I have gone to other places where they advertise as amazing .. and I was taken care by the owner . I will not say where .. but horrible did not even measure my eyebrow .. yup yup ! I go there every 2-3 weeks for an eyelash extension refill and I book an appointment in advance with Nathaly every single time. She is always doing her best to accommodate her schedule so I get my lashes done whenever I need to and always takes her time so my lashes come out perfect! The spa is beautiful, clean and always has amazing reception service.

My experience was excellent. At the front desk the new girl Cosset was extremely nice and communicative. She treated me as a VIP client. Then the technician Marykary was super sweet and caring with me all the time. I love my OMBRE Brows results and I also got both of my eyes tattooed. I look forward to repeat. I have been with all in beauty since it began and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT 😍 I moved to broward and still drive to hialeah for their services!! Roxy is amazing with my nails and Mari is the only one who Can touch my Hace because she’s a hair goddess!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the hialeah location.

I had work on my lips which resulted in a serious infection, as diagnosed by baptist emergency room on 11/05/2020, This was due to this spa not using the proper sterilized equipment, it is not good enough to say that they use disposable because disposable does not mean or guarantee it to be sterile, they need to make sure before using that they sterilize anything being used to make ant type of incision on a client which they did not, and for the record I did not sign any release on this treatment so we will go forward and hire an attorney for a claim, I have encountered allot of pain and loss of work due to this. Please be careful they advertise medical but in all these years I have never seen any doctor there and the owner attempted to diagnose me with herpes which is not the case verifies by doctors and exams, she must consider herself a doctor which she is not. And when we called and wrote them she would not accept any reasponsabilty she simply said that thats issue belongs to her tech.

Over priced and not the best work.First my my eyebrow shape was great and my tech Jenny was awesome but henna product on my eyebrows came off 3 days later.My nail experience was awful. First even do I had a appointment I had to wait 30 mins to get started and they had to ask a different person to do it that had just walked in holding her un eaten lunch. So she did my pedi in a rush and not caring. Then I couldnt do a full set cause to do so they wanted to remove the set I already had on. Ive never heard of that. Bottom like I wouldnt return based on my personal experience.

Over priced, very unprofessionals & not the best work.First my eyebrow shape was great, I did Ombré Brow because of a very light tattooed I had, but the product used was poor quality on my eyebrows, came off 3 days later, terrible products. I wouldnt return EVER based on my own experience. There’re way better places than that one.

The owners are very nice and professional but I cannot say the same about the employees. The few times I’ve been I’ve had to wait hours because they double book appointments by accident. The last time I went kristy did my nails awfully. I would only recommend if you make the appointment with the mindset of being there for a couple hours and only if it’s with dagmara or the blonde woman next to kristy.

Hello, my name is Lizeth, she has never left bad reviews of the places where I go but the truth is that this seems very sad to pay 400 dollars to have a botox done, everything is perfect, never any bad product, but how in every business the basis is communication, Since I was going to the spa, the girls knew that I lived in Port Saint Lucie, I let them know and due to lack of transportation I couldnt go to my retouch after 15 days, but this was my second time applying botox in the first one, they treated me super Well, the retouching was done after a month and a half without any problem, this time I had the retouching on April 12 and actually I couldnt attend, I only managed to get someone to take me until May 1, what has happened 1 month and 1 day but they refused to do the retouching because it happened to me one day, and the girl tells me that she cannot do it because the botox loses its effectiveness, the first time I did not hear her saying that, well sad that I eat everything at beginning well later already believe that you depend on them and they take care of you as they want.Happy day
