This practice supplied immaculate service from scheduling my appointment to check out on the day of service. Dr. Tan was very informative and was able to diagnose my symptoms before her physical manipulation, which gave confirmation to the condition. Great expertise. Dr. Tan listened to the questions and concerns I had with patience.I was able to get a quick appointment despite this being a specialty practice. The front desk staff greets you as soon as you walk through the door, Dr. Tan’s clinical assistant had a very upbeat attitude. Although it was my first visit, I overheard how she spoke to existing patients in the hallway, as if they were friends, which shows she cares. The young lady (sorry for forgetting names) in Durable Medical Equipment department was very informative and expressed good knowledge of equipment, costs, and also provided good explanation with fitting the device. Timing from check in to check out was good as well.Thank you all for an awesome 1st visit!

Visited Resurgens for the second time but with a different physician. I was seen by Dr. Miller, and his bedside manner was amazing and that was comforting. I am always in pain, and not always the most pleasant person but his MA Lexi reassured me that I was in the right place. From start to finish, everyone was so accommodating. I left paperwork for FMLA, and usually it takes months to get back if I even get it back but Lexi had my paperwork done in 2 days. I really appreciate the extra mile everyone went, it really makes a difference. And they are a BUSY facility, however they provide the same level of care to all of their patient ( I heard and seen the interactions between the assistant and other co-workers and patients). Just a warm place to visit. Usually big places like this are like an assembly line!!!

Well Dr. Tan was amazing. She did two surgeries and always took her time to make sure it was done correctly. Her assistant Alexis was also amazing and I always enjoyed going to the office for my visits. If I still lived in GA I would never go to anyone else besides Dr. Tan and her assistant Alexis or my medical needs. They are a great team. Thanks for all your hard work and dedication

This practice is definitely worth the trouble finding an appointment in the near future, but if you dont mind scheduling a little ways out, the office staff is very helpful & kind. Ive seen Dr Greenfield & he was very straightforward & meticulous. He was patient and answered all questions. He didnt act like some Drs who always seem ready to get on the the next patient & I appreciate that. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Always great results when I go to resurgens for either my back issues or my hand most recent was with Dr Tan will trigger finger release and to discuss possible future surgery since this is something that does reoccur. Definitely will go back to Dr Tan shes great

My wife recently had surgery with Dr. Tan and from start to finish the team was amazingly thorough! We were able to get in for an appointment quick and also got on the surgery schedule the following week. After years of suffering, all of her symptoms have resolved almost immediately. It was always easy to get in touch with Lexi her assistant and she always returned calls even sometimes after 6pm after office hours. I really commend the work ethic of Lexi and Dr. Tan. Have been doing yearly knee injections for a while. Have never had a long wait! Everyone there always seems to be cheerful and are always very nice and helpful! The PA that does my injections is the best!

Let me start off by saying it’s been a emotional time having a major injury.. From day one I was told I needed surgery and I panicked because I’ve never had a injury so bad even playing football in school. Going here and there just trying to get someone to take my insurance was hell. So I was told about this place that saved me. Dr. Baker and his staff took good care off me before, during and after surgery to my knee. He calls and checks on me and my most recent visit but always explains to me all I need to know. Going threw rehab now and making major progress but I just wanna say thank you and if you should need a place to take of you when you need surgery look no further.. 💯🙏🏾

I saw Dr. Naqvi as a new patient. He was very nice and personable. Dr. Naqvi listened to me and answered all of my questions. His plan of treatment was both helpful and reasonable. The timeliness of the intake process was surprisingly brief. The Nurse Practitioner arrived quickly to provide my steroid shots and both were painless and quick. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes.

Dr. Baker is great. I was having trouble with my knee and ankle. With his help my ankle is well and my knee is doing betterafter recently having surgery. Before coming to him I was really concerned about my mobility, but now Im confident about being active again.

He tells them what to expect when having joint replacement. Dr. Chealon Miller is the absolute best orthopedic surgeon. He is knowledgeable, patient and very thorough. He is personable and will make sure that you the peace of mind knowing you received the best care. If you are questioning a procedure he will tell you honestly what you should do and not waste your time. If you need alternatives he can offer those as well. I would not hesitate to go to him again if I had to have another surgery.

