Ive had Good experiences taking my son. Although it can be a little hard to get in to make a appointment.

Worst specialist ever take my advice and stay far away

This doctor is terrible, would not recommend. Im writing this review for someone else but I can confirm hes rude, refused to give meds, and doesnt seem professional.

I only gave one star because I had to give a star in order to do this review! I would give negative five if I could! Absolute worst! I been going to this office for years & paying money... The worst customer service, the worst attitude, unprofessional, could not get documents for my job unless I paid to be seen again, does not follow up ... Thumbs down

I have worked in healthcare for 20 yrs but in a different field now. I wish I had read the reviews before I went to this office. I needed refills on my routine meds and to address some other issues I was having. This doctor refused to give me one of my blood pressure meds pending leaving me with with only one of the 3 that I take. Two calls were made to his office, each time he answered the phone, when trying to explain what I needed he would not let be speak and continued to talk over me and told me if I wanted it I would have to come in. You would think I was asking for a control substance. He was advised the I could not follow up until the first week of December due to training, now this office offers Saturday hrs but would not allow me to come in on this day, he has my labs, I have no results. After two weeks with only one blood pressure medication and ha headache for 12 days I had to go to the ER with an elavated pressure of 276/110. If you care about your health Do not go here, I cant even get copies of my labs and any. doctor I have ever seen has no problem providing this. Its all about money. and basically trying to hold you hostage to provide your medical needs. I can count on one hand the reviews I have done, this was necessary!!!

First off I want to say that the nursing staff is amazing and were very friendly and perfessional and they are the only reason why Im giving this doctors office 1 star. But I would like to give a negative 5 stars if that was an option because of the actual doctor himself, Dr Desai! 👎 He is extremely rude, and he will not let the patients talk to him at all, cant even get a sentence out before he cuts you off in a very rudely manner.Im posting this for my girlfriend because she asked me to since her phone is broke at the moment. And let me add in that, I witnessed all of the above statements myself. He talked so down to her that she was literally crying for hours.

I wish I could put zero stars he was so horrible, he dont know how to talk to the pt. He lacks compassion and empathy, I probably left the office with high blood pressure after dealing with this man. Its so many things bad and disgusting I can list but the internet would probably freeze only if you are absolutely desperate I might say go here to get seen

Dr. doesnt return phone calls or staff. The one Front office staff member actually not only checks patients in-she checks blood pressure, weight, ect.Although he is very nice and seems empathetic, not returning calls or having a staff member (there wasnt a nurse there at any visit) return a call is unacceptable.When requesting a medical record, front office offered a receipt of visit????? I was very specific when requested what information needed. Any medical office staff member should know what an actual medical record is. Unacceptable.

The absolute worst disrespectful a liar a thief .he tried to get paid twice he wanted me to pay him and my insurance already paid him I was smart enough to find out first he don’t need to work with humans
