Dr Nell is the best! I have been his patient for over 25 years! He is friendly, thorough and a class act! Even though I don’t live in Conroe, I came back to see him!

I have been going to Dr. Nell for years, ever since I moved to Conroe. Ive not had a bad experience yet. They take walk-ins, Ive never had to wait more than 10-20 minutes, and the price is pretty average. I will be honest, the two ladies that are in the back where the eye exams take place arent the friendliest of people, but they arent the worst--this might be a no-go for some of you. But the staff at the front that are in charge of frames and fitting are absolutely wonderful! One of the reasons I like going there is that I feel very at ease, Dr. Nell is very kind and will explain everything he does, as he is doing it. There is a never a time I go where he doesnt ask me multiple times Do you have any questions for me? I really appreciate that. A lot of practices now are very cold and in-and-out type with their Doctors, this is why I have not gone elsewhere. If youre looking for a wholesome practice with a family-feel, I would recommend Dr. Nell.