This is a well. Designed And well-run organization with a huge exception: I had X-rays taken. Two and a half weeks ago at a hospital Less Than 3 miles away from this location yet. The hospital did not forward the x-rays to Resurgens Orthopedics with full knowledge that this Resurgens Orthopedics was going to take X-rays again to the tune of $50 when I dont need to spend $50 because they did not send them to Resurgens Orthopedics. Its too bad. I could not get seen by dr. Greenfield because Im not going to spend another $50 on x-rays that I dont need to be taken. Make sure that Resurgens Orthopedics has your x-rays if X-rays were taken from your Primary Care Facility before you walk in the door. Your insurance was going to bill you according to your deductible for another set of X-rays. You dont need to have taken.

Quick and efficient check in. Safety precautions are in place with temperature checks and sanitizer. Dr was very informative and listened to my concerns. Awesome experience!

Its the Best of the Best Orthopaedic center that I have ever been to. The doctor I saw was very knowledgeable and showed at of concern for his patients needs. I was very disappointed that their therapy side did not take traditional Medicare nor Tricare for life insurance. Alot of seniors have Medicare and could use this therapy facility if they would accept our insurance. Just my view point. So the doctors side I give a 5 star rating and the therapy side no rating.

Even this survey was efficient.My specialist was Dr. Tan. She listened first and then explained her diagnosis. I dislocated a joint on one of my fingers 2 days ago and went to the emergency room. They put it back in place and put a splint on it and told me I needed to see an orthopedic. The day after I left the emergency room the joint popped back out even with a splint on. Today I went to Resurgens Orthopedics. I didn’t even have an appointment. They evaluated my finger and decided that it needed surgery. It was in bad shape. Within an hour of my first talk with Dr.Tan she had me in the operating room doing surgery on my finger. She went above and beyond to take care of me today. I have never scheduled any kind of medical procedure that was taken care of that fast. All of the staff from the front office to the operating room were some of the nicest people I’ve ever met. I felt totally safe and secure that they were taking care of me. I will never go anywhere or recommend anywhere else to go for any orthopedic needs than this place. I am blessed that I chose to visit them.

I have seen several doctors from Resurgens and every single one has been outstanding. They care about their patients before, during, and after surgery or procedures. All departments are very efficient and concerned. I highly recommend them for your pain and surgical concerns. They all wear masks from front office to back and keep it super clean . They make you feel comfortable no matter what your concerns may be. They will work with you and you can count on them. I’ve had several procedures done here and will continue with their care plans. I highly recommend Resurgens if you need an orthopedic doctor. I was treated for a broken foot last year at the McDonough location and am currently being treated for a broken hand at the Covington location. The staff and doctors at both locations are wonderful! You are always greeted with a smile and treated well. The doctor’s are very thorough and take the time to listen to your questions and/or concerns. They are also very prompt and punctual so you aren’t left waiting for extended periods of time.

This is the second place I went for help. They are great here. I will stay with them!

I had a very good experience at Resurgens. Very short wait time. PA had X-rays done, asked questions and answered questions. We talked about a treatment and she applied that treatment and I was on my way.

I had an appointment there today with Dr. GreenFeild and out of the three doctors two of them are really great doctors Dr. Baker and Dr. Miller great I had a meeting with Dr. Greenfield for the day and I didn’t like his bedside manner I thought that he was arrogant I thought that he didn’tCare about the situation that he was looking at my spine and my neck I think he wanted to make his own assumption that I was not Doing what he wanted but then I was doing things that make it seem like I was weak and that’s not what I did. He wanted to try to figure out my strength and my weakness . He acted as if I would make up but, II was weak or strong but that’s something I would never do , I’ve been in And out the hospital a lot in my life but , I’ve never had anybody decided whatever I’m saying is not what it is I didn’t like that so I’m writing this review can’t judge people if you don’t know them and you can’t Judge the problem if you haven’t really seen it.I have serious pain in my neck and in my back my back burns every day maybe it’s my age , But I Totally disagree I was hit hard you know ., I was hit by a car going 55 miles an hour why I was sitting still waiting for someone to turn in so .On a positive note for him he did order me physical therapy so perhaps he figured something was wrong
