Bought a Groupon & scheduled an appointment. First he didn’t speak English but we both get by and for an appointment. He then said , it is not at the Salon but at his residence in Palmetto Bay. I would have thought it would be business establishment within his house. When I got to the front of the house I called him and he responded. He said I should have confirmed it since he forgot. Regardless, since I was already at his house , he took me in. He had me seated a bar stool in a kitchen counter and brought a big bag with his equipment Subsequently he adviced me to his kitchen sink to wash my hair. That’s when everything went down and I just politely told him that I am canceling his service.I can’t say more but that was uncomfortable and despicable.

The owner is super rude and displays horrible customer service... I could not even get an appointment.I called to make an appointment for the following Saturday, he told me to call 2 or 3 days before. I called 4 days before and he had no availability until after 3pm, so I asked to schedule an appointment for the NEXT Saturday. He said, call 2 or 3 days before, LOL.So I explained, thats what you told me last time and you dont have availability. He said I can find another salon then. NOTED!

Karen did an amazing job with my mani & pedi, definitely looking forward to visiting her again!! Marcelino the owner also colored my hair, cut & blow dried and I couldnt be any happier with the results. Everyone at the salon is super talented and dedicated to their clients. Really bad service, really bad attitude from Marcelino have to wash my hair same day thats how bad my hair was plus I got charged more money rather pay more money
