UPDATE 10/23/21: Our pediatrician called us the next day explaining that she was not in that day, that there was a mistake that was made and we should have been contacted but werent. The manager of the facility also spoke to us and apologized, explaining that our negative experience should not have happened. They then asked us to bring in our baby to urgent care to be looked at. Because of this interaction, Ive updated my review to 4-stars. Although a mistake was made, the team at the Covington clinic tried to make it right.ORIGINAL 1-STAR REVIEW ON 10/21/21: Overall we had initially been very satisfied with the Valley Medicine experience and wanted to keep our family within the Valley Medical system. This led us to locate and find a pediatrician in the Covington clinic when my son was born in May. The first few appointments went well, the facility is clean, and our Doctor was very nice. However our 5 month old boy (an infant) came down with a cold last week. Hes our second baby so we are not first-time parents who cry for help and worry over every little thing. But, colds can be very dangerous for infants and we are approaching a full week of symptoms that havent gotten any better so we reached out for help. We didnt need a visit, just guidance on what steps we need to take. My husband was told by the staff member on the phone (sometime before 3pm)that either a doctor or a nurse would give us a call back before the end-of business day. That did NOT happen. They literally just ditched us and went home for the night. Its now 7pm and I am wondering if I need to try to find a new pediatricians office just to make sure my screaming and sick baby is going to be okay and if there is anything I can do to help him feel better to get through this.

I would like to say thank you to your outstanding scheduling staff member- Sophie Yong. She was extremely patient and helpful when I had to make multiple appointments with many questions. Ms. Yong took her time and explained to me, one after another, the answers to all of my questions. I really appreciated all her help. Also, I just want to acknowledge that you have valuable staff members who work very hard to keep your patients well and taken care of. Once again, thank you for the great service, it made my day!

My personal experience with Dr. Sean has been ok but I always feel like he is rushing me and I don’t like it. I understand he might not have time but I can’t even put my thoughts before he is getting ready to leave. I am trying to find a better Pediatrician for my baby, we been seen Dr Sean for the last 3 years.

Dr. Nijjar treated my son with care and professionalism when he arrived with a painful. elbow sprain. He was examined, received x-rays, and the prescription sent to our pharmacy in under 30 minutes. We have put this Urgent Care facility at the top of our list. Thank you, Dr. Nijjar (Neils parental unit who waited in the car)

Receptionist was extremely unhelpful in booking. She wouldnt even ask what i needed when first answering the phone... just went straight into her ramble to find my chart-but i didnt have one because I am a new patient and have never been there. She would have known if she just talked to me on the phone instead of rushing me to another extension.... Entirely wasting the both of our times because this location isnt taking new patients. ONE doctor is.. Unless your pregnant. Then they will give you doctors galore and help you. Unfortunately since i am not pregnant they werent able to help me and didnt want to point me in the right direction for someone that could help me. Heres the kicker- my insurance ASSIGNED me to this practice because all over online and THEIR website it says taking new patients... Well they are not so please dont waste your time. It is a huge insurance nightmare.

The care provided is good and I havent had too bad of an experience here until recently. I went into the clinic for an unrelated issue but while I was receiving the care they told me they provide free flu shots for returning patients which I have been for many years. I thought why not, its preventative and its free. A couple of weeks go by and I receive my bill for the services rendered and attached to my bill is a $45.00 charge for Therapeutic Injections I spoke with 2 people at the billing department and 1 at the Covington clinic to confirm this. As a business practice this is downright deceitful. Your physicians said it would be a free flu shot... what they dont tell you is that the contents in the shot are free but the administration of the shot is $45.00

This places sucks! They told me to get a cancer screening. Which was covered by my health insurance. Which they coded wrong and I had to pay $650! then a year later. When I have a basic physical and everything is healthy. I came five minutes after the check in time and they told me they couldnt see me at all. 🤷 I am not impressed with this place.

Have never had to wait more than 15 minutes for anything. Dr. Curtis is very respectful, always kind, and makes you feel heard and well taken care of. The medical staff is kind and friendly but not overly chatty.I will echo someone elses comment about the reception staff-not the desk that you see when you walk in but the one down the hall. Less than friendly sometimes, almost like youre interrupting their work. I even got an eye roll one day when one of them had to call and schedule an appointment with a specialist for me.

Dr Curtis has been fabulous! I take my kids to him and see him for my own healthcare needs. Great listener, proactive and genuine. I started going here based on a recommendation, and would easily recommend the clinic to others

I take my five children here to see Dr. Verlander. He and his staff are very efficient and great to work with. Dr. Verlander is great at talking with both kids and parents and helping both understand care plans.

This review is regarding their Urgent Care department, since thats what I went for.New to the Covington area. I had a horrible fever, cough, and colourful mucus out of nowhere Friday night, and called them first thing on Saturday morning to see if they accepted my insurance. (Really, you should do this before going to any urgent care, because they all seem to accept different plans.) Once I heard they accepted my insurance I went straight over.

From the moment you walk into Milestone Dental, you are greeted with a smile from the Front Desk team who are professional, friendly & welcoming. The facility is kid-friendly, clean and well equipped with up-to-date technology from x-rays and client comfort by providing headphones so while you are getting your teeth worked on, you can watch YouTube or Netflix.

Showed up 10 mins early and followed all the instructions. Told me it was an hour an a half wait. You can’t manage your schedule and it needs to be fixed. I left due to your inability to manage this clinic. Won’t be back anytime soon.

Before considering this place as your primary care please check with your insurance first because the way they bill your insurance you will end up paying everything out of your pocket just because of their big building infrastructure. This is insane!

Doctors and the good doctors ALWAYS leave and good luck getting an appointment you will be waiting a couple weeks and if your in pain they tell you to just go to the Urgent care. And steer clear of DR GULUR!!!! Multiple people in my family have seen him save your money.

Need more front desk to assist phone from patients because I have been on line almost 30 minutes to get answer still no phone pick up to schedule a appointment with family doctor.Thats a worse part of job .

Seriously awful customer service. I sat on hold for over 15 minutes to make my husband an appointment only to be hung up on. I called back and lucky me I got the same rude woman on the phone. she proceeded to talk over me and only tell me what they couldnt do. we will be switching to Multicare.

Horrible. Trying to book an appointment for my severe, nasty eczema. Only for that to be held in January 23. I needed to go before this gets any worse. I cant be patient any longer.
