I have been calling for 3 days. No answer goes to voicemail. Voicemail is full. Online portal isnt working. This is absolutely ridiculous!!! I have never in my life seen a pediatric group like this before. I have a sick child that has now landed in the ER because I cannot get any staff member on the phone to schedule an appointment. We will be finding another pediatrician office, because its not like we can get an appointment with this place anyway... Please use someone else

The worst pediatrician place ever 😡 I’ve been calling to have my daughters Medical Records to get faxed for over 2 months and they haven’t done anything. My daughter is missing some shots and has a white rash behind her arm. Never coming here again

They have new staff now. They are all nice and pleasant. R wait time has been reasonable. It is a Pediatricians office after all. They always work us in when theres a urgent need. They even waited for us went to the wrong office.

The staff is very rude. Theyre unorganized, and after two visits, I will not be returning back to that location. I have a premature son who had a sleep study done. I was told by the actual sleep study facilitator it would be 2wks before I received my results. They did call me back in two week and told me my pediatrician should have also contacted me for the next steps. I go thru my voicemails and see one from this location. The voicemail casual states that my son does have an apnea and to follow up with the ENT referral. Well guess who never received an ENT referral? Me thats who! I called and the young lady continuously cut me off while I was speaking and had the audacity to say she didnt understand my issue. I dont know how else to say I think its in poor taste you leave test results via voicemail then give the next step of action with no actual referral. When I was telling her to stop overspeaking me she hung up instead of being quiet and listening!!!! I would give 0 stars but you have to give 1

The front desk receptionist was very rude to my wife. I will be taking my children to another pediatrician. This happened on 11-06-18 at 10:30am.If the doctor sees this I hope you get fired. You’re a liability.

Awful receptionist. Rude and uncooperative front desk staff. Always a long wait! I won’t be back to this office and I highly recommend if you’re considering taking your child here that you think again!
