If you have to see a dermatologist, this is the place to go. The office staff responds promptly to your arrival. Wait times are minimal. Dr. Amy is extremely thorough in her exam. She explains everything she finds and how shes going to treat the issue. She listens to patient concerns and encourages you to keep an eye on your skin. This office also provides resources for learning about your issues.

This was my first visit with Dr Payne and I was apprehensive due to a concerning area on my skin. I was greeted by the lovely office staff. Nurse Bree was friendly, caring and respectful, and quickly put me at ease. I was thoroughly impressed by Dr. Payne. She is kind, empathetic and professional. As a health care provider myself, I am not readily impressed, but Dr. Payne and her staff won me over entirely. Dr. Payne addressed my concerns and and was very reassuring.

Dr. Payne was very cordial and knowledgeable. She also was conscious of costs to the patient and took time to explain options.I was a new patient. The staff worked me in within 24 hours of my call for an appointment, and when I arrived they saw me so quickly that I didnt even get to finish the paperwork until after the visit was through.Very satisfied.

Dr Payne is very thorough. She has done my full body check for 10 years because I spent 50 years in the sun and have lots of damage from not using sunscreen. I also have acne at my age so I like to show Dr Payne in case she can put some medicine directly in the knot on my face. Otherwise I get a brown spot there. 100% recommend Dr. Payne with Complete Dermatology. Easy in and out, clean, lovely staff and knowledgeable.

Chris made sure I’d expressed all my concerns and Dr Wolf checked those along with a complete body exam. Precancerous cells were frozen as they were found and a couple prescriptions were written to address long standing conditions. Efficient and thorough...done. Gotta love it. This was my first visit and I have a little “white coat anxiety” and from the moment I stepped in the office I was greeted by extremely positive and friendly front office staff. I was led to the room by an upbeat nurse, and Dr. Wolf was very nice and attentive. I’m so glad I was referred to them.

My overall time there was about 30 minutes. Dr. Wolf came in and introduced herself. She was wonderful, very fast but very thorough. I am very happy to have her as my new Dermatologist. Glad I found her! The staff members were great as well!

Dr. Wolf and her team do an excellent job of caring for the patient. They have assisted my Dad with insurance issues for his psoriasis problem, and they did a thorough exam for my annual skin cancer appointment today. They are friendly and kind and knowledgeable.

Wonderful experience! After going to the same derm for over 10 years, I finally made the switch and I am very happy with that choice.

I have been seeing Dr Payne for the past few years. The office personnel are very cordial and welcoming. Dr Payne always has a very positive attitude and explains any symptoms in great detail assuring that I always fully understand. Today, October 1, 2020, was a bit different since the pandemic is present. Everyone was wearing masks and as you enter the main lobby everyone has their temperature taken and you have the option to wear one of their masks or your own. Also, there was plenty of dispensers of hand sanitizer available. When your next dermatologist appointment is due, I recommend you see Dr Payne for thorough and comprehensive care. In my book, she and her staff are the BEST!!

Loved the office and Dr. Payne! Although my husband has been here twice, it was my first visit and check in was quick and efficient since I was able to fill out all paperwork online beforehand. I was seen on time and Dr Payne was thorough, knowledgeable and caring, and I immediately felt at ease (even though we were both behind our masks! Ha!) My issue was a simple one, so it was quickly addressed and easily treated. Lastly, checkout was fast, and a detailed email receipt sent and received before I even left the office. I love Complete Dermatology:)!! Both Dr Schlichke and Dr Chin are amazing! They found 2 melanomas within 6 months that saved me! Luckily they found these early!! I make appointments every 3 months and am hopeful no more melanoma will be found. I feel very comfortable with all staff who are friendly, efficient and welcoming:). Staff was super friendly. I forgot my new patient paperwork and they went ahead and took me back despite not having finished filling out the four pages. My total wait time was pretty much how long it took me to sign the paperwork. I had a serious of injections into my painful, gnarly scars. Dr. Bumgardner and her nurse (Maria? not sure of her name) was so kind and tried to keep me distracted during the most painful part of the injections. Every ow! was followed by an Im so sorry, I know this hurts.... She had such a wonderful bedside manner that is not seen much any more. Thanks for making a painful visit a happy visit!
