’ve been curious about over the years. She’s incredibly professional and welcoming to any who walk through those salon doors.

I booked a wax with Tanya through her personal website. The building interior was nice, if a little dark. The dim lighting created a calming atmosphere, but made it a bit hard to locate the room I was looking for. It was a bit jarring coming from the bright outdoors, as it took my eyes a minute to adjust. The services I received here were pleasant and I could see myself returning.

Sabrina is the best colorist in the Lou. She always makes sure my hair is on point. Since I started making changes within myself to better my appearance she surprised me with a blurb rainbow color at the front of head. PERFECT and before I could leave the salon I was receiving compliments. #bighead

Studio located just east of 270 on Olive blvd that has a number of stations inside, including my favorite Meraki, where Kelly has been doing my hair for some time and is wonderful. The place in its entirety is clean, including the bathrooms, and offers something for everyone. There is a parking lot that is never too crowded, but pulling in is a little tricky as the entrance is just hardly east of Ballas Rd so if youre in the far right lane youll get caught up turning onto Ballas and if that doesnt happen and youre not paying attention then youll pass it right up.

I had a Groupon for the 60 minute Introductory facial with TANYA at Illuminous Skin Spa.It was only 40 minutes long, which was extremely disappointing. She did not perform extractions or any buffing as Ive had standard in other facials-- just gave me lotions/serums, a clay mask and some brief massages. Did not offer a remedy to the fact that I only got 2/3 or 66% of the promised services I paid for.UPDATE: Tanya got my number off my reservation and has texted me 4 times to threaten, harass and insult me in order to get me to delete my reviews. She said her cousin who is a lawyer will come after me... Beware-- she is a loose cannon and has a BIG temper!
