Dr Memon and his office staff are very professional and caring. He takes the time to listen and will go over every aspect of your treatment plan! I really like the fact you never fill rushed and can call anytime if something else comes up, get an answer the same day within a few hours or sometimes while your still on the phone.

Every aspect of treatment has been handled professionally by everyone in the practice. Patients are made to feel comfortable at each visit. I was informed of what to expect before and after a required procedure. I would encourage anyone in need to see Dr. Memon.

I recently moved from the North Texas area. Finding new doctors can be a little unsettling. Dr Memon and his staff are very down to earth, calm, considerate, friendly and very knowledgeable. I visited in the office then had a colonoscopy. Everything went very smoothly. Very professional care and every staff member in this office cares about the well being of the patients that they serve. Hell give you a post-it that says probiotics and IB Guard.If you have any questions, dont expect anyone to answer the phone ever.When scheduling a colonoscopy theyll give you a quote and the day of the colonoscopy youll be charged more, and then youll receive a bill charging you even more.

I chose Dr. Ilyas Memon because of the high patient ratings. I went to see him because I have a mucous in my stool. He recommended an upper GI and Colonoscopy. At the initial consultation he was distracted from my concerns with his intern so his bedside manner went to the intern rather than myself. After the procedure in the follow up visit he informed me I have an infection and told me if it doesnt go away on its own come back. This was the initial reason I went to see him but still have the problem, although I was due for this procedure I still need my problem corrected.

The what I experienced was a communication issue with the staff. Used the website to make an appointment only to receive a call from the staff to say that option doesn’t work and the office staff made the appointment for me. The staff asked which location we would like - Conroe or The Woodlands? I said Conroe. I have spoken to the staff several times about ins etc. and have an email confirmation and an email reminder. the day of appointment husband shows up at the office to find it locked. Called the office and was told we made a mistake and that his appointment was at another location. Husband drove to other location and went to window. Explained that we made appointment at other location and was told “the system” does that all the time. Grrr! He was not greeted with a hi or how are you just a stack of paper work with billing info on top and a hand out for the copay. I feel the doctor is stretched very thin between multiple locations trying to make more $$$$. I do feel the doctor was competent but the office side of the house was heavy on getting paid, if you know what I mean

I recently visited Dr. Memon for a routine procedure. He and his staff were very accommodating and the procedure was completed without any issues whatsoever. This was the second time that Dr. Memon did this procedure on my behalf and I could not be more satisfied. As a part of a follow-up appointment he identified some things during his procedure that I needed to be made aware of, and he spent ample time with me explaining various medications and dietary practices that were available to me, as well as telling me to call him again at any time should I experience any issues. He truly cares for his patients and I am very satisfied with the care he provided in addition to the assistance given to me by his staff member, Daisy.

Dr Memon is very knowledgeable and skilled. He can competently treat my GERD and more advanced diagnoses if they arise. He is patient. He took the time to ask questions and examine me instead of just writing a prescription. He also ordered comprehensive lab and radiology testing. He has a good bedside manner and listens to my questions. His staff is friendly and helpful. Phone calls are returned promptly. My office visits are enjoyable, not dreadful. I will request Dr Memon for myself and family members if the need arises.

Dr. Memon and Shannon are wonderful! I have been having problems for almost a year. I was seeing another GI doctor but I just kept getting worse. My daughter recommended Dr. Memon. I live in Katy and drove all they way to Conroe to see him. He listened and we talked, he ordered a test. It turned out my problem was my gallbladder. I had it removed and I feel GREAT. I never thought I would feel this good again. What a difference it makes going to a good doctor that wants to diagnose and treat the problem instead of just trying to medicate it. His nurse Shannon is super. Thank you both for getting me over this and I feel GREAT!

I must say that DR MEMON is one of the best doctor I have ever been. He is very knowledgeable, comforting and helpful. He has good bedside manners and he listens to my questions and answer them very patiently. My son was diagnosed with COLITIS and I was seeing another GI doctor and was very unsatisfied with him. Dr Memon took a very good care of my son and he is doing GREAT. I drive to conroe from sugar land to see him. He has a very friendly staff, Shannon is GREAT. Ive had a great experience with Dr. Memon and his Staff. What started out as a painful visit to the ER and then transport to the Hospital ended up good with Dr. Memons guidance and treatment procedures. He had me back on my feet feeling great in a few days. After that he performed a Colonoscopy to verify if any additional problems needed to be addressed. Thankfully no additional problems were discovered and I am well and feeling great again. I was pleased with his bedside manner and his willingness to be personable and answer all my questions. I would definitely recommend Dr. Memon to anyone needed a GI Dr.
