I called this morning to get my son in to see Mrs. Brenda and was told she wouldnt be seeing Patients until 10/15/20. We havent had to go see her since February and now that we need to see her we cant. She is good with my son thats why we have been seeing her since he was just a baby. But she needs to get better people to work for her.

I’ve been without my medicine for three months now. Every time I make an appointment it is cancelled the day before. They will not be upfront about why the doctor is not in, they just reschedule you for the following month, but sure enough - they’ll call and cancel you the following month. I haven’t seen Springfield in probably 6 months. I’ve only seen the doctor covering for her Today’s excuse was due to covid 19 like we haven’t been in this pandemic for over a year now. It’s really disheartening when the medical professionals don’t give a damn about you. I have found a new PCP and will not be coming back to this clinic. If I could rate this 0 zero stars I would

She might be slow but shes a great dam doctor to my babies and understandable about her patients

Make sure you have atleast 3 hours free to come to an appoitment. Been sitting here with my 11 month old for 3 hours n 10 mins now....Just waiting for her to come in for the 2 mins shes ever in here so i can get my meds filled.

This is her daughter. Theyre very slow and rude . Its been 4 wks now weve been requesting a hospital bed and still havent received the order yet. It should seriously only took a day but 1 of the receptionist are rude and unorganized.

Wasnt aware that the staff took a 2 hour lunch and just left patients in the lobby to wait until they were ready to see them. They are rude, slow, and have no concept that the patients have other engagements to get to.

No fun guys!! At all!!
