I LOVE this office. The staff are welcoming and have always been nice and helpful. Dr. David (sorry don’t know his last name) has been phenomenal with helping me get my health in check. We have worked as a team, which I feel most healthcare providers lack, to get my health conditions under control. He listens, is patient, and I truly feel he has my best interest at hand. So thankful for him and everyone at this office!I’ve had very, very, VERY negative experiences before so coming here has not only helped me get my health on track but restored my faith that doctors can actually care about patients and aren’t just shuffling them in and out for profit.Definitely would recommend primary care one and Dr David!

The doctors here are lovely and when you go in person its great a very nice place but when it comes to scheduling an appointment over the phone I was on hold for over an hour

DONT DO COVID TEST THROUGH THEM. Took a free COVID test and have yet to get results its been 5 days. Probably wont ever get them.

I been calling since last month to get an appointment inside the building . They keep giving me the run around & telling me i have to schedule a phone interview first .. i did two phone interviews and they still do not want to see me ... will not recommend this care center at all

The ppl at primary one put together a first time one baby shower and did an amazing job! I won a big postpartum gift basket a baby swing and lots of other nice things. Thanks guys ♥️ I usually get great customer care as well.

I’ve been going here since I was 6 weeks pregnant, I’m now about to be going in my 29 weeks. At first it was lovely but after a month or two the nurses I had were rude. There has been times my drs would call in sick and they wouldn’t even call and let me know so my mom drive 40 minutes to go to an appointment with me for it to be canceled. Now it’s not always terrible there has been some lovely people there like Danielle wadkins, she’s the best ob but since her going on maternity leave I got switched to another and she is terrible, she never gets back to me about anything, anytime I call they say I’m not allowed to talk with her & Recently I’ve been bleeding for the past week straight and riverside told me to keep in contact with my ob and which I have tried multiple times and after multiple emails and multiple times I have called and no luck & scheduled call back times and no luck & the new ob I have just doesn’t work with me, she’s unprofessional. All in all I really regret choosing this place as my obgyn care of choice and after I pop this baby out I will definitely never be going back.

They have always been great every time Ive came in by myself or with my kids. The nurses & the doctors have also been very understanding & always seem genuinely concerned. Plus, the office is always clean & bright🌸

Hate coming here they always want you to arrival 15 min early. Wait time is terrible always have to wait 35+ min before Im call back to a room and than you still have to wait once in a room.

Appointment was at 9:15 I arrived early and didnt get seen till 11. I was salty but once I made it to the back the nurse practitioner was great,( u can tell she cared), and the doctor ( female) was awsome! She really cared and helped me. I think the issue is in the reception area. Phone services, ECT.. they are rude!! But besides that I like the place

I have 4 days waiting for the response of my analysis and no one is giving a damn to give me an answer!!!What the hell of clinic is this ?! They say the doctor has it but apparently he’s not on the mood to review them ... seriously ?! That’s how much they care about your health !!!

Worst clinic. Don’t know why I even started going there. The OB doctor is NEVER in. Each time I had an appointment it was canceled !!!!!!

I waited 4 hours to be seen by the doctor and at the end she didn’t know what was wrong wit me waist of a whole day why make an appointment and not follow threw like come on seriously 4 hours to be seen
