I’ve Know Ramona Reyes for a long time, it has been 13 years since she last did my hair. She helped me out today by having her assistant do my hair for my 20th high school reunion and she did an amazing job. Salon is beautiful and clean. Friendly environment and excellent customer service. Reasonably pricing. I give her 10 stars.

Ramona has been doing my hair now for over 16 years. I trust her with my hair she has truly transformed it to its healthy state. Whether it’s a haircut or dying of my roots I am always pleased with her service and her work. I literally go to her every week once a week. She is also my go to person when I have a special event I need an updo. My younger daughter also does her hair with her and she’s extremely picky and only trust Ramona with her cuts and styles.

Its with great remorse I write this overtly negative review. I have always been loyal with whomever my hair stylist is. Having been a client of Ilian for 5 years I expected far better than with what I was treated with the other day. I am used to waiting 15 to 20 minutes on average past my appointment time. However this time I had waited 40 minutes past my appointment time! And the straw that broke the camels back was that once 40 minutes had passed my stylist sat ANOTHER client down to start on them. To add insult to injury during this entire 40 minute wait, Ilian never apologized, never said he was running late or behind, never asked to reschedule, or suggest maybe I go get something to eat, or offer me water, NOTHING said except for the greeting from when I first walked in. Pitiful disgraceful service, after years of patronage and constant 25% tip, I highly suggest you remove such an employee from your staff if they cant understand simple business etiquette.

Unlike most salons where you spend most of your day waiting, I’m in and out within 30-40 minutes for a wash and blow dry. We have more than 10 years of knowing each other. Here’s to many more!

I was introduced to Ramona when my hair went thru a nightmare. I had just got my hair styled from a different salon in Bal Harbour where the stylist damaged my hair completely to the point I lose mass amounts of hair. Once with Ramona she reassured me that everything would be fine that she would work to restore my hair back to its complete healthy vibrant look & to my surprise she did just that. It’s been 7 years now & she is still my go to beautician, she is & will remain the best set of hands to have touched this head. She also does both of my daughters hair because she truly is theeeee best. Understanding, passionate, affordable, knowledgeable, sweet, lovable, & so much more. If you haven’t tried her out then you need to stop by because once u have her you won’t anyone else.
