ZoomCare Covington does a great job providing high quality care. The office is super clean, on time, and friendly. Christine Steele, the care provider was excellent and very helpful. Also, blood draws and shots are very stressful to me but Alexis was extremely patient and was able to draw my blood without it hurting.

Terrible, stay away. Currently, dealing with billing issues for over 2 months. Sent me to several locations to deal with an ailment and charged me each time; even though they didnt have the equipment on site. They never told me this was going to happen. Drove an 1 hour out of my way to get slapped with another bill. So many other places around STAY AWAY FROM ALL ZOOMCARE.

Doctor was very friendly, helpful, professional. My microphone didn’t work, so he used phones and chat as well as the video feed. I recommend scheduling more than 15 minutes in the future, I didn’t give myself enough time to figure out the problem with my microphone!
