Perfect location, parking very spacious, entryways, restroom facilities, and all get an A+ from me. The staff and Dr Shah were all very pleasant as well as attentive. For a 1st visit, I was so comfortable him and will most definitely will share my progress as we proceed forward............

Dr. Shah’s staff is very professional. I was seen promptly on schedule. Dr. Shah examined me for vocal issues, found I had evidence of GERD effecting the larynx. In follow up after treatment the issue was improving. The doctor is knowledgeable and compassionate. The staff correctly called in my meds. The office I visited was His Conroe office.

Dr Shah quickly diagnosed and removed malignant tonsils which had caused a cancerous lymphoma in my wifes neck. His expertise and quick action could have very well saved her life. At a minimum her subsequent treatment will be more focused and better tolerated.

Dr. Shah took the time to explain everything to me. I never felt rushed. He was pleasant and very knowledgeable. I had to have a camera put down my nose. Even though it was scary at first, Dr. Shah made it completely painless. Not only was he wonderful, but his entire staff was also. Highly recommend him!

In this COVID-era we’re living in, I’m here to tell you, this office makes you feel most comfortable and safe. You feel it the minute you walk through the door. The receptionist is most welcoming and friendly and the nurses are accommodating and caring. The office runs like a well oiled machine...punctual and precise. No waiting! Dr. Shah has one of the best bedside manners I’ve ever seen. He thoroughly explained my condition to me and outlined the manner to treat it. I felt so at ease and there was no hurry or rush. I have visited other Texas ENT Specialists locations and they are all equally adept. You can trust your ENT problems with Dr. Shah. He is thorough and friendly and truly cares about your health and well-being. He and his team want you to feel better.

Dr Shah was very good. Explained everything the way you can understand. My husband had a mass removed and has had very little pain after thyroid surgery. Excellent before and after care. Definitely recommend.

I highly recommend Dr Shah. He is extremely personable, listens to my concerns and answers my many questions in person, by phone or through portal. I had multiple endoscopic procedures done two weeks ago. The results have been fantastic. He even called to check on me the evening of my procedures. A very caring and professional doctor. I was very nervous about having surgery but Dr Shah is an excellent doctor and surgeon. He’s very professional and caring. I recently got the turbinate reduction procedure done by Dr. Shah. This was one of the best decisions of my life and I wish I had done it sooner. Can breath, sleep, run, and hear better than ever before. Dr. Shah listens to you and is great at finding the root of the problem. He did an excellent job during the procedure. He was patient, gentle, and helpful to keep me informed with what was going on. 10/10 recommend Dr. Shah.

Having had trouble with chronic sinus problems for the last 30+ years of my life, I decided to see what could be done. My initial consult was with Dr. Chenault, who was terrific.... After testing & diagnosing my problems, (basically EVERYTHING that could be wrong, was wrong.... double deviated septum, sinuses completely blocked, etc, Dr. Chenault told me that he long no longer performed surgeries like I needed, but that he had just the fellow to do it, as he was a terrific, VERY sharp Doctor... Enter Dr. Jaecel Shah. He performed extensive surgery on me, correcting all the issues Id been living with. Hes had surgery on his sinuses twice, so he understands how it is for us... he was extremely knowledgeable & kind, very professional, and caring, taking the time to answer all my questions, and being very thorough with his letting me know just how things would go during and after the surgery, and he was spot on. He even called my wife after the surgery on his personal cell to see how I was doing.I hope to never have to have any other issues, or problems from them... but if I do, and he is still practicing, he will definitely be the Dr I will go to.He even told my wife after my surgery, that I would most likely never have sinus problems again,! And so far, so good!I would highly recommend Dr. Shah to anyone who wants to get the best of care for any of their ENT related issues.
